I have no problem with this store brought two necklaces and where I got them from rip me off big time and I took them to the pawn shop and showed them the receipt and they said that the place I bought them from jack the price up and they gave me good insight..so most likely I will return to shop around..

My g- son bought a sm Confee microwave 720 4 $59.99, $63.59 tot. Problem is brand new cost is $69.99-$64.40. Ths micro was cracked,burnt&dirty! Personally I wldnt hv made the purchase. I called & they offered 2 buy it bck 4 $20!! Just saying...buyer beware...extra aware!! Is that much markup on a used item evn legal??!

Terrible place they will try to rip you off. Unfriendly staff, High prices for mostly stolen items brought in by desperate individuals. Place is dirty and the area seams unsafe.

LAZY. I called a bunch of different pawn shops before even taking the time out of my day to go to them and be turned around by anyone’s prices. EVERY pawn shop I called was able to give me an estimate simply by asking the condition and model of my item. The guy that works here literally was like “oh you have to bring it in I have to see it” what would seeing it in person change?! ITS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION all you needed to do was ask what model & specs & could easily give an estimate from that. When they look on eBay to estimate prices they see NOTHING IN PERSON just photos and a description that the pawn shop use to tell you how much to pay for your item. I’m happy I called! Just from that lazy interaction showed me your business ain’t it!

I work up the street and manage another local pawn shop in town. I usually stop in other pawn shops time to time to compare prices on items and see what inventory they have to offer. From my perspective, this was one of the most cleanest, well-organized, and well-managed shops in town - thats saying something considering they are our competition, but its true. Their employees were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Additionally, all their items are in good condition and prices are very respectable. I noticed at least a 30-50% savings from retail prices on most if not all their items.

I was at this place and purchased a laptop for a great price.Customer service was good. The guys were knowledgeable.They have a huge of inventory of stuff and good variety of high-end electronics.This is one of the best pawn shops in the city.

I bought an iPhone for myself and for my family here. They were nice and helped me set it up. I was skeptical about buying a used phone but everything worked out great and Im still using the phone. Tony the owner is a good guy. Always takes care of you after you do buisness with him. I come back often and recommend him to my friends and family.

My experience here with cash usa was very amazing you guys .. i was looking for a Apple Watch due to not being able to have my phone on the floor since I work in a warehouse and I came in and was greeted very nicely. There was multiple open and I couldn’t choose and a young man name tae helped me choose one and was so polite. The boss actually gave me a wonderful price on my Apple Watch, they were all so friendly and I will be returning . I am very fond of this pawn shop! The prices are very relevant considering I am one of those customers who loves to get a good bargain. The staff is friendly, very knowledgable and helpful, yet unobtrusive. Pawning an item was a very pleasant experience for me. I appreciate the fact that after being late to pick it up, the manager was very understanding of my circumstances and did not appropriate my item right away, instead I was just charged the usual percentage for extra days. I will absolutely be coming back for more business.

I have utilized pawn shops from Philadelphia down to Baltimore, and my experience with the staff at Cash USA has been by far the best and most rewarding of all. They do not make you feel as though they are out to make a buck, but that they are there to enter into a fair business transaction with you. Additionally, the products that they offer for sale are always quality items at a more than fair price, and are not just polished up pieces of junk that fizzle the minute you get them home. This Price is actually the lowest $$ amount on that day & time, a item like Yours is Selling on EBAY. Then they offer You 10% of that. Nice store had a good amount of items(name brand!) I needed a quick 60.00 due to the ex taking off with the money. So i looked and came across Cash USA. Went in with a 19 sanyo hdtv and while that was not going to get me the 60.00 they were able to give me ten more than the original agreement of 20.00 it helped more than they knew. Very helpful and friendly staff. Also everyone in the store is very knowledgable about any and everything. Good people and nice store. Will be my go to pawn shop

A person could have gotten a better one for the same price with games and more gigabytes. 500gb vs 250gb. I felt stuck when I came back to switch it for the Xbox one which by the way you overcharge for that too. I felt stuck because of your no money back switch only policy. The only reason you took the price down was because I did the research and called you out on your price. Then upon you rechecking the price you took the price down & you told me that I could not get a warranty because you paid too much for it and because you had to take the price down. People of the internet if you read Tonys response he only clarified what Im saying now. No money back! which I only paid for the Xbox 360 10 minutes before I came back to switch it and when I tried to trade it he had the upper hand no warranty and I could only get a credit so he could keep my money. Yes he was nice and courteous and yes I was nice and courteous. The discrepancy wasnt me trying to get a xbox one for $250, the discrepancy was he charge too much for his products, and he dont do proper research on it or hes deliberately trying to scam. Therefore again I say do your research beware before you buy!!!!!! Remember me all you want. You should. Im the pretty girl who told you I was going to give you a review before I left. You gave me grief over me telling you, you were charging store price. The staff is friendly and they sell decent well checked items. But people do your research. You go to the pawn shop for a break and for the price Tony was charging, it might as well be new. Now on that note, Next time Tony, dont just do your research, stay up to date SWEETHEART.
