Really blown away. My last experience with a major storage company turned very twilight zone but ended well. The building had been condemned and I had moved 3 states away. I related this story to Michael (20 stars for Michael - he really ROCKS it out - I love his passion and dedication to his customers and the pristine condition of this gorgeous facility.) - anyway - Michael then understood my appreciation for this place. I told him how I saw them breaking ground and building it little by little because I walked by every day to and from my job. I knew they were doing a great job just in designing and building this place. Then I finally walk in and WOW - class all the way. You could be walking into your local bank and feel sort of like this - but this is way better. Its better because of Michael. His welcome reminds me of that enthusiastic third cousin you thought was still 8 yo, and then hes all grown up and greeting you at the family reunion as if he just talked with you yesterday. That is how Michael makes customers feel - so WELCOME and personally provided for. He is all about serving the customers best needs - not selling you a more expensive space that you do not really need. Michael LISTENS and then he knows exactly which choices would serve you best. The world would be a better place with more Michaels in it. AND look at all the supplies they sell! My life is better for doing business here.

Best storage facility Ive ever worked with!! Michael was AWESOME. He was so detailed in providing me all the info I needed to get in to the unit during closing hours. I was able to reserve everything over the phone with him. I hope I dont ever have to use storage again, but if I do this is the only place in Baltimore I will use! Every other experience will now be measured against this one.

Store It All Self Storage in Baltimore was hands down the best experience I have ever had with a storage facility. Michael is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me select the perfect size storages unit for my needs. And the facility itself is clean, secure, and well-laid out, making it easy to get to your storage unit.

There is no part of selling a house, buying a house and moving that is easy. Everything seems to be more convoluted than it should.Except for working with Michael.He makes things simple. No drama. No fumbles. And he clearly cares a great deal about helping his customers. No long holds. No computer systems that, sorry, didn’t understand your response. No department that doesn’t really handle that, sorry, but have you tried our online chat option that requires a new app and is only active between 9a PST and noon EST. Just a guy who makes it all work as simply as possible.Even if you don’t need a storage unit, consider getting one at Store It All just to have a rare and excellent customer service experience!

I absolutely love this storage facility and not just because its a block away from my home. The building is very clean and there are so many units to chose from for your storage needs. The climate controlled building is very comfortable and access to the building is user friendly. The best part of my experience, with Store It All Storage, is Michael Vasquez, the Property Manager. He is very warm and accommodating and he represents the company with character and integrity. Each time I have visited the office Michael offers bottle water or coffee (even a snack for my children) with a genuine tone. This gesture of kindness sets my experience apart from other storage facilities I have used in the past. Michael is also available 24/7, if you have an emergency, and need to access your unit after gate hours and that should be a big plus for anyone deciding on a storage company. I love all the plants and art work on the walls, in the office, making the environment very welcoming to new clients. The prices of the units are fair and because of this I have recommended this company to neighbors and friends. Just yesterday, I brought in a new client who, without hesitation, signed a contract leaving his previous storage company after 10 years and Michaels customer service skills made his decision less concerning. I hope the rent remains stable with no surprise rent increases...something I experienced at previous facilities which made me feel violated and cheated. I hope my experience with Store It All Storage will be a lasting relationship that will always allow me to share positive feedback.

By far and away the best place in the Baltimore area for storage. The facility is brand new. It is very clean, modern and overall just a really nice place with great prices! Michael is fantastic and made picking out a unit effortless. The security seems pretty good too which was an important factor for me. It is easily accessible from downtown, I-95 and I-295. I couldnt be happier with my decision.

Micheal is very nice and personable, he was so helpful in getting my storage unit. The facility is very clean and the amenities are great - elevators, dollies, gated unloading area. Prices were reasonable. Overall great place to store your stuff.

SO glad I chose to store here. The facility is very clean, well-lit, and open making it a nice environment to keep your things as well as walk through. The price for the units themselves are also extremely fair compared to other storage places around and they dont have any weird random additional fees. Michael, in particular, was extremely helpful, friendly, and personable. He really cared about finding something that worked best for me and went above and beyond to make things work. He really made something I was dreading to do super easy and even made me smile along the way. Here, I feel like a customer and not just another number to them, which is great feeling especially when your personal belongings are involved.
