Top notch customer service. Samsung S8 broke driving from Philadelphia to Baltimore for a get away and get back to normalcy from Covid. Went to this store at 4:45 closes at 5pm, the store clerk Anton keep working every possible way to get my phone operating properly to no avail, this took him over an hour 5:45pm after the store was closed. Made the start of my vacation a true blessing.

Boost mobile is one of the worst service to have because wifi connection is horrible and customer service is very poor. For me whenever I need help the employee at this store acts like doing his job is difficult and have no knowledge in what hes talking about regarding customer rights. I have lost money because of this employee didnt want to do his job, even when I have the receipts to obtain a refund within the time frame. Cant speak to customer service because no one is available due to Covid-19 so I have to take a lose, so I switched to another mobile service that will give me what I paid for.
