After coming in not knowing what I really needed, Katie helped me and explained throughly what I needed. She didn’t try to oversell me anything I didn’t need. There is nothing I despise more than high-pressure tactics, hidden fees or misleading advertisement. Yet all that was present during my rental. I had reserved (but not paid) online. I confirmed the price onsite. Yet when Im ready to hand over my credit card, the amount is almost $60 over the reservation price. When I enquire about discrepancy, the discussion turns sour - like Im the offender. There is mandatory monthly insurance fee. Yes, I was told twice that is mandatory. Only when I grabbed my wallet to walk out, Im informed that the rental can be offered without it. Same thing about the $19.99. locker to be purchased from them. The reservation was for the following day, yet because I paid onsite and online, I was informed that the reservation HAS TO start today, not tomorrow, therefore paying an unused extra day...Still regret not walking away; only kept the rental because I did not have time to shop around on a busy weekend.Update: within 24 hours from posting this review, I have been contacted by this locations owner/manager. It appears that the above situation was generated by a new employee and it does not reflect the values of this business, or of the parent corporation. The apology felt sincere, he said he will talk with her regarding fees and how they are communicated with customers. It made me believe that it is a business that cares about its image and customers - I updated the star rating to reflect that.

Katie was extremely friendly and easy to work with. She was able to stay at the property and wait for me to come by and make a payment.

Today I bought a delinquent storage unit from them. I drove an hour to get there. Upon arrival I was told that there was a computer problem and they were trying to get it fixed. After awhile I called District Manager Dan Frohock and he too stated they were working on it and it should be shortly. After two hours of waiting I called Dan Frohock again and told him I was frustrated after waiting two hours. He was very disrespectful by stating then just leave!. I had already had three hours invested into this and paid the $120.00 auction fee. So I could not communicate with Dan Frohock. I had to wait there for FOUR HOURS before I got to get into my storage unit. The young lady BRITTNEY was very apologetic and did all she could. She actually had to drive to another facility to print stuff out because this facility has had a broken printer for several days. I got no copy of any of my paperwork. This facility ruined my whole day and the person who was helping me.

This location has great customer service. I worked with Ebony she was very helpful from the time I called in with questions up until the day I actually came in started my storage agreement. I would highly recommend this location if you’re in the area or just looking for a good storage unit with friendly staff.

They have raised my monthly rent twice in the year that I have been renting a unit. Started at $67, which was then raised to $78 six months later, and has now been raised to $90.

Came in to Public Storage and Casey was just the most outgoing, helpful and caring about my things being covered in storage. I highly recommend going to Barret Station and dealing with her and Mal .Theyre both so excellent and easy to talk too.. 😁

After looking into several storage locations around the area, I found that Public Storage was the best value for the money. The facility is clean, gated and well lit. In addition, working with Marie was a great experience. She was VERY helpful and patient. She answered all of my questions and made excellent recommendations to help me move my things. I highly recommend Public Storage!

The whole online process was easy. I had an appointment for 2pm, but showed up early & was greeted by Cieara. She said it was not a problem & started the process of my signing up. She was professional and very helpful in answering all questions and concerns. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Brian and the rest of the staff at this location are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the facility as well as the surrounding areas. The facility is clean, well lit and monitored. I was concerned about bugs and other living critters and have not seen any evidence in the area or in my unit. I have used this facility for 6 months and am pleased with the service that is provided, considering it is not climate controlled.

The customer service was great and when i spoke with Ebony she was very efficient with all questions i had about the services and my storage.

Ive had my storage unit for a little more than a year now. Brian at the Des Peres, MO location was very helpful in getting it all set up initially, and continues to help whenever and however he can. The facility is convenient and secure. Kudos to Brian and the rest of the crew!

Excellent. Felt secure. Jake was extremely polite to me the entire time. My mother will be storing here for 3 or 4 months and the location could not be closer or more convenient. I particularly like the fact that they have an elevator. Would recommend to anyone.
