They aint there anymore sorry guys

So for me it has been about 8yrs or more that I have been dealing with HEAVENLY BLESSINGS APPLIANCES. During times when my dryer, stove, wash machine went up on different occasions.If you can imagine your stove breaking down one week before Thanksgiving God knows and I got though it.But my washer and dryer were fixed or replaced. And I have been very happy with the service I have received. And I`m thankful to God for this company. I don`t want to say I would have been S.O.L but sometimes I think it. Dr. CEO and Heavenly Blessings is a terrific find in Charm City for gently used appliances. I like to give my business to small, family owned businesses. If you need a washer, dryer, stove, or fridge, I would say, call on Dr. CEO. I have dealt with Heavenly Blessings for approximately 20 years. And until recently, everything I have purchased from there was satisfactory. But I purchased a washer/dryer combo in March, and it broke down. It was only four months old. Dr. CEO promised me a $150 prorated refund, not an entire refund. Dr. CEO is a woman of her word. I received my refund check in the mail. Dr. Seo speaks of religion and godliness, and I wish her all the blessings in the Heavens.If you need a gently used appliance, call on Dr. CEO.

I called John after seeing an ad. He delivered a washer the next day with his crew. They are an amazing group of people willing to do the very best job possible. I’ve had him back a second time to replace a gas line on my dryer. It was damaged by a completely different contractor but John and Heavenly Blessings came out after 5 pm and rescued me. They are wonderful and very fair. Some of the most honest and caring people in the business world that I have met in Baltimore. Thank you John, Dr. Ceo and Heavenly Blessings. I ordered my wash machine February 28, 2019. Today is March 7 I have not received my wash machine from them or dryer.The owner is the fabricated liar she uses God to try to make herself sound good.This was a garbage disposal up a service that they gave.I don’t rule is I just got my money back did not want to merchandise do not never want anybody to purchase anything from them what is black on service I have been in ever. I would never recommend them to no one.I feel hassle but my own car and they always talking about whites getting over on Blacks when is really the blacks getting no other blacks making themselves RICHER.This day and time I want to thank the out the black people would be the way they are but I guess at this company this is all they do try to keep the black people down.I honestly had faith in the owner that she would provide a good service been she was a woman.I told her my story how much of this father just recently got killed and I need to just wash the sheets in dryer so I wouldn’t have to go outside of my house.If possible I would give no stars absolutely not one they deserve no stores they don’t even deserve to be open with us to that what is stress or society knowing that this place of business is open and taken from the community is a Up Roth. I wish you could’ve done more but in my eyes she done she done what harm does she do a good.My children and I depended on this washing machine and dryer so we no longer had to go to the public services.

Never will I purchase anything else the owner never remember nothing she tell you the have been out 4 times within a year and I am still having problems they were to come out on a Monday when I called the owner told me that the repair man went to take his wife to the market what kind of business is this then I called another day and and we had a lil snow she said are the street clear like come on now like really I will never spend my money in this place again its sad our people are the worse try to support black businesses and this is what you get

This place is a total scam. Here is how it works.They charge you $75 to come out to give you an estimate on the repairs. Fair enough, but when they get there they tell you it would cost too much to repair, but “we have a great used one” that they will sell you and then they take your old one away. If this is the case then that is okay, but I had them come out and tell me that its was too much time to repair and not worth it. Well I told them no I’ll try to fix it myself it’s not that old. I’ve never in my life tried to fix a washer, but guess what? it took me 5 minutes to open it, remove the clog, put the lid back on and good to go. I couldn’t believe it- they could have easily fixed it for the initial $75 easy. It literally took me 5 minutes as a total amateur!With their system I see why they operate the way they do. Think about it, they could make only $75 bucks and that is it. (if they were an honest company) but instead they get $75 for the call then, $300 to sell you a used washer minus the $75. So $225.Then they take your perfectly easy to fix washer with them, spend a few bucks and in a few minutes presto they have anther one to sell for another $300 !! Call that free inventory.So instead of $75 they can make $450. $225 from you and $225 from the sucker who bought your old one, which was fine in the first place.The thing I don’t like too is that these guys are all “praise the lord” and “god saved me” and so you should “trust us” we are an honest company. What a discussing crock of crap.These guys are nothing but scammers. I’m glad I only lost $75 to find out.Do not call these crooks.

Just purchased a washer and dryer back in June 8, 2018 two weeks later my dryer began to take 24+ hours to dry one load of clothes! I called politely to complain to the owner she then left me on hold for 1/2 hour never returning to my call! I called again and was asked my address and telephone number and was told a technician would come out to fix the issue well it’s now August 7, 2018 and no one has come to my home nor has anyone answered the phone so to sum it up go elsewhere, evidently this place doesn’t care about their reputation nor their customers! Don’t go here! I only gave one star just so I can give a review smh very poor customer service!
