The Tall Saleman compared me to the cement floor when I asked him about a vehicle that they had listed on there web site as new come to find out it had 27,000 miles on it. I asked how much he would take and he said he needed to go talk to his Boss I then SAID well can I come with you he said NO BECAUSE WE DONT L E T OUR CUSTOMERS GO BACK THERE I SAID ITS JUST BEHIND YOU SIR HE SAID YEAH I KNOW BUT YOUR LIKE WAY DOWN HERE ON THE CEMENT FLOOR AND WERE Way up here I said excuse me that sure is VERY RUDE to say to your customers. Tiffin I think his name was.

Varney GMC has great costumer service

Best dealership in the Bangor area!Fair is the word I would use. Brought my truck in for service, which I actually purchased from a different dealership (which after repeated attempts, couldnt find the problem), Varneys service team found the issue, no problems since, thank you, Mike in service was great.

Service department is very helpful and works hard to get all your needs accomplished. They will also work you in as needed for things like oil changes or small problems. The staff is very knowledgeable and conscientious. We have been using Varney service department and have purchased three vehicles at Barneys over the last 20 years. Ive never had a bad situation with them. Highly recommended.

Dont stand behind there product leased a 2017 elevation have had problems from day one twice would shift out of gear went thru to sets of tires complained thay said nothing wrong two front end aliedhments and now thay tell me I need tires and brakes it has 53000 miles first gnu and last no help junk
