I have literally never had such a good buying experience. Michelle was amazing. We really felt like she cared about us as people and wanted to make our situation the best she could.We went in for a test drive. They trusted us to take the vehicle as long as we wanted. We tried three, two she arranged to have there for us. Ended up buying!Afterwards, I spoke to a friend about it and she said she felt the same about them. Bought our car in 2018. Had issues with it right away and did not have a car for over a week and spent hours at the mechanics waiting because this is our only vehicle. I would still go here again to look for a car but would much more selective and careful choosing next time. I would recommend having the car looked at independently before purchasing.

Horrible experience that has cost me $10,000 for doing business with them. Will never go back. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass 15 months ago and due to circumstances and time restraints I needed my sales rep to have paperwork prepared for quick signing and I trusted her. Shame on me. I recently went to refinance and discovered i still owe $15400 and its worth $8000. Realized she added $2000 for extended warranty ( I would never knowingly purchase) and I had put $1000 down. I am writing a check today for $7000 to refinance today to owe what its worth. Disgusting business practice in my case. Im embarrassed for blindly trusting my sales rep. Never again with Lee.

I found the exact vehicle - a beautiful Tacoma - that I wanted on the website. I chatted online with Dawn, who made all the arrangements for the test drive and got the ball rolling on the financing. When I arrived Jason was on point and got me in the drivers seat after helping me inspect the vehicle inside and out. They even filled the tank for the test drive. After I decided it was the vehicle for me, Jason explained all my lender options. Everyone from the woman who greeted me at the door to the big boss, Tony, was accommodating and friendly. I hate buying cars. But I had to, and we ended up at Lee’s on Hogan Road in Bangor. The sales person Melissa was fantastic she was very in tuned to what I needed and what I wanted she never made me feel like I was a bother and did her very best to help me with purchasing a car after my other car was totaled in accident she helped me deal with the insurance companies and was very clear on what I needed to get from them to make the deal happen. This was the easiest, quickest car buying experience for me in the last 20 years. This was my second car from Lee and that did make it smoother. From the start, Jana Gray was so very helpful, from calling the insurance company to calling my ex to get him to sign off on the old car. You could tell they really wanted to help me get the car and were willing to help me, even take me to get my old car and follow me back to Bangor because it was having engine problems. Jana and the team were great!

One of the best experiences weve had at an auto dealer. Sales staff were available and very helpful, but did not breathe down our necks the entire time like at most places. Entire process was very pleasant, and Chrissy (Brewer location) is one of the best sales people weve dealt with. Highly recommended. The price of the car was clearly available and below the going rate in the area according to more than one internet source. They also have a good warranty that goes beyond the required Maine state one. Definitely will be my first choice in the future.

This is the second vehicle we purchased at Lee Credit Now in Presque Isle and it was a great experience. Tony and the staff in the office were awesome to work with and made us feel comfortable and we felt like they were genuine. We even liked the experience so much we bought another vehicle the next week. Tony was a floating manager but he made sure all our questions were answered and always was prompt in getting back to us. The only small critique would be that they could detail the vehicles better before they put them out. The inside was not filthy but it wasnt as clean as I keep my vehicles. This is the place to go!Our salesman was Skyler out of the Newport office. Not only was he friendly and professional but he treated us with respect! We thought that once our credit info was accessed whoever saw it would treat us like deadbeats, which we are not. We are hardworking people who were hit hard by the recession and are trying to dig ourselves out without filing bankruptcy. But even though our credit is horrible, Skyler went out of his way to help us find the right vehicle. Literally.We showed up after work on a weekday so it was late in the afternoon. We told Skyler what we were looking for and even test drove one of the vehicles he had on the lot. But, alas, it was not a good fit for our family. Once we told them that our vehicle was on its last legs and we were afraid it wouldnt get us back home Skyler and Levi worked started contacting their other offices, found a vehicle that they thought would work for us and actually had somebody drive it out to Newport from Ellsworth! This caused them to work late. But not once did they complain or comment. They seemed like they were happy to do it and really wanted to find us the right vehicle. And boy did they!The Nissan arrived after hours, we test drove it, loved it, and bought it right then! It is the perfect fit for us. It included an aftermarket radio and Levi actually helped us figure out how to work it. So, bottom line, this is the place to go! Whether you have good credit, bad credit, or somewhere in the middle. I had an accident with my previous car, bought from Brewer Credit Now. It was totalled. The insurance was going to pay off less that what I owed, talked to Terry Good, and he said he thought I had bought gap insurance. Went through my papers and HE WAS RIGHT. Saved. I bought another car from them the next day and they were super. Saved me a huge amount of money with a super interest rate. And . . . knocked $1000, off the price of my car. I purchased a car from Lee Auto 3 years ago with a clean Carfax record. In the last year it started to show signs that some body work had been done poorly and was causing some functional issues with the back hatch. Possibly by the rental company who sold it at auction to Lee. Lee Auto not only fixed the problem but each time it had to go in to be repaired, offered a rental car. This issue was neither mine nor Lee Autos fault due to the information being unavailable on the previous damage repair upon purchasing. They picked up the entire cost from wheel alignment and back window replacement to major auto body repair. I would hands down recommend Lee Auto to anyone looking for an honest and fair dealership. Great customer service that you do not have to fight for its part of their values as a business.

We were looking at buying a new (to us) car, and werent sure if we were going to be able to buy a car with our credit. The car that we had was becoming very unsafe and we knew we needed a new car and we needed one quickly. We looked at cars with Steve on Saturday, told him what we were looking for in a vehicle, why we needed to get a new car and did the paperwork; he had it processed Monday after the banks opened, and Tuesday was able to give us a list of vehicles that we could pick from that would be within our budget every month and as soon as he knew we had narrowed down our list to 2 contenders, he had the other car brought down to Ellsworth from Bangor so we could decide which one we liked the best. Once we had decided on a car, he did the paperwork on Wednesday and we went in Friday to pick up our new 2008 Jeep Patriot! He got our insurance switched over without any troubles at all! They even let us leave our old car up there until we could get someone to come pick it up later that evening. They had a little park and play area so my 4 year old daughter was happy and entertained throughout this whole process. Lee Credit Now made our car purchasing experience quick and easy and no hassle! We will definitely be coming back here for our next car purchase!

This is my first vehicle from Lee. They were very easy to talk with and listened to all my concerns and questions. Michele Straub was great. She made the paper work easy and understandable. They allowed me to try the truck out for a few days to make sure it was really the truck I wanted. This sealed the deal for me. The Hammond Street location was great as well. The manager TJ was right there if any questions need to be answer and everyone had a smile on their face. I will differently return for my next truck.

My wife and I saw a vehicle at the Bangor location, and called on Monday. That vehicle had just sold. Melissa asked us what we were looking for in a new vehicle, We told her we needed 4 wheel drive, full size, fair condition etc. Then I said we really would like a Suburban, but we couldnt afford one. She directed us to one they had in Elsworth. It was exactly what we wanted, but didnt think we could do it. Melissa had the Suburban delivered to the Bangor location for us to look at anyways. We went in to see it 15 minutes before they closed. The truck was beautiful!A deep burgundy, and in really nice condition. Melissa showed us what they could do, and to make a longer story shorter, 2 hours later (way after closing time) we left in our burgundy Suburban. Lee made it affordable for us.We are extremely pleased with the truck, the company and especially Melissa (the manager T. J. was very nice also)! Please give them a try if you are shopping for a vehicle. Absolutely NO pressure, no stories, no bull-crap, and no sales tactics. Just very good vehicles and a very honest staff.I may be biased, but if you are in the Greater Bangor area, go see Melissa! I think that you will be pleased.I have waited a month to write this review, because I think that everyone is happy when they drive away, But issues can arise in the first month, but not in this case. Since we bought our 2004 Ford F-150 from Barry Noyse a few years back, we always bring our vehicles to the Newport location for service and inspections. While waiting for our 2000 Ford Focus to be inspected, we took a quick walk around the lot and noticed a great looking silver 2012 Ford Focus, Barry Noyse, noticed our interest and told us to take the car for a test drive but I said no, I wasnt really looking for a new car at the time but thanks just the same. Well, I was wrong. I thought about that car on the lot for the next week until finally my husband told me to call Barry and ask him if he still had the car so I could take it for a test drive. Barry was great, the car was off the lot but he called and got it back and arranged for us to take it for a test drive the next day, which was also his day off. I told him that if we liked it, wed come in on Friday to do the paperwork so he wouldnt have to come in on his day off. The test drive was great, I loved the car and when we went back to the dealer after the test drive - there was Barry waiting for us! He came in on his day off because he didnt want us to have to wait until the next day to have our questions answered or do the paperwork if we wanted the car. This is not the first time that Barry has gone above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate him. I would recommend the Newport office and Barry Noyse in particular to anyone looking to purchase a good, reliable used car. This dealership and all its employees are an asset in the Newport area and they have the best service and customer service! I just love the new car, its got all the amenities Ive never had in a Focus - power windows, rain detecting windshield wipers, leather seats and many more. Thank you so much Barry!

Lee Credit Now on Hogan Rd. in Bangor has to be the best car dealership in the state with the best employees. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Michelle Castonguay is the best sales representative we have ever seen. She works hard searching for the perfect vehicle and just as hard to make sure you get it. She always returns calls promptly and makes you feel like your her only client. She welcomes you with a smile on her face and a congratulations and handshake when you are ready to leave with your new car, truck or SUV. Everyone from the ladies typing out the paper work to Dale Pinche who works hard to help make the deal go more easily are a joy to deal with. We have purchased 5 vehicles over the past years and have never had one bad experience. We highly recommend anyone who is in the market for an excellent vehice at an affordable price along with some wonderful people to go to LeeCredit Now on Hogan Rd.
They definitely try to scam you
I have bought many vehicles from Linnehans (now Lee), this time I didnt think we would get this beautiful Dodge Nitro. Skyler and Don made it so by working hard and believing in us. They went the extra mile to make sure we had the best vehicle. They would NOT let us have it until it was a almost perfect Nitro. I almost cried when they gave us the key. No Joke! I will return to buy my next and future vehicles from now on.Thank you Skyler and Don! If you want to buy a vehicle see the two men and it will happen!! OORAH! GO ARMY!!
I am really pleased with the people at LEE! My sales man Chris Carr, worked very hard to get me the best interest rate on the 2010 Jeep Liberty I just purchased. I would also like to mention Hannah here, she is the one that got me to the dealership, She is one the wonderful ladies in the credit pre-approval department.I have a very inconsistant work schedule, and through the excellent phone and internet access to both Chris and Hannah, the sale from start to finish only took a week! That is pre-approval to me driving it off the lot.I will definately think of LEE when it is time to buy a new used car.
From the superb communications with us online and over the phone, to the stay on track attitude, Jim Lyons has once again helped thisfamily achieve its goals.
