This store is amazing! We were greeted as soon as we came in and the help didn’t stop there. Every associate in the store made sure that we were okay but not in an obnoxious way! I have never had this type of customer service in a bath and body works before ! Amazing staff!

I caught the Semi-Annual summer sale. I got like 5 different products for around $40. I found some new collection items this time. I didnt make a purchase the last time I visited the store, I owned every fragrance on display. I had to return a few items but the ladies in the store made it super simple!

I LOVE MY BATH AND BODY WORKS FAMILY..IM IN SOFTY HEAVENLY PLACE WHEN I AM THERE. THE ASSOCIATES ARE THE BEST AT THE GALLERY. THEY ARE SOOO VERY HELPFUL. They know their stuff!!!!! they are the BEST sales team ive seen working ANYWHERE.... Customer service on point no attitude when i had questions about my charges... Usually i go in and spend under $20 but yesterday the lady in the front (sorry i forgot your name) she was an expert and knew exactly what fit my scent of choice . Hands down i will take that 45 min drive because it was worth it. Thanks ladies we need mors ppl like you.

I was turned away told that the store was closed even though it wasnt even 6 oclock yet!! I guess Ill take my business & money else where, since they dont need mine!! This is BS store was full of people and I drove all the way out here just to go to Bath & Body Works, never again will I!!!

Surprisingly this particular location is super nice and staff is helpful. Went in here looking for some hand lotion and the girl working basically memorized all the new products and told me about each one. I was impressed. Some would say this store is random in the city and Id agree but its convenient, especially for holiday shopping. Even though its in the city I havent noticed any inflated prices or anything like that. Selection is the same as any other store.

Maybe this shop needs to get with the times and update their system! I had a coupon on my Bath and Body works app for $10 off. The upfront counter girl even knew I had the coupon because I had spoke with her about it. I went and picked out $40 worth of stuff. Got up to the counter and they refused to take my coupon because it was on get this- My Bath and Body works app- they were extremely rude. I will never come back to this shop again!Why send our coupon on your own app and not accept them everywhere? I will be contacting corporate.

This location used to be so much better. The staff is helpful and friendly, but almost every time I visit here they have a very limited variety of the popular scents and an abundance of the unpopular ones 👎. The store can also get crowded pretty quickly. I feel its much easier and better to just order online if you can or choose a different location.

Unlike most Bath and Body Works stores this location as a more intimate layout. They have utilized the smaller store front to showcase products with a more elaborate displays.

Only BBW Ive ever been to (Ive been to a lot) that didnt allow me to use a coupon within the three day grace period.

You can buy perfume soap body wash. Etc.. nice place

For candles only, it will cover your entire floor in the scent. It’s expensive though and you do have the option of putting it on that Victoria Secret credit car.However the lotions; they smell great. I’m personally not willing to put the chemicals in this product on me.

Exceptional services and customer oriented. The breakfast and staff at the restaurant on the 5th floor are excellent. However, the parking lot needs to be less confusing via proper identification.

I cannot get enough of this store. The scents of the body care items and candles keep me coming back even when I dont need anything.

One of the staff members have a very nasty attitude. When ever someone asked a question she answered with an attitude. I watched as she rolled her eyes a couple of times at a customer. I even had a negative experience with her...I asked her about a body scrub that I was holding in my hand. She snatched it out my hand and said were out..As she place it back on the sink. Washed her hands, walks away and come back with the item she just told me that they sold out of... I really had to catch myself and remind myself I had my daughter with me...My first and last time at this location.
