Had more than one computer repair. The computers were old enough to no longer be supported by Apple. They were repaired quickly at a reasonable price and I have not had any other issues. Great service at a great price

Took in an older phone in to have the battery replaced. I received a call less than two hours later saying they were finished and the phone was ready for pickup. Super helpful and friendly office staff as well. Very pleased with experience.

I was disappointed to learn that Foxpaw no longer has the drop-off kiosks which made their service so very convenient. Their price and quality of workmanship is very good. Now I have to drive to Webster Groves from Eureka which means I wont be using their service unless the local repair shops get too expensive. I will continue to use them for price-comparison.

Carla was fantastic. I first stopped in because I thought I needed a new glass cover. I am not tech smart and a senior citizen. She simply removed my cover and cleaned the phone glass and cover and magic. She was so kind! I later stopped in because I dropped the phone in the toilet. All was good and once again Carla and her team helped. I am retired in Sales and thought what an asset Carla was because she helped me and she stopped her lunch to assist her team and a distressed customer on the phone. It was a very pleasant experience thanks to the folks that work at the Big Bend location in Missouri.

I love Foxpaw. Ive dropped off phones at the retail location as well as the kiosk. The service is fast and reasonably priced. They have been helping me maintain 6 family phones for years now and Ive always been happy with their service. Also, they have a warranty and actually informed me that some of my work (that I was prepared to pay for) was covered under the warranty.Good, speedy, honest work at a good price. What else can you ask for?

Service was great. Cost is equivalent to highway robbery. Should be able to swap out the $30 screen in less than 30 minutes. So at $330 after taxes they are charging you about $270 for 30 minutes work.

I went to this location a few weeks ago to get my screen replaced and I just had to buy a new phone because the screen was not compatible with iPhone standards. Do not go to them if you need to fix anything related with iPhones. $140 down the drain.

FoxPaw checked my daughters cell Phone for free. The phone would not charge and would not turn on. I left it with them just before closing time and got it back the following day all charged up and working properly. There was nothing wrong with it that they could find. No charge! Thanks FoxPaw! I had an issue with my ipad screen that was not lighting up. I could hear sounds, but I could not see anything on the screen. I dropped it off at FoxPaw and they had the issue fixed in a couple of hours. I have taken my ipad in before as it is quite old, and they are fast, affordable and take care of this issue. Once when the issue returned, I took my ipad back in and they fixed the issue for no charge. I have tried other services and this one is the best in my experience.

I do NOT recommend. Brought an iPad in to have a crack in the screen repaired, Fox Paw called and told me it was finished and to come pick it up. I paid, they handed it over and the home button was broken and the metal on the back was bent and damaged, the new screen they put on the device isn’t done properly and shifts when you touch it, as if there’s a “bubble” underneath. The woman at the desk said they would refund the cost and to come back, upon coming back (no refund issued) a different Woman at the desk this time, obnoxiously read off her “notes” after I explained the extra issues FP did to my iPad, and as she read it was as if I had brought it in with these problems, which is not the case.TL;DR brought it in for a new screen, everything else was fine- Fox Paw bent up the metal, broke the home button made me pay for their mistakes and did a poor job replacing the screen.Won’t be back, Carla lied.

I feel like I got ripped off. They charged me $70 for a battery when I could have gotten it for $30 from Apple. They fixed my phone screen fine, but I would have better trust in a company who is honest about whats in their customers best interestNope..just looked at my invoice...you charged me $69.99 for the battery. As someone that works in customer service, its always tough to hear companies that let customers that have bad experiences walk out of the door in worse shape than when they came in... its sooooo easy to make it right... too easy in fact. Even if you have no power, its still easy. Trust me! ...and the payoff is 20-fold. You should never create a problem and then let it walk out the door... Thats how you end up with 1-stars.

I brought both my phone and my apple watch to get the screens fixed, and when I dropped them off, they told me they could have them both done in 3 hours or less; they called 2 hrs later to let me know they were both done, and when I picked them up, they were perfect. The lady that helped me even put the screen protector I brought in on my phone for me. If I ever need another screen replaced, Im definitely going back here.

After dealing with Apple about my non waterproof IPhone X, I was told there was too much water damage and it would cost a large amount of money and a full week to fix my phone.. I chose to check out Fox Paw and dropped my phone off at the Webster groves hub... The customer service we received was some of the best I have experienced! It took 24 hours for them to assess my phone which is typical for water damage repairs.. They were shocked to hear that apple said I had so much water damage as they had found very little... Half the price repair and one day turn around I have my phone back and a new place to refer people to for all electronic repair needs!! I am thrilled with the service I just got. Ive been driving by this location for a couple of months thinking I need to go in and find out what they charge to replace my cracked screen and check my front facing camera. I finally went in today. Waiting about 5 minutes for my turn. Then they guy behind the counter (Sterling) figured out that it wast a cracked screen, but the cracked tempered glass screen protector. He took it off for me, cleaned it up, and determined that the cracked tempured glass was why the front camera was foggy. I paid for him to put a new tempured glass screen which he did perfectly. So not only did he save me $70 to replace a screen (which a less reputable company could have done and I wouldnt have known the difference), but I also didnt have to leave my phone...which is the biggest hassle of all! Sterling is fabulous!

I had a very positive experience with FoxPaw recently. The repair was quick (about a 5 hour turnaround as promised on the site) and they contacted me to let me know they would only charg me half of what I had agreed to pay, as the repair was quicker/easier than I had described to them. I would recommend them to anyone in the St. Louis area. The grocery store kiosks are straightforward and easy to navigate.

I originally brought in my iPhone 5c to have the screen repaired as it was cracked. I set an appointment and it only took 30 minutes to have my phone fixed. Over the course of the day I discovered that the home button didnt work, so I simply enabled the touch assist feature and didnt worry about it because I thought it was something I was simply going to have to live with. When I called back and spoke to Mark today, -two weeks later- I advised him that my iPhone had cracked yet again in the same spot, and that the home button didnt work when I originally left. He immediately told me to come in and that he would do EVERYTHING he could do to get my moneys worth out of my warranty. Let me tell you, Mark did just that. Mark was a compassionate tech who knew his stuff. He cared about his costumer, and for that I will be a costumer for life. The staff overall was top notch and couldnt be more helpful. To be very specific, again, I couldnt have been more happy with the service and customer care I received from Mark.

They replaced the battery on my Pixel phone while I waited. Took longer than they estimated because in the process of disassembling my phone, they broke my screen. They replaced the screen, no charge, so all is well. $70 for a new battery is a good deal, and it works fine. Definitely recommend.

My Galaxy S8 spent an hour laying in the middle of St. Charles Rock Road Saturday afternoon....it was crushed multiple times....Otterbox toast...everything shattered. FoxPaw replaced my screen and rear panel...they called me two hours after I dropped it off at their shop (didnt use the kiosk). Spensive, but much less than replacement and the phone is technically fine. Amazing S8 and great service from FoxPaw

What a joke. Zero customer service. I brought my phone into the Webster location for a cracked screen. They replaced my screen and up sold me on a special protector which they installed incorrectly with air bubbles in it. I used my phone for the next week only to have it work intermittently. The screen was unresponsive at times which never happened before. I then brought the phone back for them to service, wasting another 2 hours, for them to warranty their work. When I picked up the phone it had the same screen on it? I looked at the tech and ask him why? He said they missed a few connections and it should work fine now. Okay I thought, everyone makes mistakes. Not 2 hours later my screen is unresponsive. I called and spoke to the manager who explained that if I wanted my money back they I would need to bring the phone in for them to take the malfunctioning glass off and reinstall someone elses cracked glass. GO TO THE APPLE STORE folks its the same price and they know how to treat a customer the right way.

Brought in my phone that had a glitched screen and was unresponsive. Repaired in a little over 2 hours. 4 stars just because then new screen is not as vibrant as the original, but still much better than a non-working one. Staff was great and professional.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!I went in 2 different times, and they did a sloppy job on the screen both times; there were smudges/dark impressions under the glass and even worse, the glass they put on was blurring the text whenever I would scroll through any large amount of text either messages or an article, like the screen couldn’t keep up with the digitizer. The keypad was also not working well either, you had to press down super hard for it to work so the sensitivity was off. When it happened the second time (second trip there mind you) after they said it’s fixed, I told them I can still see the smudges AND the text was still blurring. They said I could spend $30 more for the premium glass and see if that helps, but no guarantees since it’s not the original Apple glass which no one has. Well that would have been good to know before I came in here twice to have my phone fixed. It’s only $20 more to get fixed at Apple same day service- which is what I have to do. The worst part about this, they said in order to get a refund I had to wait again for them to put my broken glass back on. So I waited while they did that- and when I got it back it was SOMEONE ELSES broken screen and now my Touch ID won’t work. I told them it was unacceptable but the manager said there was nothing else they could do besides put another broken screen on and it would take 3-4 more hours since there were others now in the queue ahead of me. So I had to leave with a MORE broken phone that I brought in there. I am so upset, so much wasted time and frustration with horrible service and I still have to go get it fixed at Apple.Save yourself some time and just go to Apple first. This place is horrible.

We brought in my girlfriends iPhone to have the screen repaired. It came back with a faulty screen, non-functional camera, broken speaker, etc. This was a day before we had to leave for a trip. After the trip we brought it back and Foxpaw fixed it up (admitting to a faulty screen) but the screen is NOT the same - it is markedly worse. First of all - I dont understand how they didnt test the screen before calling the job done. And moreover, the screen does not work as well. I would just go to Apple next time, regardless of the wait time.
