Very authentic and beautiful African art pieces. I was told to learn the history of any piece you buy because African history is one rich in Spirits and tribal ceremonies some good some maybe not before you bring them in your home.😉

The owners of this establishment are very interesting...Although I had a pleasant experience during my visit, I found the stores inventory to be grossly overpriced. At any rate, I would still recommend to those interested in African cultural items.

Loved the variety in selections. The owners (couple) are lovely. My husband received a tour of the artwork in the museum from the husband while I was busily purchasing a kalimba, earrings, mens tie set and a tribal authentic cloth from his wife who was extremely knowledgeable when describing my purchases. Items are reasonably priced. I look forward to returning!

Home away from home in the essence of authentic African attire and art.The proprietor, Ms Esther is a wonderful person to talk with. Her husband manages a small museum within the shop. He is very knowledgeable. The shop is a great place for people to learn about African Art and culture. It has been in the Charles Village area of Baltimore for a little more than 20 years. One visit there will make you a frequent customer.

Their products are stellar and I’ve NEVER been disappointed with the quality of items. I’ve made a signature mark on family and friends with their River of Honey oil. LOVE IT!!!

Jewelry among other items was extremely overpriced. Lady at the front counter was VERY unpleasant, made no attempt to greet or sell, responded to all questions with a one word answer spoken through a frown. Dont work in retail if you cant at least fake your way through a positive interaction with a customer .Wont return .
