Phone wasnt changing through the charge port. Expecting to have to replace the port. When I walked in they said cleaning may fix it for $45, and if not, I could pay the difference to replace the port, an additional $40, instead of the full $85 on top of $45. Gave a 2 week warranty on the cleaning and I could bring back for replacement port for the extra $40. So far so good!

Bought a phone here with a screen protector with a lifetime warranty. Went back a month later to get a new one and they switch providers so i had to buy a new one then while fixing my screen my home button has been broken ever since. Then went to get pictures off an old phone that wasnt working and completely screwed that up and basically did the exact opposite of what was asked and deleted all of the pictures. They have no idea what they are doing since the owner is not there anymore

What an amazing place to get your phone repaired. Its cheaper and quicker. We dropped our iPhone 6s and it was ready in 25 min as promised for just $70. Irrespective of the cost, most of places make you wait for hours. I would highly recommend this spot.

My SIM card tray mysteriously disappeared on my iPhone 7 after transferring the card into my new iPhone. Instead of giving my sister a phone without a tray, I figured I’d go ahead and get one for her. I found one on amazon for $5, but since she’s quite eager to get the phone, I decided to call around and see if a repair shop had one in stock.After a few calls, phone zone said they had one. I drove there only to find that they wanted $25 for it. $25 for a sim chip tray! I suppose they thought I was desperate and figured they could take advantage of me. Well, they guessed wrong and this will most certainly be my last experience with this company. Beware! There are several other shops with integrity in the area that you’ll be much better off at.

Zero stars!! Took my phone for repair and they broke it even worse! Not only that, they also stole my NFC part on my phone and they thought I wouldnt notice. Luckily it was a phone I dont use anymore. The protector on the speakers was broken, speakers were broken, NFC stolen, screen was fixed, side of my phone broken. It was a bad experience and I decided to just move on and get a new phone.

There was an issue with my repair, but the phone zone team is working with me to fix it. Andrew has been very kind throughout the process; will edit review with higher rating if final repair is satisfactory.

The main camera on my Galaxy S5 Active had gotten pretty scratched up, and my pictures were all hazy. I was about to add a new one to my cart on Amazon, when a friend mentioned this place was right by my house. I ran up there, and they put in a new lens for $29! I am quite pleased @ saving $200.

This by far the best phone repair shop I have been to. I walked in this store with a broken galaxy s7 and walked out with the same one lookin all brand new. As soon as I walked in they were happy to assist me and help by explaining the issue that I was having with my phone. They told me it was the lcd and glass. I thought it was going to be expensive but they gave me a very good price with a discount and free tempered glass. I asked them about the parts and they told me everything is OEM and original parts made for that phone. I felt it was to good to be true.I was very pleased and satisfied with their service and would recommend them to all my coworkers, friends and family.

I am redeemed. Heading to Spain next week and had some old AT&T phones that I attempted to unlock through the normal channels. Despite the emails from AT&T saying my phone was unlocked, the (helpful but clueless) people at Tmobile couldnt help me confirm they were unlocked and get a pay as you go plan with them.The helpful (owner?) at Phone Zone knew exactly what the problem was and was able to load up another sim card, attach the phone to itunes, and complete the unlock. Im all set now.Clearly this guy knows what hes doing. I had to force him to accept payment from me as well, despite it taking at least 15 minutes of his time.Looking around the store its clear people would save a bunch of money talking to him before getting set up with a contract for a phone through one of the name-brand stores. Once our contracts are up, well be back!
