Such a great store! Always a great selection of shoes and clothing and other hype items. Their prices are fair and negotiable at times. Also their payout for items are decent too. Always have been treated kindly when I have shopped here. All my visits when I get a chance to come by take more than a hour, and shop owner/staff always make you feel comfortable and enjoy talking. If you are looking for a great shop and experience definitely check them out!

Owner was friendly and helpful when needed. Shoe selection was on point; offering both new and NDS options. On top of shoes, they had a bit of vintage clothing and collectibles as well as other various collectibles (think Supreme, Medicom Bearbrick, etc.) Highly recommend.

Great store for me to go and feel like Im not only welcome, but also know that Im not getting a fake item or shoe or etc. I also recommend and acknowledge their key master, which has had 8 winners(as of this review being made) and post it publicly so people know that they are very possible to win a high quality item out of the machine. They not only stay up to date with new releases, but also with new trends and designer clothes/shoes. Even though their surrounding locations/areas could be dangerous at night, they close at 8pm to assure their customers and themselves can get home safe when the area can be considered dangerous, which is a little detail that I consider great. A minor plus is they also have up to date music playing inside, which is a small but nice detail. They also have variety of clientele, from the usual 13 year old, like myself, to Ravens Players, Youtubers, and people from other states, some halfway across the country, which proves its attractiveness. In conclusion, an overall great experience for me and my friends, and I cannot recommend it enough.

I wanted to buy gently usedclothing items and this store looked like a consignment shop from the outside and the inside. I got little excited when i stepped in because the items i saw were name brand. My excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The prices were way over my budget. Nike tennis shoes were tagged at $200, $300. Supreme shirts were $50-$80. My personal opinion is that this is an overpriced thrift shop. Store wasnt organized at all. Had to sort through everything like i was shopping at Marshalls! Ultimately I purchased NOTHING. If Im going to spend $300 in one store Im walking out with at least 7+ items

Talked on the Phone and told them exactly what pair I wanted to sell and exactly what conditions they were in. Drove all the way there for them to turn me away bc they were size 14. If you knew this why make me drive all the way to Baltimore? Poor communication and I’d give 0 stars if I could

The customer service in this store is horrible, they act like theyre the only sneaker store in Baltimore. I called and asked for a pair of shoes to be put on hold and that I would be at the store within 30 minutes. I get there to find the shoes still on the shelf and the explanation was oh sorry, whoever you spoke with mustve forgot. After seeing the shoes and trying them on, I decide to purchase anyway. At the register I see that the shoes were rung up at a different price than what was listed online and the explanation was someone must have posted the wrong price but this is the price. Dont spend your money here. I dont understand how basic customer service skills arent a necessity when working in customer service, or how you can be so disregarding to a potential customer. Ive been trying to find time to visit this store for a while now and my experience was highly disappointing. Ill just stick to taking my business to Foam City like Ive been doing.

Owner and everyone who works there is very knowledgeable about every item in the store. They also have a 2nd store that cleans your shoes and sells shoes also. I dont know what else to say about this business but if you LOVE sneakers like I do, its a must to go .check em out

Went in to trade a pair of sneakers for a different size; it was quick and painless. They definitely have a nice selection of stuff too, not just sneakers, but apparel as well. Some cool dudes running this place. They arent just there to make money either, I actually had a whole conversation with them while there. They connect with their customers.

I understand the store is new, I went there today to check it out. The guy was friendly, prices were a little high but I understand some of the shoes are hard to find. As I was leaving I saw a coach purse that was only &40.00, I purchased it, paid in cash and really thought I got a good deal. I got home and realized the purse was way too small and my daily necessities wouldnt fit. I went back 2 HOURS later, THE SAME DAY!!! And asked if I could return it. He said he doesnt do returns. So I asked to see his return policy or anywhere that states you dont do refunds or exchanges. The store hasnt even been open a week. I could understand if ANYWHERE POSTED OR PRINTED, STATED NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ANYWHERE BUT THERE WASNT. He could of returned it. He said he was having signs made, but until the signs were hung and a refund policy was put into action, he could of been business like and returned the purse.

Bad customer service so I came in from Miami on business and I researched this spot it look pretty good online since Monday I reached out to them because I want to go get some shoes and spend some money with them and they never answer why have a Instagram or a phone number if no one answers I am sure the the spot is cool but these are ways of making more money answer your customers it would help you get to the next level I just ended up buying with GOAT .

Ive been shopping here since the store was in Towson knew Berto since he worked at Finish Line in Towson Mall. I came here because of the great reviews. Establishment was nice however, the customer interaction was cold and unbothered. As soon as they were not interested in the shoes they quickly turned their focus away from me and didnt interact with me at all after that. Im a business major and understand the bottom line very well as I am a sneakerhead myself and have worked customer service for private companies. But customer service is what carries a business at the end of the day and it was poor. No greeting, farewell, small talk, or even attempt to sell me anything. I get its a slow Sunday but damn lol.

Wish i could give them 0 stars, Where should i start. i went in there with a DS pair of Not for Re-sales retro 1s. ok granted they have to inspect the shoe i understand that. But once he start saying this shoe has Flaws talking about the the letter O on one of the shoes is to small llab.. i already knew what he was doing trying to get the price down cause he know they are worth between $600-700. and i wasnt taking nothing less than that. he must have thought he had a rookie sneakerhead and thought i was stupid. i would not recommend this place they will try and get over on you, Especially if they think they can. and whats funny is that was my firsts time there. i would never go back i see why it was EMPTY in there lol. Prices on used sneakers are decent, people were friendly. Prices for new sneakers, a majority are not competitive with StockX. Selling sneakers here is rough on the seller because they want you to come in, and give you a non-decent offer for them.

Might as well take my stuff to GameStop they lowball so much. Save your time and post your stuff on StockX you’ll at least break even. Had some cool stuff in the store but not worth selling any clothes to.

The owner, Berto, and the employees are incredibly knowledgeable about sneakers in general, and their own inventory in specific. Shoes are labeled with size and price, and clothing is well sorted, by type and size.Ive always been offered a fair price for shoes or Supreme gear, knowing that the store has to make a profit, also.In addition, Berto is very clear that he believes that part of his job as a business owner in the community is to help improve that community. Youll regularly see fundraisers for local charities, or even direct action like free school supplies, and shoes for kids with good grades.Quality shop, quality people.
