I have had success in finding and ordering parts until now. I prepaid for a special order of parts but the shop has been closed the past week. No signs on the door. Voicemail is full, Perhaps they are on vacation. A call back would be appropriate. Ethan C

Its 10:42am and the phone says they are serving customers. I have NEVER gone to this place and found it open. Always had to wait or come back. Poor Service and VERY UGLY ATTITUDE. Im surprised that hes lasted this long. Ill be making the trip there, but Im pretty sure Ill be buying this part from Amazon :-(

I believe in supporting local small businesses, and there is a need for this type if business where I live. However I came by twice this week and the store had yet to open for business (the hours sign says 9-5.) The next door neighbor said he hoped I had a lot of time to wait since theyre usually not open until at least 10 or 11. This apparently is true. I waited for quite a while and when the store still wasnt open, I had to go elsewhere for the parts I needed to get my repair job done.

Not on time from break i was sitting waiting on them for almost a hour never showed up

No show, no call, nothing. Had made an appointment for the customary three hour time slot only to sit there the entire time and have the person fail to show up and fail to call.Called back the following day to inquire and was told that the individual was unable to make the appointment but no explanation was provided as to why he did not call to let me know. Thought I would try this company in the neighborhood but will go back to my previous repair person.
