I dont even know where to begin.....oh yes I do. They broke and damaged items that shouldve been handled with care. They scratched up walls when they moved furniture in. It was my mistake entrusting in the 3 guys to move my things in alone as I ran to Bobs Discount furniture. No one is acknowledging that this has happened nor have they offered to return any amount of the $760.00 that I paid to remove the broken items from my apartment. The 1st time I used the company I had some concerns about 2 of the movers (that barely worked) but all in all I gave them a good review. One of the movers told me to call them directly if I wanted cheaper movers and she hardly did any work all she did was talk, talk, talk and talked. I have two boxes in my home that doesnt even belong to me that didnt get broken thats labeled donation. What in the entire world lol. All I can do is laugh because no one has returned my email about the broken items or the boxes that do not belong to me. If you are looking for a quality moving company, please use Wise Choice Group. Shawn and Jordan were great! They were prompt and pleasant. They worked quickly and efficiently even though it was over 90 degrees outside. There was some very heavy furniture that had to be brought upstairs and downstairs and they were very careful with the furniture and the walls. Very pleased with the service. We had a great experience from start to finish for a local move, mainly furniture. The quote was thorough and charges transparent, final bill was exactly as expected. This was the second time I’ve used Two Men & a Truck for my move. They are professional, and took the time to partially dissemble my bed frame to make it up the stairs, as well as took apart my bed and reassembled it. They were all very nice and pleasant, as well as efficient and skilled at what they do. They made sure to gently lay down and pick up the furniture, so as not to damage the floors. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others!

We had a fantastic experience Two Men and a Truck from start to finish. This was our first time using movers for a big move and the entire process was seamless with this company. From getting our estimate and reserving our date to the time they drove away from our new home. We started getting texts a few days out from the move to confirm the move date, confirm the time, and then a text on the morning of to let us know the truck was on it’s way. We had 3 men (as quoted) arrive within the window of time that they provided and they got right to work. They were super polite and professional. They took care of all our items, wrapping furniture well, and moved them with ease. Stephen from the office was in constant contact throughout the move day, texting to make sure everything was going well which was very reassuring. This company was recommended to me by someone who has used them several times in the past, so I decided to use them for my 40 min move. BIG BIG BIG MISTAKE!!! There were 3 men - and they took 12 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment - they damaged 2 of my lamps, and my bed broke right after they left from not being assembled together correctly. They were also LATE in arriving, and got an attitude when they saw what furniture I had - it is heavy furniture, and I warned the office of that when I called for the quote. The moving guys did not work together at all and then 2 of them got into an argument at my new place!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Once my belongings were in my new place, they charged me double if not more what I was originally quoted! They actually made me REGRET ever moving! Do yourself a favor and run from this company. Next time I have to move, I will not be calling them. I am going to speak with an attorney due to their lack of respect, and damage to my belongings, this company caused me a lot of emotional and mental distress on a day that I was previously so excited for.

Had I believe Justin, Erick, and Dorian helping me with a local (~30 min) move. I did most of my move myself but wanted to contact movers for the heavy stuff that may not fit in my car, that is my queen bed and a futon and a large TV stand. Two Men and a Truck called me in the morning and gave me good notice of when they would arrive and got there on time. They were polite, helpful, and very efficient, and they took good care of all of my furniture and nothing got damaged. They did well with taking apart and putting back together my bed frame as well. They all wore masks inside as did I (due to the pandemic of course) and I felt perfectly safe in that regard. I think the price I ended up paying wasnt that bad and it was definitely worth it for the service.

I had a move that was scheduled on a Saturday morning. The crew was responsive and let me know when they were near. They also used pads and plastic wrap to protect the items I didn’t protect. They were really nice and effective, set up our bed for us. Overall, my moving experience was pleasant and didn’t take all day to complete. Thanks again!

Consistent follow up and contact until the day of the move.Why not 5 stars?The actual moving day crew was sloooowwwww and unprepared. I know its the busy season and just after COVID. Im already grading on that curve. They brought NO TOOLS, they borrowed a Leatherman multitool from me which they didnt return... couldnt disassemble a bed, and left 3 of their blankets. Of the four man crew, 2 guys did 70% of the work. At the end, I stepped in to help the two to get the job done. YMMV, but this was my experience, might be better when it isnt the busy season.

Im a renter that has enough furniture to fill a house; I used them for my first big move early in 2020, they did exceptionally then especially with the challenges of some older furniture as well as appliances through narrow hallways and steps. Moving the second time was even more efficient though it had fewer challenges posed, both times were efficient moves and got almost everything unpacked and setup same day.

I selected this specific Two Men and Truck over the others because of their higher ratings and reviews... and they did not disappoint. I requested container unloading services and these guys were amazing. Griffin and his team worked non-stop to safely unload my 16’ x8’ x8’ container and move my furniture and household good items up to a 4th floor apartment (with no elevator)... all under 2 hours. I’ve never seen such a coordinated and hard working crew.

This is my second experience with Two Men and a Truck and both experiences have been excellent! This day, I retrieved a sofa and a desk from storage. When I unpacked them, they were in perfect condition. The movers are always responsive. They call with an ETA when on the way and they arrive early in the scheduled block of time. The movers are friendly, polite and efficient. I will definitely be using this company again!

Truly a terrible experience. I wasnt going to be able to be at the receiving end of the move so I spent a lot of time going over the details of my move and how I wanted all the items delivered into the garage/basement (no stairs) and was told no problem. I also had a few valuable/sentimental pieces that I had planned to have the movers bring special boxes for to ensure their safety. All of this was confirmed multiple times with the office. The office did a terrible job communicating with the movers. The movers were told the wrong time to arrive, had no boxes on the truck (and one treasured item was delivered dented and a couple other items broken), and the items were placed on the main level, which was under construction. After calling the office, I got no response after the first call. Corporate also failed to follow up my call. Maybe other franchise locations are different, but save yourself lots of money, stress, and hassle... rent a uhaul and pay some movers to load and drive it for you and unload it. You will save thousands of dollars an interstate move and wont have as many headaches!!

We moved last weekend. Trey and Governor arrived right on time. They were extremely professional. Trey was able to park the truck in the loading dock with ease. I was extremely anxious about moving as we were incredibly disorganized at best. Trey and Governor made moving massive pieces of furniture look easy! They did an awesome job with no damage at all, it is obvious that they know what they are doing! They protected and moved our items with care. We have used TM&T six times in four years and, incredible to say, we look forward to the next one. This last one was particularly difficult because the home remodelers were still working when the movers arrived. Even with so many folks to maneuver around, the TM&T crew were consistently professional and pleasant. I will continue to recommend TM&T whenever possible.

They asked for $100 deposit my total was $609 was my total Im thinking that the $100 that they withdrew out of my bank account was going to be deducted from the 600 and it wasnt by time they got finished Eden hundred dollars more work for charges that I was not told was going to be at it the bill wind up being 700 over 700 I called about the refund but I had never received the bill until I called and made a complaint so be careful with the $100 that they asked you to put down on the deposit they tell you its a subtract from the total but its really not so you dont get $100 back I think that this is a poor service not explaining this to you in the beginning I will never use them again

We used this company for our move this past weekend after contacting many companies. Two men and a truck were the best offer and provided great service. Our movers arrived on time and were both very professional. They didnt waste time and did a great job moving out furniture (which included a sleeper sofa). I would definitely use them again. The move experience was positive, the late arrival time was the only thing I had an issue with as I had other items planned around my move which had to be rescheduled and costed me additional monies. But they did complete the move promptly and were courteous. This is my second time using this company, would use them again.

I had a local move, and following the advice given to me I had all my boxes packed and ready to go. The team helping me was great, and very efficient. My end costs ended up being well below the initial estimate. No damage to any of my items. Everyone was great. Worst part of the experience was playing phone tag with the office for the initial quote and reservation, but once I was actually on the phone with someone they were always very helpful.

I did an extensive search on moving companies to perform a local move. Two Men and a Truck had some pretty favorable reviews, so I decided to take a chance and go with them.The sales associate that assisted me with the quote was very friendly and worked with me to provide a pretty decent estimate for my move. I was a little nervous though being that the quote could be higher or lower depending on how much actually hit the truck on moving day and depending on the actual number of hours the move took.I was also provided with a 4 hour timeframe that the movers would be arriving on move out day. I called and asked that they arrive a little earlier and TMAAT was able to assist with that.Move out/in day went well. The movers were ready to work. I was prepared to help, but they had everything out and loaded on the truck sooner than expected. The lead mover did hint at a tip, which I was going to give and I certainly didnt mind, especially cause they worked very hard. The only questionable issue was when they said the truck was full and they were able to work in the rest of stuff that was going to be left behind. There was almost no damage moving out or into the new house. Maybe a ding or two, but nothing major.Once the move was complete, the lead mover, checked me out. Not sure all the times he entered was accurate, but as I said before, I didnt mind paying a little extra being that they worked hard and quick and everything made it in the house safely.I would recommend TMAAT to anyone looking for movers, just be prepared to pay accordingly.

This moving company checks all of the boxes for me. I moved 2300 miles across the country and it could not have been easier because of Two Men and a Truck. I used Two Men and a Truck to move my 83 year old mother from NYC to MD with me on January 20th. I cant say enough how happy I was with that decision. Starting from the Office Staff to the Movers, they were always professional. Even when I continually contacted them with questions or stopped by to purchase more bubble wrap and tape :) they were always pleasant. Zhane McKnight was a breath of sunshine, every time I stopped by the office, she always remembered my name and assured me that everything would be alright being that it was my mothers first move in over 20 years and moving from out of town. I was so sad to hear, when I went there on Friday, January 22nd to to Thank them all that it was her last day. The day of the move, I was kind of nervous, but the drivers called me and informed me of their ETA which made me feel better, so I was able to go get breakfast for us before they arrived. When the two men came, cant remember their names, they were very pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. They made my mother feel very comfortable. It wasnt like they just rushed through her house and grabbed thing and went out the door. They explained everything as they were going. Wrapped everything with care, padded her Curio Closets with care and it all didnt take long before we were on our way back to MD.I will be using them again in March when she moves into her apartment for sure.Thank you for your service, you sure have a repeat customer and I will definitely recommend Two Men and a Tuck to anyone who is looking to move. I had Davon, Eddie, Chris and Kenny. They were great! And the crew that got my stuff out of storage to my new residence was equally wonderful and polite. The team I worked with was very fast moving out of my apartment, but in times of this pandemic, they didnt always keep their masks on, which is concerning. The day of my move was very hot, but that doesnt mean theres no pandemic, plus two of the guys were coughing a lot. When the movers got to the house I moved to one of them started smoking (not in my house), while holding my furniture. They also did not assemble any of the furniture they disassembled at my apartment like my dresser. They claimed they didnt have the tools to put it back together, but that had to have them to take it apart. They movers I had were nice, but I think they sort of gave up because it was hot and they had issues trying to get my boxspring upstairs.

I called to get a quote for my long distance move. They provided me with a quote and I went to schedule and they would not honor the quote. I had documentation and a recording of the quote. They refused to provide the service within the original quote and expected me to pay over 2,000 more than what was originally stated. They acknowledged my first quote and recognized the offer, as it was in their system, but refused to honor it. I would also share that nothing was different about my move between the first and second calls. I do not recommend this company and I would not trust them with any quotes they provide you.

The two employees showed up on time and quickly went to work to cover our sofa bed with blankets to protect it during transit.They loaded the sofa bed on their truck and delivered it to its destination.Upon arrival, they unloaded the sofa bed and then carried it to its destination. It arrived in great condition.The two employees were very professional and I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

So scheduling everything went fine with the back office and I was confident enough in my initial booking. However, once the movers arrived it was all downhill from there. Considering this was a secondary move and there were no major items to be moved other than our entertainment center I thought the process would go quite smoothly. Wrong. On the phone I was told the movers would make sure to wrap up delicate items. Sadly, our entertainment center which is particularly nice suffered a couple scratches due to the general recklessness the crew displayed. I was not comfortable with the general lackadaisical manner in which they handled our items. One of the movers broke the weight in one our lamps after it was on the moving truck. He claimed it just fell out and it must have been loose. Mularkey! The lamp had been fine for years. But I digress. I wasnt impressed with Two Men and a Truck and I would say youre better off getting two friends and a truck to help you move. They would at least care about your stuff if it got broken. These guys not so much.

They arrived on time. The guys were very friendly and kind. They got the truck packed and unpacked very quickly. Their speed saved is some money. I hope to not move again any time soon, but if I do, I will use them again.

I would give them more stars if I could. From the reps I spoke to on the phone to arrange our move, to the outstanding team who did the move, Two Men and a Truck were great. Team was fast, efficient, cheerful in 90 degree heat. They really came through for us.

The movers were so helpful and kind! I got food poisoning and tried to push back my move (which wouldve been a logistical nightmare), but instead they were very accommodating and helped me pack up the rest of my belongings. They were super nice to go that extra step and they left all my stuff reassembled and organized. Great company!

In a life full of chaos and what has to have been the most stressful move of a lifetime, Two Men and a Truck were there to calm us down and make things so much easier. My husband and I were basically experiencing what Id like to call a level five of Murphys Law.... Everything was going wrong from closing, to power, plumbing and it caused us to have to delay our move. All of our belongings were on the trucks already and a nightly storage fee runs at $250 a truck (we had two trucks)... So add that, combined with finding an unexpected hotel stay, you could say we were stressed. Two Men and a Truck were so kind and thoughtful to have a game plan and their Operations Managers did everything they could do to get us in our home as promptly as possible. The movers were beyond professional, moved quickly, and just put us at ease. When the treadmill didnt fit through the door, they told me not to worry and they would get on it to get the problem fixed. If it was not for Two Men and a Truck I would probably be in shambles right now. I loved that the managers would call and check in to see how the move was going and if we needed anything else. Thank you for your amazing customer service.

All the men were very courteous very professional moved very quickly did not linger in any way. Extremely professional and efficient crew. Ryan, Steve and Julius worked faster than I anticipated, took great care of my belongings and stayed flexible when we had some issues at the storage unit. Will 100% use Two Men in future locations and recommend them to friends.

Two Men and a Truck were able to help me in a pinch. I called them at 5PM right before they closed and they had movers at my doorstep at 9AM the next day. The 3 men who moved our belongings were professional and helpful. The office staff were very professional as well. I havent worked with many movers in my lifetime but this experience was a 10/10.

We recently used Two Men and a Truck for our move, and had a great experience with the two men that moved us. It was a hot, humid, and sweaty day, and the guys had a ton of steps to go up and down. The two gentlemen were so nice, professional, friendly, and somehow continued to keep going despite the dozens of trips up and down the steps. They were so polite and pleasant. As soon as they got to our house they started wrapping the furniture and getting things in the truck. We were very pleased with our experience and plan to use the same gentlemen for the second part of our move. I hope we’ll be able to use the same two people for the second half of our move in a few weeks/months.
