I own a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander. Transmission went without any signs, had the transmission replaced and 2 month later the transmission started acting up again. When it was brought to be serviced they said nothing was wrong and that it was working perfectly! Needless to say in less than 24hours my transmission completely failed. Did I mention your put on a waiting list for receiving a transmission! Apparently they fail so often in these vehicles that they can not keep up with the supply on demand! I’m without a vehicle again! No rental car has been provided for my inconvenience. Soo I sit and wait for god knows how long before I have a vehicle again. My vehicle has been seen by three other mechanics for second opinions. All of them have told me that they have had nothing but problems with these vehicles. You would think it would be illegal for Mitsubishi to produce and sell these. But that’s Corporations for you. They keep getting richer, mean while the poor keep getting poorer!

I worked with this dealer on purchasing a new vehicle. I got as far as giving them my information with no money down. They understood that. Once I gave them my information (they did a credit check). They came back asking for $2,000 down. Which once again we stated we did not have. They said they would see what they could do. They did not call me back, and did not return any of my phone calls. Very poor customer service. Now purchasing the same vehicle through another dealer that worked with me. Once again, very poor customer service. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

Wife and I were in Maine all the way from Kentucky when the ac stopped working in our Outlander.The service department at Quirk was extremely attentive and friendly even though we were unable to have the repair made there due to vacation time constraints.

Dishonest,runs their own agenda,runs your credit without your permission. Ran credit 10 TIMES!!!!!! Was told the situation would be rectified. No action has been taken like I was promised. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you value your credit and want someone to deal honestly with you,then Quirk is not the place for you.
I need to clarify that I am writing this for my father, who prefers to not use the internet. Either way, he bought a brand new 2011 Outlander Sport from you guys back when it was new obviously! He drives it very little, still under 40k on it. Either way, you guys have taken care of EVERY issue hes had, small or large, same as Quirk has taken care of his Hyundai Elantra as well. He drives about 1.5 hours south to get there, but worth it in my opinion. He reports you are currently addressing a rust issue around the rear tailgate handle. No problem whatsoever....Thank you for taking care of your customers.
