Nick is AMAZING, and was super patient when I brought in 20+ boxes to be individually shipped. Mrs. Helen is always a joy to work with, never without a smile on her face. I absolutely love the employees at this location and wouldnβt go anywhere else!
Top notch service. The young lady was truly helpful, courteous as well as professional. I just wish I remembered her name. I came on Thursday at 7:05pm.
I had to pick up a missed delivery, and there was a wait because there was only one employee working at the counter. But the 5 stars stays since the lady working was sooo pleasant. I appreciated her attitude and how she helped the person in front of me ship something. Props to her!
If I could give -1 I would have. Spend an hour on the phone to find out why my package wasnβt delivered. Then spoke to a very Indian βJamesβ who told me my package could be re delivered today. Only to receive an extremely rude call from the person at the actual location telling me that βthe service department doesnβt know what theyβre talking aboutβ and that I could either pick up my package or have it re delivered the next day, but if the delivery didnβt go through they would return to sender. Had to pick up my package personally and then was told they didnβt know who had called me so I am not able to report this horrible rude customer service representative. My best advice to anyone is to ship with anyone else but fed ex.
Im not from Maryland so I dont know whats typical, but you definitely dont have your southern hospitality Im so accustomed to. The lady behind the counter was nice to me, but a little cold to an Asian lady she couldnt quite understand. Typical fedex experience otherwise which was good.
As bad as delivery personnel. One extremely slow employee working the counter. Fedex is like living in hell. I had to return damaged parts due to delivery. I wish I had an option who to use. Rockauto does not have an 0ption
Went to return packages. They would not print our label, which we forgot. Had to drive to the nearby Office Depot, where they took better care of us.
I went in there just under the wire of closing and the representative was just as friendly and helpful as if it was middle of the day I told him I was sorry that I came so late he said no problem treated me very kindly, nicely, professionally and with respect A great place to ship important overnight packages.
Only ever 1 person manning the counter. Usually 6 to 8 people waiting to ship something or pick something up. Wait times to ship 1 item can be up to an hour. Plan ahead, for those who cant pre-print labels
Worst Experience, EVER!!!! Needed to ship 3 packages that had dry ice. Even though this is a shipping hub they didnt have a single label.Has to drive to office Depot, download the dry ice label and go back.Absolutely WORST customer service ever.

This is the second delivery that FedEx said they delivered, but no package at my door. Both times I was home when the packages were supposed to be delivered. I truly believe that maybe the driver cant read/see well or something. I will not use FedEx again, if I can help it. When I call customer service all I get is a message stating that your package has been delivered. Never again.....
Constantly marking my packages as an attempt to deliver business closed when my packages are being delivered to my house not a business. Itβs sad that you pay for expedited shipping and they donβt even attempt to deliver packages. I went to this location today to try to get my package and there were several others complaining about the same issue.
My order from the Jordan warehouse in China was never delivered... Driver said I signed for my package at 10:18 on Friday the 13th, I couldnt have signed for anything because I was waiting for them to deliver it... Now they are saying that he said that I signed for it, the bottom line is that someone stole... Horrible employees and also pathetic......

Fedex is at it again, sloppy deliveries. Let me enlighten you, my front door is no where near where they laid or possibly threw my delicate package (its an xbox console in that box) fedex opened the gate and put the box right by the gate. Someone could have easily picked it up and kept going. This is how I feel, if someone or a company pay Fedex to deliver something they should have enough integrity and professionalism to place the box right at the door or do what the customer put on the delivery order. Just plain ole unacceptable, truthfully I think most if not all companies should use another carrier or let you pick the carrier that will be delivering your paid for package, that you paid your hardworking dollars for. Look at my other Fedex posts for more sloppy, careless deliveries.

I absolutely love this FedEx location! You definitely cant miss it with all thier big trucks and vans parked all over the lot. The employees are always ready, willing, and able to help me in any way. I go in a few times a week to drop off my packages and I can not think of one time when they werent great. Usually not a long wait either, eight out of ten times I am able to walk right up to the counter. ππΌ
This has got to be the worst delivery company I have ever TRIED to work with! They do not deliver with care! Ive waited for over 2 weeks today for 2 outa 4 packages that they keep promising to deliver b4 the end of the day & they NEVER arrive apparently they were lost! The company sent me 2 more of the packages that arrived in 2 days (still no sign of the other 2) & the delivery lady THROWS my packages on the ground instead of the porch because they are fragile, my home has several security cameras & u can clearly see her throwing them on the ground at the bottom of the steps at the porch during a horrible storm, the boxes are damaged & smashed!! I gave 1 star because I had to, to warn all of u to beware when/if you ever use this company!!!!!!! MOST of the drivers should be fired!! GOOD LUCK!

Nothing to brag about. Functional, felt like driving through a semi maze to locate. So look good for 7066, and make sure you follow directions to the customer enteance. The lady who assisted was professional and located my package quickly.
I have specific instructions on delivery on both my account and signs on my porch, yet for some reason fedex is the only delivery company that cant seem to follow those instructions. The drivers either throw my packages or just leave them on my steps near the ground. I have a ring door bell and see them doing this daily, rather then just walking up 3 steps and placing the package next to my front door as instructed. I wish Walmart would use a different company like UPS to deliver for them because fedex drivers are not the brightest in my excrescence if you can even follow simple instructions.

I was expecting a package and while Iβm sitting in my living room, I get a text that my package wasnβt delivered because no one was home. The doorbell never even rang! And we have cameras and the delivery vehicle never even showed up on the camera. Horrible service!

SO WENT TO 7066 GOLDEN RING ROAD BALTIMORE MD 21237 FEDEX OFFICE ON THURSDAY BUT SHOCKED AND SURPRISED TO HEAR THAT PACKAGE WAS ALREADY SENT BACK TO SHIPPER. FEDEX OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE CASUALLY REPLIED IT WAS SENT BACK TO SHIPPER ON THURSDAY MORNING. IT WAS AN IMPORTANT PACKAGE AND THIS KIND OF SERVICE NOT EXPECTED FROM FEDEX.

I dont go to the center but packages are delivered to me regularly since walmart send packages mostly through FedEx. I have had many problems with fedex this year; packages left outside my apartment building, open packages and packages that were never delivered. FedEx is a horrible company who doesnt care anything about its customers. When you order something you obviously want it delivered to your house not left in a random place but theyre to lazy to walk up the stairs to your apartment. Durning this time of the year packages are being stolen and they FedEx should go through the proper procedures to assure you receive you package which is something that they dont do.

Horrible customer service. I needed package overnighted, got there right at 7:45pm and Ms. Ghetto Queen said it wouldnt go out until next day. I told her I was standing in the lobby for 5 minutes and had someone been there, I could have handed it to them before their 7:50pm cut-off time. Needless to say, I went into the no customers allowed area myself, found a manager, handed it to him and asked if it could go out tonight and he says, sure, why not? Thank goodness for him. The woman at the front shouldnt work there if shes too lazy to actually do her job.
I ordered my wedding band online. Because package theft is an issue in my neighborhood and I am generally not home to sign during delivery hours my jewler sent the package to this facility to be held for pickup. This location refused delivery and sent it back to the jewler TWICE, despite the fact that they list package holding as a service the provide.On a separate recent occasion I had gone on the FedEx website to track a package because I was again worried about package theft. The tracking website advertised options like Schedule delivery for between 5-8pm and hold package for pickup. I selected to schedule the delivery for between 5 and 8 pm. It was delivery at 10 am while I was at work. I rushed home and the package WAS NOT THERE! I called them to ask why it was delivery when I request the schedule pickup and they told me That option is just a suggestion and basically went on to indicate that all of those options they list are just THINGS THEY IGNORE. In regards to my missing package it turned out that the driver had just marked the package as delivered by it was STILL ON THE TRUCK!!!.Based on these experiences I would say my opinion of FedEx is appropriately summed up by that expression about not being able to find things with both of your hands.
FEDEX LOST MY LIVE ANIMAL.FedEx does live reptile shipping overnight with special care. I moved to Baltimore a few days ago and had my snake shipped up from Florida. While I was at work, I tracked my package and it said the snake was delivered, but it was never dropped at my house, now I have no idea where my snake is. This isnt an object were talking about, this is a LIVE ANIMAL!!! How could they possibly let something like this happen?!

In short words I had to drive 25 miles to pick up my packages or it would have been much longer. Stay away from FedEx as much as you can....... I am having the WORST service from Fedex. Every person I have been in contact has not been helpful, no suggested solutions just HARD NOs or we dont do that, we cant do that. They will not even provide direct telephone numbers when I call and ask. After the phone calls, there is a option to do a brief survey, and they try to not hang up and wait for me to hang up so I cannot give them feedback. I cannot believe how bad things have gotten at Fedex. I will never use this service again, use DHL, UPS or USPS. Not Fedex.
Drove here on a Saturday to find the doors locked and a sign that said gone to lunch for an hour (at 3:45, they close at 5). No time stamp on the sign mind you, so no idea how long the wait will be.If youβre down personnel you eat while you work or you take less time for lunch.

THIS CENTER IS TERRIBLE. The drivers are idiots that cannot follow simple instructions. I shipped food from NY - paid the ridiculous overnight shipping fees, gave very specific instructions that no signature was required and the package should be left at the door. I also explained that the food might spoil if not delivered overnight.The day of the shipping comes and the driver did not leave it at the door, nor did he knock on the door (recipients were home). I was checking tracking and noticed this, so I immediately called fedex. They told me the driver refused to go back and it would be delivered the next day. They also told me they would store the package in a refrigerator so it wouldnt spoil. They gave me specific instructions to have the recipients leave a note on the door saying its ok to leave the package at the door.The next day the again the driver refused to leave the package. I called once again immediately. The person this time around said they will not leave at the door and the package was never stored in a refrigerator because they dont have one to store it in! The recipient had to go pick up the package after it spoiled because the driver couldnt follow the simple instructions to leave the box at the door.Its not worth it to use overpriced fedex, especially this location where they dont care at all.
