Ordered two turkey bacon sandwiches. The lettuce on them was half frozen and goopy. Not worth $25 to have to dissect your sandwich to find what is edible. It’s too bad all the food places around here are so bad. If the health department cared, they could have a field day.

I love this location, the staff is always friendly and super fast. They are a busy location but always seem to have things running smoothly. I come here a couple times a week for breakfast and it always hits the spot when I want a coffee and bagel.

They consistently close early and shut down their drive through and online ordering during business hours instead of cleaning after hours like other responsible retail establishments and restaurants. Poor management and sub-quality controls which have gotten worse over the years. St. Louis Bread used to be synonymous with quality.

BAD! When I arrived, the drive thru was closed. After placing my order for 1 4 cheese souffle & 1 spinach & artichoke souffle I arrived home to find I got 2 spinach & artichoke souffles. As well as no receipt to register in my rewards account. Very disappointed! Theres no excuse for this lack of service. Perhaps your employees need better training.☹☹

My wife and I make jokes about this location. You place your order and they deliver whatever they want to.What the heck is this? I ordered a Frontega Chicken sandwich and they added avocado and red pepper. Also ordered a bowl of French Onion soup and got Broccoli Cheddar.Never a dull moment. I wish I had time to cook at home on my lunch break.

I’ve been to this location many times, and everytime I order a “warm grain bowl,” it’s fridge temperature cold. I’m assuming they refrigerate some of the ingredients? All it does is leave the rice/quinoa/chicken dry, cold and lifeless. It’s just disappointing because bread co is not cheap.

Standard BreadCo, but the parking lot is kind of cramped, which usually makes it a zoo. Drive through can get long and it doesnt move overly fast. Inside is nice, but the staff doesnt do a great job of keeping tables clean. Was going to give 4 stars, but they ran out of decaf the last time I was there. No biggie, except, it took them over 30 minutes to brew more and we had to ask twice. Kind of ridiculous when coffee is one of your big things...Update:Went through their drive through a few days later and had this exchange:Me: Hi, two decaf coffees please.Attendant: I am going to have to check if we have any.Me: Okay, how long will it take if you dont have any.Attendant: Usually about 5 minutes.Me: Okay, can you check if you have any?10 seconds of silenceAttendant: Im sorry did you say something?Me: Yeah, can you check if you have any decaf brewed.Attendant: We usually dont have any this late. They need to start opening at 6:30am again. If not, my group of friends and I will have to start having coffee and breakfast somewhere else. We’ve been meeting there for a while mow, but they recently changed their dining room hours to open at 7:00am. Many people get turned away, as we know, since we still meet out in the patio at 6:30am and chat until they open at 7:00am.

I love the furniture... a variety of cafe tables and an assortment of cushy armchairs. Here I can curl up with my laptop or a kimble, sip a refreshing beverage, and whatever pastry (or sandwich or soup or salad) Im in the mood for. Everything was good and the service was good as well! i recommend

Staff is friendly and place is always clean. Managers are helpful and eager to help as well as the staff. Food never disappoints and new pizzas are really good. Chocolate muffies & Chocolate croissants are the best oh yeah & I cant forget about the blueberry muffins! They are pretty tasty too! 😋Do feel bathrooms could use a lithe more attention. Just not clean enough for me. Covid has made every place step it up a notch and this is one area that calls for improvement.

I was patiently waited on by Emmanuel. I changed my order and there was no problem to do it. I ordered the 1/2 turkey, cheddar and apple sandwich hot with a bowl of broccoli and cheese soup with kettle chips. Everything was delicious.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 2:30pm. No one acknowledged me. I sat there for 2-3 minutes. I said hello 3 times. Finally someone said “can you give me just a minute?” And proceeded to take 2-3 more minutes. There was only one person ahead of me in line. Could of ordered rapid pickup in that drive thru and went in myself and got it faster.

Ordered delivery for the first time. The store is only 10 minutes away. Took about 20 minutes longer than the quoted 55 minutes. My flat bread pizza was ice cold when it arrived. I also asked for extra cilantro and light chipotle sauce and got the the exact opposite. Not a napkin in sight. Im annoyed.

The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was clean! My order was prompt and served fresh. Masks were expected on guests when moving around, but not when seated and hand sanitizer is readily available. All the employees had on masks the entire time. The atmosphere at any Panera/St Louis Bread Co has a good coffee shop/cafe vibe.

This was not a good day for Broadco I got there right at 6 pm. They closed the door. The manager came out to let me know they just closed but the drive up was open. I got in line and when I goto the order station a note that the headsets were broken. I wish the manager had told me that at the door. I had to wait 45 minutes to get to the pickup window to order and get my food too. There needs to be better customer communication with incidents like this.

I ordered from my mobile phone on the app. I ordered breakfast, 3 Brioche Egg & Cheese sandwiches. Plus utensils. Since when our order arrives it’s on the go heading to work. The order arrived had LOTS of Bacon on all the sandwiches. We don’t eat bacon and contaminated our sandwiches. We had to throw them all away. So we are out money. Didn’t have time to call and correct the order. And with no utensils or napkins, does St. Louis Bread Company think they were delivering to a family of apes? Very disappointed and ripped off.

I spoke to the manager Dee and she took care of everything. Great hire bread co.I spent 40 bucks on a group soup and sandwich. The soup was great. I paid an extra 2 bucks for extra which I dont believe I received. There were Two slices of deli meat on the sandwich. 2 bucks for One slice must be why the stock price is 400 bucks a share.Secondly, I tried to call the store at 3 Oclock and there wasnt a single who picked up the phone. I called the manager line which was extension 5 and the place order line extension 4. This is terrible way to treat someone who just spent 40 bucks on a quart of soup and a sandwich.

I like the drive thru option at the Chippewa location and I love their soups. Downside on this particular visit, I was not asked if I wanted bread, chips or an apple with my 2 bowls of soup. In their defense, it was very busy! Young lady at the window was very nice and confirmed there was bread already in the bag so it was all good!

I have never been to a Bread Co. that is so horrible with customer service and just getting orders correct. I’ve ordered from here multiple times and each time my order is either wrong, way beyond late, or if I do curbside they don’t bring it to my car. No one ever answers the phone at this restaurant so I can’t even voice my complaint or concern to a manager.

I swing through for coffee nearly every day (sometimes multiple times a day!). All of the staff are friendly but Jenna makes this a special location in my opinion. Do not even waste your time. Last two times I have ordered they are out of, oh, I dont know, EVERYTHING. At least the first time I knew within 10 minutes of my order. Now, as I sit here waiting for my food that I ordered over an hour ago, i get a call that they are out of things. AN HOUR LATER. This does not include the time that they left the turkey off of my Turkey bacon bravo and when i tried to get turkey the dude putting together the sandwiches tried to fight me. But thats besides the point. It seems like this store just serves anger and disappointment and Im not sure why Ive tried 3 times. It is probably my fault.

Had my daughter grab me a half salad(Greek) and half Caprese sandwich along with her order.My rating is based on the totality of my order.The salad was good, flavor and portion were great. The sandwich however fell way below the line for me. I had the bread subbed for country sourdough, they replaced the white bean pesto for a bland hummus and no mozzarella. All I tasted was pasty hummus and arugula in a slight balsamic vinaigrette. An one slice tomato confit, ONE! For a sandwich that is literally the size of an index card for $7. There is little reason you can’t get this right.

Order is wrong, again. Pretty typical for this location. I literally just paid $18.64 and when I got home I find out I have a kids mac and cheese cup, half a sandwich and a bag of chips. Rest of order no where to be found. Usually don’t post about things of this sort because sometimes mistakes happen, but this has happened most of the time in the last few months and I’m getting annoyed at picking up dinner then coming home and having to cook anyways because my order is mostly missing. I asked fir two completely different breakfast sandwiches and was up charged for the plain bagel egg and ham; the bacon and egg with no cheese was on the menu. I did not check at the drive up window as the server accidentally dripped the hot tea. When I got home only one sandwich had meat and it was the ham the I paid extra for. Both sandwiches had cheese when I specifically asked for no cheese for both. neither sandwich had a plain bagel as specified. I paid about $14 dollars for 2 incorrect sandwiches and this is not the first time it has happened at this location. When I attempted to call to talk to a manager the phone rang for a couple of minutes and then went to a fast busy signal. CAUTION - never go to this drive up or if you do double check your order before leaving the window. I have had similar luck with the Bread Company in Richmond Heights on Clayton Rd. There are other restaurants that serve breakfast and I recommend these other options.

Ive been ordering from this location for a while now, and had absolutely no issues. Up until tonight. It took over an hour for my food to arrive (its been an hour an twenty minutes and its still not here...) and I got no notification that it was going to be so late.I had to call the store 3 times to get through. Only to be told that their driver left 20 minutes earlier and should be here soon. The driver still hasnt arrived. If you place an order before 7, you should be reasonably sure it will get to you before 8. This is just unacceptable. Period.

I really love this place for the food. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. However the prices are just too high. I got the pick2 option with a 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad and a water to drink, the total was $13. In my opinion thats just too much for lunch. Id be happier with a slightly smaller potion and a meal under $10. It also seems as if the pick2 option is more expensive than ordering a la carte when you think youd be getting a deal on 1/2 portions. Still though, the food is delicious. I just dont go unless I have received a gift card from someone.

The staff there is over worked and under paid. You would think that with all the money this location alone brings in they would appreciate how hard their staff works. Ive seen multiple staff members there with thier children and if thats not dedicating your life to a job then i dont know what is. They dont check the dates on the food their serving so ask the date before you order. They never answer the phone regardless of what youre calling for. GLOVES are NOT always used! I know because i worked there. I was fired for not wearing a headset but in my defense covid is real and I wasnt comfortable sharing headsets. Plus when customers come to the drive-through they dont always know the name of what theyre ordering. So its hard to make their order while at the same time listenin to them change their mind or modify their order lol, because by the time you finish saying what you want to order its done in less than 1 whole minute so theres really no room for changing your mind or sayin oh no bacon please. Once again i know because i made it. If they focused on quality and accrucy instead of speed more so many orders wont be messed up. Everbody is rushing and panicking.
