We went to the CVS to get our Covid booster vaccines. It was very busy but our appointment was completed right on time. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions. This was so easy. Get your jabs ASAP. Let’s all help each other.

Staff is usually happy to accommodate. My only issue has been sale items not well stocked at times.

Way better selection than Wildwood location

A great local grocery store. They are involved and active in the community. From the bakery, to produce, to the deli and the checkers everyone is kind and helpful. If you need something special they will help you find it.

What a cool little store. Had an amazing deli fresh sandwich that I told myself I was only gonna eat half of. That didnt last even though it was enough for two I smashed it. Decent selection of drinks and chips etc. but definitely dont leave without a sub.

My girlfriend went to this store to buy Ice Cream sandwiches. This place, not only had the audacity but the gall to be out of stock of name brand Ice Cream sandwiches. Like these people should be ashamed of them selves! I honestly dont know how these people sleep at night. Everyone here needs to be fired including the mail man.

Ive stopped buying meat here because it often smells like its started to turn. Even when I open and cook it the same day I buy it. But I got excited for the bratwurst sale and bought 2 packs. These are 2 of the 4 bone fragments found by myself and my daughter found 2 also. No more meat from ballwin schnucks no matter what.

The store it self its wonderful but the florist in the store is the reasoning for the amount of stars was not pleased with her service, we wanted to get my wedding flowers through you and she was just down right rude to my Mom and I, seemed to not care for our service whatsoever and when she grabbed her book of flowers she just dropped it on the counter in front of us and just made us do all the work. She was definitely not in tuned with us or anything just so disrespectful, and lack of knowledge of the flowers we were suggesting. We were very displeased with your florist and that caused your store to lose good profit.

There was a rude worker her name is Amy pool, I wanted to ask her about an item she didn’t not let me finish my question and replied in a mean way before even starting my sentence she turned her face and refused to listen to me!! I was surprised when she acted this way.. if she has a problem to communicate with customers she should not be working there it’s her job to help customers when they have a question!! I think Schnucks is a bad place to go shopping because they hire rude and mean workers! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Great place to shop! A female crew member was very helpful today. She help me reach an item on the shelf and got a bag of very heavy ground salt and place it in the cart. I recommend the Ballwin Schnucks because of the friendly and helpful staff.

TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a pair of reading glasses. The next day i realized i got the wrong strength and needed to return them. I was approached by one associate, who then got another associate, who then proceeded to tell me she couldnt do the return. I asked why? she said they werent doing returns. I asked for how long she didnt know. I asked what if Im beyond your return policy by then. She didnt have an answer for me. So i left upset I went to the one by my home she did it for me no questions asked.

Called to see if they have a certain item in stock. It is an answering machine that answers and tells you they cannot check items in stock and hangs up. It makes more sense for the workers to check for items than someone to drive all the way there for a item you dont have. STUPID.

I went in for a centerpiece for dinner and the florist put together a beautiful centerpiece. Three days later, the flowers have opened and look absolutely gorgeous

Excellent margaritas and our server was great. We split a pork tamale, 3 different enchiladas and Shrimp served with tortillas. Very good

Extremely clean store. A Can Do attitude by every staff member I spoke too. And I spoke to at least six employees. Its my experience from having served as a senior executive vice-president at a major firm here in St. Louis that employees will seek to emulate the disposition of their supervisors. This store is blessed with some really good staff and supervisors in my opinion!

If this establishment insists on a mask policy while at the same time price gouging toilet paper and paper towel costs by 66% in only 6 months my business will go elsewhere. Seems we are not all in this together here.

Stopped in to pickup wings that were already prepared and tried 1 within 2 minutes of leaving the store...they were freezing cold like they had been in a freezer. Also, hardly any sauce in them. Usually they are very flavorful, warm at the least, and covered with wing sauce. This was so awful that Im thinking never again. Would give no stars if possible.

Though the store is great (friendly staff, great selection) I am really here to review the pharmacy. We are at the pharmacy a lot, and they all know us personally and are such kind, knowledgeable people. They go the extra mile 100% of the time to make sure we have everything when we need it, even when we drop the ball. They have bent over backwards for us time and again, whether its fronting us a few days worth of medicine until the refill goes through, or arranging for us to get our meds at another nearby pharmacy if we need them ASAP and they arent in stock here, or persistently calling unresponsive doctors. Before we started filling prescriptions here, we had terrible to mediocre experiences at other pharmacy chains, but weve been using this Schnucks for a few years and couldnt be more pleased!

I wish I got the cake decorators name. She did a great job with a photo I found on Pinterest! It was a sheet cake with rainbow swirl lollipops and candles sprinkled around it. It was adorable and delicious. It even came with a matching smash cake for my one year old. Couldnt be happier.

Schnucks has come a long way over the last few years. It is far and away the friendliest chain on the area. They have a great selection of beers and wines and a knowledgeable staff.

First off, the whole store is extremely overpriced. I actively avoid Schnucks if I can help it. Their prices are easily twice as much, if not more, than other places. Second, they bought out, and shutdown Shop N Save, which was one of their competitors, and dont even carry what they did. I understand buying out a business that undersells you, but now you just missed a section of the market you could of had with products they sold and you dont. Lastly, just so this isnt too long, its common knowledge they dont exactly treat their employees very well. I know a lot of companies these days dont, but when its a regional company, and you know what they are doing isnt right, I think you should not support that company.

The Ballwin bakery makes the best cakes and pastries of any Schnucks that I can find!

All schnucks stores have great staff, but this location exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Here is what I dont like about Schnucks: it is difficult to find anything, because they promote so many things by putting them in various places. Also, you will notice they continually move stuff, so that you will go searching. Of course, they are hoping you find other stuff you want to buy during the hunt. Shopping at this place is a time-consuming ordeal.

Overall a decent experience. Self check out is a complete joke. Takes way longer than it should. Literally every person using the self check out was constantly being promoted to see attendant. The attendant was quite overwhelmed and a bit short. Not much room to sack groceries.

More self check out then real people to take my money...guess Ill go back to walmart where if Im going to self check out Ill save money.
