Bought a used vehicle from Royalty automotive and it was a pleasant experience through and through. Very professional and friendly service. Very nice facility. Car came with 20 day plates and was inspected upon purchase, passed inspection and was sent along as a happy customer. I reccomend them to anyone seeking a nice used vehicle or services to their current vehicle. Very professional and kind staff.

If you do not own a Volvo then do not go here. The charges are excessive on both parts & labor. I read other reviews with similar comments and I should have paid more attention to them. Im sure most of the positive reviews are from Volvo owners that have a cheaper alternative than going to the dealership. Among other things, my truck had new pads installed in July 2021 and already need to be replaced because the rotors were worn. I went in to pay the bill (probably $500-$700 higher than it should have been for everything) and Marc said Youre going to hate me. I would not go here again to get my tires rotated, let alone any major repairs. There are plenty of good, honest mechanics in our area - just not this one.9-30-21 ... Nice try Mark. I expected that based on your response to other negative reviews.

I have nothing but Great things to say about Marc and his team at Royalty! I purchased a used Volvo from here and I was pretty nervous about the whole thing. Marc reassured me that my purchase was backed by a power train warranty and a promise that if anything gos wrong with my purchase just bring it back and theyll fix it!Ive heard that before! Extremely unprofessional behavior that put my car in unnecessary risk!I just brought my vehicle here for a state inspection, and the technician that preformed the inspection took my custom-built car on a joyride onto public roads. A licensed NH state inspector not associated with this business informed me that this is NOT part of the state inspection process, and that they were joyriding my car, since its a performance model. I am absolutely livid, and will never return to this location for Volvo services again. I will, however, be reporting this to the State Inspection Barracks, and sending them the dashcam footage if requested.

Had a thorough review of my new to me Volvo and showed us what to replace first and ways to save money. Ill be back

Ive been taking my 2 Volvos to Royalty for over 5 years. Each time I go, the service is great. Mark goes out of his way to make sure that the service is done right and the customer is satisfied before they leave.If something isnt 100 percent after you leave, Mark will do his best to get you right back in and fix the problem. A great company and a great bunch of mechanics!

The past 12 years I have taken all my vehicles to Royalty automotive. I will admit I have never owned a Volvo until now, but they were always happy to service my non-Volvo vehicle. When I worked in town, the owner would even come to my place of work and pick up my car and let me use a loner car until my car was done. They are very reasonably priced and I have had only positive experiences. They are all very honest and hardworking individuals and the owner couldn’t have a better personality and smile when working with the public. Overall I trust Royalty Automotive with all my vehicles and I will always come back.

Owner was very unprofessional and down right RUDE. He quoted me over $500.00 in replacement parts for both front brake calipers. He also quoted me 3-5 hours of labor, which in truth is only a 90 minute job TOPS from start to finish. I informed him that Quirk Chevrolet and Advance Auto was only charging $155.00 for the original parts for both sides. He got verbally angry acted all insulted and told me to do it myself and take it some place else. He told me that he had to make a living. Mark (owner) gets beyond defensive and overly aggressive, verbally rude when he was questioned by me on his pricing. I told him that I would be by to pick up my car in the afternoon. Upon my arrival he had placed my car keys under the wipers on the outside. If I had not arrived at that specific time there would have been more issues since within 5 minutes the skys opened up and it down poured, which would have destroyed the only remote stater key fob that I had. Mind you, I own a Cadillac Escalade and it cost over $200.00 to replace the remote starter key fob. DO NOT ALLOW him to service your car or truck. There are many good honest mechanics out there, please spend the time to find the one to work on your car or truck. Royalty is not the place.

Dennis and his fellow mechanics are knowledgeable and honest and I know how fortunate I am they are so close. Thankful every time I leave. Thank you Mark for running such a sweet place!

I have been with Royalty Automotive for more than a decade and never had any problems with their service or otherwise. Staff are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond. My current car is a 1997 950 wagon and needed extensive repairs and service not only due to its age but because the previous owners let the car go. Mark always makes a fair offer, will find solutions that fit my budget, and he and his mechanics do fine work. Royalty Automotive did work on my sons Volvo S80 so he could travel to college - a 20hour trip. We were treated very well and the prices were very fair. This is a place I would highly recommend . If your looking for a professional and honest Royalty is it. I took my 2015 Rav4 to the Toyota dealership cause it was making a wicked noise they said it was the ac compressor. I took it to royalty for a second opinion and turned out to be a bad water pump they fixed it at a fraction of the cost. Any other place would of had me paying for an ac compressor and water pump. They have done more work for me since and Ill continue to go back. Great shop, Great crew, Honest repair shop. Give them a call.

They were very helpful explaining everything to me, and clear addressing what needed to be done. I actually ended up buying a great 240 from them and couldnt be more pleased! Its in great condition, and been well taken care of. I wouldnt take my Volvo anywhere else.

I never write reviews. Will make an exception for Royalty. This is the first time I have trusted someone else to work on my car. Usually do all the work myself. On my 2004 S60R, I was chasing an issue with my light. Couldnt figure it out! After many months and based on the good reviews of this place, I called on a Wednesday. Explained my problem and talked with a nice gentleman named Mark. Dropped the car off that night and around 3 PM on Thursday the car was fixed! I should not have waited so long. Needed a fresh set of eyes and Royalty knew what they were doing.But this was the best part and the sign of a good mechanic/shop. They told me what I needed to do next on my car. All three things (bleed the brakes, new tires, and fuel filter) were all things I knew needed doing. They didnt pressure me to use them for the work or hard sell and tack on additional charges for the review of my car. That impressed me the most. And the price to fix my issue was reasonable and fair. Gave them a little extra as I was so happy.I hope this helps someone else. If I have a problem with any of my four Volvos in the future I cannot solve, this will be the only shop I will use.

Just bought my 8th car over the course of about 20 years with this business. No one else has ever worked on my cars, and the work is always done right. If there was any issue, it was rectified quickly. The car Im replacing was bought from here in 2005, was always maintained here, its just time for an upgrade, and Royalty had the right car at the right price.

I take both my vehicles to get serviced here. Always great friendly service. I can always count on the owner Mark to help me out when needed. Whether stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire during a blizzard or just needing an oil change they are always quick to help.

If you love older Volvos, the place to go. Reasonable and talented techs, they have kept our 1995 940 on the road with 289000 miles.

This is the best repair shop Ive ever used. The last time I went there my car was towed in because it wouldnt start. They replaced the starter and had me back on the road in less than two hours.I have been going back to Royalty for almost fifteen years. They are fair and fast, and have never tried to push unnecessary parts or repairs on me, but insist on my having the work needed to drive safely, and I appreciate that. I recommend this business without reservation.

Mark, Nikki, Dennis, Paul and team always go out of their way to tell me whats right and wrong with the cars when I bring them in that way there are no surprises. Lets just say I drive my cars a lot. The rates are comparable to other auto shops but the service is so much better. Sure I could go somewhere closer to home but theres no way Id get the same personalized service and when I say they know everything about Volvos they really do. It doesnt matter if its old or new theyve seen it before and chances are they have the part in stock The free oil change every 6 months if you drive a Volvo is a cool perk and that includes vacuuming out the car!

Royalty has been my go to shop for service and an occasional pre-owned Volvos for many years. The work is top notch, done correctly, and with the added bonus of having the windows cleaned and the carpets vacuumed every time I go for service. If you are looking for fast service done correctly make Royalty your go to shop as well. Good prices also.

I would never recommend Royalty to anybody that I care about. My Volvo started acting up in the middle of a work day and I needed a Volvo shop quickly. I found these guys on a google search and booked an appointment, what a mistake.As I entered the lobby I was greeted by two employees bickering back and forth loudly. I had to wait a good minute or two before I was even acknowledged, I should have walked out the door right then.After about 45 minutes of waiting, the mechanic came out into the Lobby and said what do you think is wrong with it? WHAT!? Thats why I brought it here, you cannot make this stuff up. I had to make phone calls and internet searches to instruct them which diagnostics to perform. After another hour of this nonsense and a mounting feeling of dread and regret about this place, I drove off $120 lighter with a car that was still broken and no idea why.These people are not Volvo specialists, they know nothing about Volvos or any other car.

Very unprofessional. Serious anger issues.

I was quoted for two lower control arms for my volvo, $150. When I showed up I was told they actually $250. The owner laughed at me when I told him I could get a better deal somewhere else, the owner and the receptionist seemed very unprofessional and immature about the whole situation, when it was their mistake.
