Very rude customer base. Ive been here now on 7 separate occasions out of convenience and honestly Id rather just go the extra distance to avoid dealing with the people here. Staff are lovely but its patrons are the worst Ive seen and make shopping alot more difficult than it should be

Schnucks is where my husband & I have shopped for the last 10 yrs.! Everyone working at Schnucks, Twin Oaks Center in Ballwin, are Absolutely Wonderful! Being retired, when there I see many Employees women & men moving quickly, getting whatever job at that moment completed Plus most of the time all have a beautiful smile & ask, hows your day been going! The most Courteous, Friendly, Always willing to help & Really know their jobs plus help other Co-workers. Amazing! We have enjoyed seeing all your friendly faces. We are moving soon, so to all, stay safe, remember all of us have good & bad days but your smiles lift so many ppl.We will truly miss you.

This is the best place to shop to find items that maybe out of stock at other stores. It may cost more but you just may find what you are looking for.

I drove through the pharmacy to pick up my meds for the first time as a permit driver and the pharmacist was so nice! I wonder if she knew how hard it was to turn into the drive through, haha.

Constant holes in every aisle, doesn’t look like anyone stocks through the day to replenish, even if temp out stocks not in place. Is it in the back id is it a true hole? none of the employees say hi through the store nor at checkout. It creates a tense atmosphere where the customers are just “there” and seeing the employees, they do not seem engaging towards customers.

Shop here for my Grandma, better selection than Wildwood location

Schnucks is doing a great job handling the pandemic. They have people cleaning carts, they require masks and encourage social distancing. I always shop at this Schnucks and always feel safe doing so. Thanks for doing a great job keeping your customers safe.

Good size store, very good variety, good flow. Had what I needed many times. Only thing it never had that I was looking for was taco bells Diablo sauce.

The Sale prices are great and the staff are extremely friendly.

Beware you WILL be overcharged at the register. I get overcharged a few dollars every time I shop there. Not going to courtesy counter to correct THEIR mistakes. Employees are constantly stocking and are quite rude about it. They block aisles, will reach right in front of you and make no attempts to get out of the way as they swarm the aisles. Most of the cashiers are very unfriendly. Dont bother telling management about these problems as they will do nothing!

Store is consistently low or out if stock on many items. Very slow checker and NO BAGGERS. Hand sanitizer stations wete empty. Restroom was nasty.

Ive always liked this store, very friendly, and during the pandemic they did a very good job. They seem to be having trouble keeping things in stock, and Im attributing that to the pandemic, but Im not sure.

Great place for shopping and a pharmacy for scripts that need to be filled. There staff can answer questions about medicine they filled.

Sure youd probably get more for less at Wal mart, but you cant beat the selection and quality of this schnucks. Always less of a crowd than other similar stores in the area.

I bagged my own groceries and they didnt want me to use my own bags ????I dont understand. Confusing

My grandpa and I had no idea what we were doing. We had a prescription to pick up. They were so extremely helpful. This girl named Mariam was so fantastic. She is a number 1 employee. Hope she stays forever and helps others like me.

Since shop n save closed you would think this store would pick up the slack but they went down hill, I go to Clayton & 141 that store so much nicer, cleaner, people are friendly and helpful .stay away from twin oaks if you can.

Always liked this store. Clean, friendly and usually well stocked. An extremely good bakery. Used their pharmacy for years. After CVS took it over, its completely gone downhill. What a shame.

Store was out of at least 30% of our list and 3 out of 5 cashiers had called in sick. When my husband stopped by, one cashier was on break and manager was bagging. Maybe it was an off night for this particular store.

Little more expensive than Shop and Save was. Extremely good deli with many meats and cheeses. Also very good prepared foods. Large fruits and vegetables area. Store is always clean. Hired our favorite clerks when they bought the Shop and Save. Odd alcohol sales policy, stops sales before legal time.

I got a few of the chicken items from the pick your own for $6.99 lb. I can say I prefer the non-breaded to the beaded. Mostly because the non-breaded are crispier, still had nice flavor though.I liked the layout of the produce section, though the self service does funnel you past like 4 coolers of drinks and various tempting impulse purchase items, which is normal of most stores.

Really over priced

Schnucks has good donuts. Half price after 7:00 pm. So get them the night before and you dont even have to go out in the morning to acquire their goodness.

Store is great but the redesign on the produce section is awful. Also someone needs to fix their rewards system on the keypad because if you type your number in wrong you don’t get a second chance and have to completely cancel the order to fix it.

I ordered 4 center pieces from their floral dept for Christmas. $39.99 ea. 2 originally were going to be delivered then I only needed 1 delivered. The original 3 were charged on my debit card. $119.97 then on the 4th one I was billed $43.58. Then I was told because of the confusion they were going to give me one at no charge plus credit back the delivery charge. Again no credit for one, then when I picked up the 4th one I was billed another $43.58. So I paid for 5 instead of 3 that they said I should pay. So instead of only paying $130.74 they charged me $217.90. Never again! Beware when using this store for flowers. I mentioned this to the floral manager and she agreed they said they gave me a free one. Maybe they need someone who understands math! Again as someone said, you had to give them a rating or could not post, or it would have been a negative number! So they got me for an additional $90.76. My free one which they charged me for and the additional one.

Decent grocery store that is usually pretty busy. The store has a US Bank with an excellent staff. The Schnucks has a great staff as well. There is huge produce section, a convenient pharmacy, and 4 self-checkouts for quick shopping. The Shop and Save across the street is less busy, but not nearly as nice.

Nice store with nice people working there, US bank branch inside. Very huge variety of products . Only one thing missing is good prices. I have to admit I have been in many grocery stores, in many states but this store is very, very expansive. Some prices are even higher than Organic products in Whole foods or Marianos . I was surprised and this store is good only if you are in hurry or OTW.

I waited at deli because they were busy, thats understandable. I was asking about the sandwich chips drink combo and nobody new anything. It was well I think and again I think not sure. This was with 3 or 4 people . they need some training . never got my deli order

Conveniently located right off 141 at Big Bend. Easy in and out and rarely have a wait in line. Great deli selection and LOVE the premade patties. Especially the jalapeno jack and bacon and cheddar.

The store had most everything I needed in stock, only complaint is I was looking for a particular champagne and they had none in stock.

This store has one of the premiere produce sections of many I have visited. The selection is fresh, enticing, clean and a delight to explore. It is well placed as you enter the store it invites you to fill your cart!

Really good neighborhood grocery store. Friendly deli, meat counter, produce and cashier staff. I wish they had more small bags for the fresh produce. Also, their baggers are a mixed bag. Some are slow and others don’t know how to bag effectively. Often, I find myself bagging my own stuff.

Very nice selection including some of the harder to find ingredients. The staff is always very friendly as well. If youre looking for something they dont carry just ask the store manager - as long as its not too obscure they will see what they can do to get it on their shelves. They recently got new shopping carts that ride so smooth and they have cupholders (so I have a place to put my Starbucks while Im shopping 😉). My kids love the green kid carts and the free cookie in the bakery (for kids 10 and under).
