I grabbed a new W/D set here, when everywhere else was telling me there was a 3 week wait.Also, lots of furniture, sofa sets and table sets. Some scratch and dent refrigerators, w/d, and dw.

I had a great experience at this location. The Mgr, KC was patient, very knowledgeable about the various appliances and didnt give me the hard sell. I appreciate his transparency and will be purchasing from him upon my return.

American Freight is just outright AWESOME, from the store manager and sales persons to the delivery crew. Marcus was excellent in giving me choices on my first trip. Then when I returned he directed me to Lionel who was very helpful as I decided what to buy. Then on delivery day John and Jordan were very courteous and careful and made the whole process of having strangers in my house during these covid times very stress free. This American Freight its nice just opening to the Public.Theyve few selections of furniture, Sofa three piece coffee tables, washer and dyers odds and ends associates with home and repair, you may want check it out for yourself to really get an ideas acceptable to your preference, but for the most part its not too bad.

Large, nice looking store. BUT, you cant tell the employees from the customers! And their credit deals turn out to be leases, leaving you paying over $3,000 for a $699 clothes dryer. And by the time your purchase and all the extras are tacked on, if you got an approval youve gone over your limit and you pay the excess out of pocket. BEWARE!!

Extremely disappointed!Extraordinarily poor communication, lack of respect for customers time and money.On July 19th I placed an order online for a LG refrigerator for over $2,500. It was part of the stock that had minimal cosmetic damage. I had been shopping around, and a good friend recommended Sears Outlet/American Freight. I was very optimistic and excited about doing business w/ this company.Since my order was placed on a Sunday, I waited a few days for contact since I know that everyone has a lot going on. My card was charged w/ in minutes of my order, so I was assured that they had received it.When 4 business days had passed and no word from Sears Outlet/American Freight, it was time to give them a call. During that call, I was put on hold many times, only to find out that the refrigerator that I had ordered had been irreparably damaged between the time of my order and the conversation I was having. I was told that I would receive a full refund immediately (w/ in the next 3-4 business days).Those days came and went, so another call was made. I wanted information about why I hadn’t been refunded yet, and when I might expect it. Again, I was told in the next few business days.I just called today, the 5th of August to try and see what was going on with my refund. I was told that they had to get in contact with a manager about it and that there was no other number for me to call. This is unacceptable. My phone should be ringing off the hook with updates about my refund. Yet I can’t even update, periodI have not received a refund, and I am still having to reach out to Sears Outlet/American Freight for answers. This is not only poor business, but it is dreadful communication. Not only will I absolutely never do business w/ Sears Outlet/American Freight again, but I will recommend that others do not either. I am very happy for those that have had good experiences, and there will always be a percentage of folks, no matter what the scenario that do not. I just happen to be one of those individuals. Good luck Sears Outlet/American Freight I wish your company well, but it is clear to me why the business model is in decline.

Only place I was able to find appliances as all the other stores kept pushing back my orders then said I hade to wait 2 months. Great service and was able to have it delivered and installed the next day.

Solid overall however one thing you need to keep in mind that their monthly loan program is actually a lease to own agreement. For example $4000 would cost you $15000 because of the terms of the agreement if you dont pay it off within 3 months.

I came in expecting them to be out of stock on appliances. To my surprise I was able to find the fridge and stove I wanted. Thanks to Marcus able to put my mind at ease.

They have good prices and friendly staff who’s willing to take the time to explain things. It’s refreshing to see management work just hard as the other employees. I didn’t even know I was being helped by the manager until another employee came over to ask a question.

Considering all that’s going on right now with this virus it was surprising stepping into a store and feeling like the staff were actually happy to be there. Their friendliness put a big smile on our face. And we found great deals.

I searched everywhere for a freezer and when I called I was so shocked they had one I had to come in and grab it right away. My salesperson Marcus was awesome and even helped load it in my car. Now thats what I call full service.

We bought a dishwasher and delivery was smooth. After installation, though, it never worked properly - left the soap in a pile on the bottom of the dishwasher and didnt clean the dishes. Two weeks later and about 15-20 calls later they still could not send someone out to service the dishwasher. Frequently the phone rang endlessly during business hours with nobody answering and no voicemail. Finally we went back in person to demand a refund and they just picked up the dishwasher. No amount of savings is worth this headache. I dont know if its a problem with the change in ownership/rebranding or what, but I would not recommend ordering from here.

I made an online order almost a month ago and paid extra to have the oven delivered they charged my credit card. I received emails saying that the order is getting ready and another that says someone will call me to schedule a delivery this over three weeks ago, no phone call as of yet. I have called the store three times now no one answers the phone Ive emailed customer service with American Freight and have heard nothing back from them. I dont usually complain, but I havent had a working oven for the past three weeks. This place is out of business...

I came in for the first time two weeks ago. I told Marcus what I liked and he found the perfect fridge for me. Its obvious to see he loves what he does and is very experienced. I was so pleased I bought my dryer there too. I wish I could give ten stars.

When I walked into this location there was a guy who greeted every person with a very pleasant Hello. I’m big on customer service and this was very impressive because it sounded quit genuine. I walked to go to my car and as others where coming in I heard it again. I started shopping and my former sales guy Marcus who previously sold me two refrigerators in one day helped me with a return. Today I brought 13 sweaters and Jay rang we up. I was explaining to him that I’ve been in need of a stove then he started explaining to me about leases options. Very excellent up sale. All stock is new. Clothes are at least 45%off. I can walk out with 3-4 bags of clothes for $25 to $30. Gobs of womens and childrens clothes. Not so many mens clothes. Furniture is nice. Majority of stock are appliances, refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, dishwashers, lawn tractors, large exercise equipment. Stock varies all the time but its all new and nice. I go there a lot and never disappointed. Last week I picked up 2 sweaters, a queen sheet set 1000 thread count and comforter set, and a instant pot. $55 All nice brand names and new.

They have the best deals on clothes. Even better on some stuff than most thrift stores. Justin, the cashier, was so pleasant and rang me up quickly. Will definitely return.

I was here a year and a half ago and received the worst service. Today I decided to stop in and not only was I blown away by the prices but I received some great customer service from Marcus. He was easily the nicest and most attentive salesperson I have had the joy of purchasing from in a long time.

I came in not knowing what to expect and left with 4 items. The staff was so friendly and helpful. A lot more than other stores I visited. They really care about the customer and it shows. Instead of trying to sell me just anything, they asked me to check my measurements and asked what features I would use for my appliances.

Prices unusually high on appliances that I compared to the exact same product online at other stores. You think youre getting it at up to 40% or whatever off, but the price was already higher(much higher) than normal. I ended up going to Price Busters furniture. Even the furniture is high. I think I was irritated by the deception that I didnt want to purchase anything there. Just like the Sears Outlet store that was there before this one was, as well, I saw nothing of an outlet price.

Shopping in Sears was a great experience. The products were easy to find and the manager was very nice. He was very attentive and went above to make sure we were able to get the products we wanted. When we came back for pickup, we found more great deals and the manager helped break down the item to fit in our car. i would recommend this location and manager as well as the support team to anyone looking.

Sears has been a household store in our family since the 60s. Been out of the USA 28 yrs. Came back went to Sears and the service is just as good as it was in the 80s. The personal are great. Went in looking for a washer and dryer. Was there looking around for about 20 minutes, no one ever came over to us and the store was EMPTY! Plus the prices weren’t that great. Went to Lowe’s, had great service and left with a new washer and dryer! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The Staff at the Belair Rd. Store is awesome. They made shopping there a very pleasant experience. John was Polite, Patient, and Professional. He was very knowledgeable about the products I was purchasing. I never once felt pressured or stressed while shopping for my products. I was pleased with the products and the price. I came in very disappointed with the fridge I ordered online. I called and asked if there were any dents on the front. The salesperson told me no. Of course, I come in and there are dents. I didnt even have to request a manager. Marcus came over and helped me pick another fridge that was actually way better than the one I had originally had and best, he waived the small difference in price. Its not always the start, but how you finish with customer service.
