This has always been my least favorite Starbucks to go to but its the only one near the park where my kids love to play. Example? I ordered ONE coffee via the app for pick up at 6:09. App told me it would be ready by 6:17. I finally got my coffee at 6:30 😡. I dont get it. My experience never improves.

This location was so quick and accurate with my order this morning, Alison was super sweet and friendly.

As we entered the store, we were told by the barista to talk to the lady first (there were a few ladies sitting at the large table there) before we could order. The women at the table asked us to sign a Thank You card that’s more affiliated with one political party than the other. We ended up leaving the store without ordering. It’s upsetting. We came here for coffee, not to be preached by what we do not believe in.

Love this Starbucks. The staff was so kind and made my drink and food perfectly. Love the iced London fog latte with sweet cream cold foam.

Busy but still quick, food was fresh and what is there to say about the drinks it was just as good as other locations.

For over a year, Consistently get orders wrong! Rude EVERYTIME! Can’t online order, when I have gone in, they tell you you can’t walk through the drive thru and to call next time and when I’ve called they are even more rude, tell the customers to find them staff (try raising wages) and hang up on you. I’ve told them why I am calling and the lady who answers just raises her voice to speak over me and hangs up. If you call back she picks it up and hangs up. I work by there and everyone I work with is fed up with it. We will never go back. The rude woman will never give her name sounds 12

They open and close whenever is convenient for them- regardless of what store hours are posted. We have tried to go several times when they should have been open but were not. They dont ever answer phone calls. The last order I placed and paid for through the app, they told me they didnt have it and that the app was messed up. They then told me I should try the other Starbucks down the road and see if they have my order. The other Starbucks (in Manchester) didnt have it, but apologized for the other store and gladly took care of my order. Needless to say, I now happily go to the other location where they actually care about their customers. I dont understand how this location stays in business with such terrible customer service.

I love this location, I just wish theyd allow us to order ahead again 😞 Im sure its probably to do with staffing and/or shipment issues, but it definitely needs to come back!

Ordered a Venti Iced Chai Latte this morning. I watched the barista add ice and then water. I told her I thought it was only the hot Chai Tea Lattes they add water to (because when I order them hot, I make a point to tell them no water.) She said the Iced Chai Tea Lattes get water as well. Either this has changed or they are not trained properly at this location, as other locations have told me they dont add water to the Iced Chai Tea Lattes. I literally just paid $5.29 for a very weak drink that was over 1/2 way filled with ice and water and little flavor. They also did not have the longer straws that you need for a Venti drink. I think Ive had enough of wasting my money at Starbucks.

Its just annoying when you come to a coffee shop and there out of cups.. I mean its commen sence.. coffee and cups are the 2 things that your store should always have?

On at least 3 occasions Ive wasted my time and gas going to this location during the hours published on here and found it closed. Once I walked in during these hours and the people inside said they were having a private party and the place is closed. It almost feels like this location is run by some entitled teenagers who work when they want, mostly hang out, and dont care about customers. Please save your trip here and go further down Manchester for a better location.

This team is so friendly and fast.They just move around each other full speed effortlessly and their communication is on point. Like.... I know this sounds scripted but I havent seem teamwork like that in YEARS. I was shocked in the best way.

Line was around the building and out of the lot.. We waited twenty minutes just to get to the window and find out that they were out of Venti, trenta and at least a hand full of other items. How hard would it of be the tape a list of missing items to a wet floor sign and the beginning of the ridiculously long line. Worst. Starbucks. Ever.

Perfectly made drink. Employees were friendly and speedy. This store is out of our way, but went the extra miles. The Starbucks in Wildwood was our go to until they got new employees and didnt train them very well. Four times our drinks were wrong. So now we drive the extra bit. Nice job Ballwin Starbucks.

This location seriously has some of the friendliest employees ever. It makes me so happy that they greet everyone so warmly when they walk in – especially since this is often the only time I venture out of the house all day!

This team has their A game on constantly! Lynn and the other early morning workers are always so pleasant and friendly at 6am! They closed temporarily for staffing issues with Covid and they are not fully open all day because of that, so prepare yourself that some days they will not be staffed to open. They’re doing the best they can in a tough situation!

I am a HUGE fan of Starbucks, but this is my least favorite Starbucks location ever! While the people are friendly (the one star) my drink is NEVER right. I could order the exact drink two days in a row and get two completely different drinks. The coffee is always bitter and tastes stale. I would rather drive to the farther Starbucks on Braeshire because I at least get the correct order. I don’t know why the Braeshire hours have changed but please change them back. (And yes I know these are #firstworldproblems but fancy coffee is the reason for Starbucks.)

Didnt have coffee brewed at 1:30 in the afternoon. Waited about 10-15 minutes to get one of the worst cups of coffee Ive ever had. The staff was totally clueless. Wont go back to this location

I was craving a coffee so I went to Starbucks even though they have horrible, elite liberal policies!! So, I get their at 1240 and the workers were sitting outside talking And one of them informed me, as I was about to grab the door handle, “we decided to close early today!” As I sit in front of the store writing this review I was able to watch, no less than 10 people get turned away from entering the store and another 5-6 cars go through the drive through!!! I guess the closing helped me solidify why reasons for not spending my money at this “elitist” institution!!! Good riddance!!!

Doesnt update product availability on app. this is not a new issue among sbux stores, but this location shows nearly everything sold out - the 2 available sandwiches I selected were also sold out upon arrival. Combative manager is cherry on top. I understand its a tough system to keep on top of, but especially during this time where you have no walk-in orders, please keep it accurate.

Thee worst Starbucks in the area. Today I received a frozen sandwich and an incorrect drink and they refused to remake it.

Ellie was such a helpful and upbeat Barista! Our drinks came out super fast and perfect, even though mine was a little complicated. Great atmosphere!

I love coming here on my way to work. They’re quick and always friendly. The only thing I wish they’d consider is re-routing their drive through line. As it is, everybody blocks the handicap access parking and handicap access sidewalk ramp. They should fix this.

Drive thru is fast

Good food, good drinks and their pastries are really good. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. Good number of seats both inside and outdoor. Lots of space for parking. The staffs is very efficient and seems like they enjoy their jobs. They are always helpful. Love how they encourage for you to customize your order to fit your needs and wants.

Tell my why this Starbucks closes at 11:00am when it says 12:30pm on the website? Do not go to this one terrible customer service, go to the one by whole foods.

Why is this location closed at the most inconvenient times lately. Just went there at 9:15am on a Sunday and they were closed. This type of thing has happened on numerous occasions recently.

Horrible. They twice gave me regular tea for green tea. Its not the first time its happened at that starbucks. Couldnt even drink it.

Our extra hot Caramel Macchiatos sat in the drive thru window for 5 minutes... We ordered inside so we could get hot and fresh. We got neither.

They never ever ever get my cascara cold foam correct!!! Either they forget the little bit of sugar/cascara sprinkle on top, or put very little foam on top, or forget the vanilla in the coffee altogether… I mean for gosh sakes....it’s called a cold FOAM! Foam is in the drink’s NAME people!!!

My wife and I go to this location almost daily. I always look forward to seeing Lynn and hearing her iconic See ya at the window, Thanks! She makes a true effort to get to know and remember her customers which creates a feeling of community. Everyone else has always been kind and curteous as well.

Location places food stock directly on the floor near outside door and restrooms. Should be off the ground some numbers of inches at the very least. Yummy mop water, toilet overflow and possible crawling creatures have easy access to the food product. This is a well known taboo in the food industry, shame on Starbucks.

Some craziness with corona could be understood, but this was just ridiculous. I ordered a drink via the mobile order option in the Starbucks app. Sat waiting for my drink for over a half an hour with no drink. Just ridiculous.

This is the single best Starbucks location in the entire universe. The staff is of the highest caliber, every drink is made with love and attention to detail, the manager is an Empress among managers. They truly work every day to create inspired moments in customers days, all day, every day. The regulars are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, and they pride themselves on the quality and speed of service.There is simply no other Starbucks worth going to on Manchester Road in St. Louis county, period.

I love just walking into the place as the baristas are always so friendly. I was looking for a quick breakfast bite to eat and a yummy latte and there it was! Easy peasy. The cherry on top was two Barista Bear ornaments. I always am grateful for those things that add to my day and make me smile!

The few times I’ve stopped to get a latte before work they were not good. I order vanilla lattes which always just end up being warm milk since they seem to forget the vanilla. I am always disappointed when I go here.

Nice air about the place. Good amount of seating. Friendly customers and staff. A little on the chilly side today though.

Ive been to several Starbucks over the years and this one has been my favorite. Every time Ive been the staff always seems cheery and happy to help. They also get you what you ordered pretty quickly. Everytime I stop by it always puts me in such a good mood to be served by someone that genuinely seems happy at their job.Side note- their smores fraps are amazing here, some places make them where they tastes awful haha

Lynn always knows my order when I get there. But theres been several times I tried my coffee a little later and it isnt good at all. But too expensive to just toss!

Their Shift Lead guy told me [in DRIVE-THRU] I was REQUIRED to COME INSIDE for my refund today, which is not the companys policy. If I wasnt handicapped, he surely would not have given me my refund in drive-thru. Immediately reported this to his corporate office... because people like him will step on you at every opportunity -if they can.

This Starbucks locations surprise me at Health fast and good their service was. I loved their passion iced tea lemonade it was probably the best thing on the menu!
