I received excellent customer service from the rep that assisted me two days in a row. Mario has stellar customer service and his ability to upsell is remarkable. I came there for the cheap headphones and left with a set of AirPods Pro and an iPhone 13. He was the most helpful from the time I walked in on Saturday and when I returned on Sunday. I plan on referring all my family and friends to him. Not to mention his patience when things werent going as planned. He took time to build rapport and catered the sale to me. The store abided by the Governor’s guidelines for social distancing firmly, but still in a welcoming manner. First Put me into the wrong prepaid plan, then let me pay more dollars for the hotspot feature which doesnt work. When I came back to this shop to solve this problem, the staff were extremely disrespectful and had never apologized for what kind of inconvenience that theyve made to me.

Waited for 25 minutes for this incompetent guy to check in the back for a phone that he ended up not having…there was no order and was obviously poorly managed…crime must also be an issue because it’s the only AT&T store I’ve ever been in with an armed security guard….
Well first off when I entered the store I was greeted. That was one only thing that went right. After entering the store one young man greeted me like he really wanted to help me. After another young man came over and started to ask me questions about what I was looking to do with my phone, the first young man left, he did not say (Sir I leave you with this young man to help you). No he was just looking for a sale, not to keep a customer by staying with a customer until the sale or service was completed. Now the young man that was still with me did clear up a few things, in witch one thing I think AT&T should do, is change there policy on (Pre Paid phones). That being if you come in with a pre paid phone, and you want to upgrade to a better phone or even a tablet. You should not be forced to forfit your previous payment on your pre paid account. In order to get upgraded to a better phone, your $45.00 a month or what ever your plan is, is closed and now you have to chose to either wait till your plan is almost up or, pay the full monthly amount and lose what is left on your account. I would think it would make more since and better customer relations with AT&T. If a person were to have a pre paid account and had used say $20.00 of a $45.00 account, the $25.00 left on the account that has not been used, should be a credit towards the up graded service plan ( Not the phone but the plan its self) I think this would make more since.Rather then have someone wait till there plan is almost up, to go back to an AT&T store to do the upgrade. Giving this person time to think if they should stay with AT&T, or while this person is in the store use there unused amount on there account as a credit to the new account. The person has already paid for the service why make them pay the full amount of a new plan. The customer would be happy, and AT&T would have retain a customer. The reason I gave this AT&T store 2 stars is, I did not feel like I was truly wanted as a AT&T customer.I felt like I was just a sale nothing more.When the first young man left to go to another customer without even saying a word. Retail Sales Consultant, Christina G. patiently answered all my questions about iPhone chargers, opened & inserted SIM card, applied screen cover to iPhone XS Max. Also, placed the iPhone in the otter box. I purchased 3 products in less than 15-20 minutes on a Friday morning..
By far the worst AT&T store I have ever been to. They did the bare minimum to help us, didnt listen as we explained the upgrade, and then snuck upgrade fees and insurance and ATT Next plan, all of which I declined in addition to the activation fee which I was told would be waved. Go to another store - they are only interested in commission and sneaking charges. Very unprofessional
The sales representative was inattentive and not well versed or trained in the services I needed. He even went as far as removing a discount in the account. He had me call my husband to come to the store, even if I was already made an authorized user. We had to actually go to another store to get the issue resolved, after waiting for a very long time. Also while we were waiting, the sales rep went to help someone else so we had to wait additional time when my husband came. The entire experience was horrible.

My experience was terrible. This was actually my second straight bad experience in this store. The guy who helped me repeatedly told me he couldnt do anything for me. And this is supposed to be a corporate store. They guy acted like he didnt want to be bothered from the moment I walked in the store. He even put his head on the table like he was going to sleep at one moment! This location needs a change in staff asap. I wont be going back.

The ATandT Store in Harbor East on The Charmtastic Mile is a very nice store. They have a terrific staff that helps you with your cell phone needs. I have used this store on various occasions and have been satisfied on every trip.

If I could give 0 stars I would, because the manager & sales associates at this store did not do their job. I have a great experience at this location last summer getting a new phone (sales Assoc. Arturo). However, this Sunday I went in to get a replacement phone due to a defect with my current phone, and within 2 days (the maximum time my phone was expected to arrive) and my phone still hadnt arrived, I contacted online customer support to find that the replacement order was never made. So, Im not exactly sure what 2 sales associates & a manager were doing for about 10 minutes on the computer. Very frustrating & upsetting for sure.

I found this to be the best experience Ive ever had at AT&T. I went in during the weekend of the iPhone 5S release and found the staff and service to be excellent. Upon entering, the security guard informed me that there were 3 people ahead of me and would let me know when a staff member could help me. One of the staff members came over to a family next to me and informed them of the iPhones available and offered some pretty good advice on re-selling their old phone.My salesperson, Fred, was extremely helpful and definitely helped me out. I was blown away by the customer service. Great place!

This particular store should install waiting seats since there are always too few sales staff and too many customers waiting. 20+ minutes to wait for a representative to be available so that one can purchase a phone.All of the information that I get from the reps here is contrary to information I have received from reps at different stores.On a previous occasion, I also had a particular problem with paying bills at this store. A friend of mine had moved out of the country and had tried to settle his account before he left but AT&T still had another bill for him after his departure date. I received that bill and went to the store to pay by check. The sales associate claimed that to pay by check incurs a fee so suggested that I use the automatic kiosk (none of the disclaimers they provide at the store identify a check payment fee). I did this, used the electronic check feature and the payment was confirmed. I checked on my bank statement when I got home that day to make sure that it went through and it showed up on my pending payments. 2 months later I was still receiving late bills for this account. I find out that AT&T rejected the payment and by doing that had the audacity to charge late fees. I called AT&T and tried to make payments by phone THREE TIMES (3 different calls) before they finally accepted the payment. They also kept me on hold forever and transferred me to many different departments (customer service to collections to customer service to collections back to customer service). It had nothing to do with my bank. They just think if they reject a payment then they can charge hundreds in late fees. Im sure they do this all the time and make millions if customers dont dispute the charges.
Went in for a particular accessory the young man recently started there and he was wonderful I cant remember his name he put a glass screen protector on the note 5 for us he was professional and polite as well as patient I remember he just finished Morgan state and use to live in new York this young man will make all the negative thoughts about young people seem untrue he will go far no matter what he chooses because he has a charming and winning personality
Was sold on a phone by the staff who was friendly and helpful only to find out its not in stock. How hard is keeping a stack of small boxes in the back? I run 2 businesses with large inventories of perishable items, and we manage it somehow.But thats ok, I can wait 3 to 5 business days for one to be delivered. So now a week later, I am still waiting. I was told the phone hasnt even shipped yet. My only options are to wait longer or cancel (which isnt free) and go to another store. So you, dear reader, learn from my advice and just go to any other store to begin with.

I recently signed up for cell phone service at this store. About 5 days later I received a letter saying AT&T ran my credit and that I was being denied purchases and / or services that I applied for. Thing is, I own the phone I am using and I signed up for a pay as you go plan. I recently applied for an auto loan and credit card and am working on my credit. I suspect that the associate attempted to sign me up for services I did not request, inquiring into my credit and probably lowering my credit score in doing so. Im still trying to sort this out with the customer service department. If you want to get serviced by people who will lower your credit score and try to sign you up for services you dont want behind your back, you need not go any further than this store.

The hours listed online are incorrect! The store is only open until 7pm on weeknights. The hours listed on AT&T website also state 8pm. The hours on the store door state 7pm.
