Made a reservation online. Was super easy. Went to the office a few days later to do my paperwork. Storage unit was clean. Donna showed me how to work the locks. Everything went smoothly.

I went to check this place out for storing my spa supplies and although I have not rented yet I WILL BE!!! The girls there are so well versed and helpful with explaining all that’s included with storing at this location this definitely is the Luxury version of storage places!! I cannot wait to store here and not have to worry about wether or not my belongings are safe also they grab my deliveries and will put them in my unit for me what a great concierge experience!! Great job life storage!!

I havent actually used Life Storage, but I did look into it when we were moving. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and courteousness of the staff. They provide pest control and offer many climate controlled units. Their rates were competitive and I would definitely consider them again if I need storage in the future.

Wow. Chalk one up for ZERO customer service.After 10 years of on time or early payments, I missed a notice of increase and received a call that my monthly payment was short.I immediately remedied the TWENTY-TWO dollar shortage by pre-paying my next month with the shortfall added. When I called to confirm Id remedied the shortage, I was told if the payment (already in the mail) wasnt received by 6/5, that I would incur a late fee. Since my bank couldnt guarantee delivery, I had to pay via credit card. GEE, THANKS AFTER 10 YEARS of early payments. Beware of the you can pay on line: option too... the system will only except full payments, so if you make a mistake,.... to bad.I would be embarrassed to inconvenience a customer of over 10 years - the appropriate response would have been I see youve been an early payer for over 10 years, Ill make a note that your new payment is on its way.Over $22 ... really?

Called today and we have already moved our stuff in to a drive up storage space. From the start, speaking with Mike at Corporate, to an immediate follow up by Stephanie we were sold! The space is clean and both Stephanie and Brian went out of their way even after hours to make sure we had our space locked up appropriately. We had an issue getting the door to lock but Brian came over immediately to help us out. Off to a good start. Stephanie made us feel welcome and answered every question we had. Great experience!

Great service and a reasonable price

Do not recommend. They will raise rates several times after you move into the unit. They know they have you in a position where they can raise the rates just enough because it’s not enough to want to move your stuff. They will nickel and dime you with charges AFTER you move. Find some place else.

Friendly staff. Clean place. Easy access. Lots of security cameras. What I like the most are the big roll-up garage style doors. So much easier to get big things in and out than other places with regular entry style doors.

Ive been using Uncle Bobs for a year and a half now, and I am completely satisfied with the facility. The location has easy access from Hwy. 141. The grounds are kept clean, security is good, the insides of the buildings are clean and bug free. I also love the fact that there is temperature control so the storage units are kept cool in the hot summer. Theresa was there when I needed a storage unit, and she made the whole process go so easy. She and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated to helping their customers in any way possible. I highly recommend Uncle Bobs Self Storage to everyone!

Never thought you could make for an unpleasant experience at a storage unit facility. Literally requires little to no human interaction. Yet the staff here finds ways to be completely unprofessional with no curtesy at all.

I rented a unit to be used during a construction project that fell through, and never used the unit. My guys did not take lock off unit and left town. I am over 4 hours away, and Im only being told that my option is to pay the full amount and take the lock off the unit myself. Im quite willing to pay half or more but not all the past due rent. My company is pretty small, but I do projects all over the midwest and have had over 50 storage lockers in the past 7 years. Pretty sure that at some point LifeStorage cut my lock and never told me, what they should have found was a completely empty unit. So technically, there is probably NO lock on the unit except theirs. Want to resolve by someone above store management level.Signed,Willing to negotiate

Clean facility, very nice office staff, really appreciated that theyve got an elevator, carts, and a drive up to the second floor. I also changed units while I was there, switching to a smaller unit when a smaller one became available, and they were really helpful about it and made it quick and easy.
