Have ordered from them several times...One of my orders came with the items poorly packaged and a few of my soaps smashed. On another occasion I was shorted 1 bar of soap and 1 of my items were labeled wrong, So I was told when I contacted the seller expeditiously after opening my package. He assured me he would be sending out the 1 soap I was missing immediately. Here I am almost a week later and I have not received the missing item. As another customer stated, they take forever to ship you your package. I will give them another chance bcuz I do love their products.

The actual store is NOT OPEN, do NOT waste your gas or time. The website is functional but not appealing or fancy. No frills. The soaps are excellent, good quality, but there are NO shipping or processing times to give you an idea of when you might get your products. I receive emails saying orders are processed and ready to be shipped, yet they do NOT ship until almost a WEEK later. Emails are not responded to, customer service is pretty much nonexistent. I give 3 stars because the products I have bought were excellent, but nothing seems to ship timely. Will not buy again as there are other black owned companies that ship in a more timely and organized manner. Unfortunate.
