Justin the store manager was great! Very attentive and helped me with everything I needed
My experience has been that, the reps here will act nice but unfortunately they are told by upper management to sell customers things they dont need by pricing in the high priced and extras. We were forced to add tv, internet, next up, top priced plans and then had to pretend we were working the customers a deal. Its sad that this store has come to this and I hope the customers figure it out sooner then later. When the reps tell you that you wont have a high next bill, they are lying to get you out the door. They have no way of taking away the proration charges and will do it on purpose because it means more money in their pockets. Ben P is the district manager and he is choosing to run his stores this way. Check your bills and do not forget that you have 30 days to completely return all products and you wont see your high bill until right after that 30 days. Ask questions and demand an exact quote on your bill with the district managers signature.
When someone says that they just want to pay a bill they dont want someone going into their account trying to sell them new internet and tv and another phone that they wont use ever. I dont trust that someone hasnt already changed something on my account so I will be cancelling all of my services with att. This store left a bad taste in my mouth.
I was at ATT store at Twin Oaks..& Michael & Brittni were a big help in assisting me with my storage on my phone. they both assisted me together as a team and they are by far the best customer service Ive ever experienced..I totally reccomend to anyone reading this to stop by the store and youll be approached with nothing but love and honesty. They made me feel very welcome and always do everytime I step foot into that store
Michael is an awesome employee! Do not lose him! He helped me figure everything out so much more than other locations. I love this store. Give him a raise!
Brittni Zimmer provided superior customer service to me when I needed to decide on a new phone for my 87 year old mother. We received the perfect phone for my mom and Brittni got us operational expeditiously which was critical as my mother has health issues and needs her phone. Thank you Brittni Zimmer for excellent service delivered with expertise, expeditiously and with compassion for my mom’s needs.
I worked with Michael. He was rude. He talked down to me. When I asked him anything he had to. Call his boss but apparently had been there for seven months. He made 3 phone calls while I was thereI told him I didnt have enough time to finish the appointment and he did not end the transaction and ran my card anyway. Making me late to work.I asked a question and I when he responded with I dont know. I asked for it to be looked into he changes his answer to actuallly thats not possible to doHe took my cards and Id from my hands without asking then wouldnt give them back and was making me very uncomfortable.I do not want him to benefit from my purchase that he pressured me into making.
I will never go to any other at&t store. Eureka location messed up my phone service sadly and Michael from this location had my back. He stayed after close with me on the phone forever trying to figure out what was wrong with my phone. I was seriously wondering if I made a good choice switching to AT&T. Michael made me feel so much more comfortable and taken care of. Make this guy a manager. People will love him! I do!
I came into my ATT Store at Twin Oaks on Friday. March 19, 2021. I have absolutely zero technical savvy so depend heavily on my reps at my local ATT store. And I am never disappointed. Jessica (store manager) and Michael both assisted me and spent the necessary time to answer my questions and resolve my issues. They both exhibited their technical skills, of course but also did so with friendliness and concern that my issues were resolved. All in all an enjoyable experience and I am truly thankful for both of them. If I could give them a hug I would.
Service was exceptional. 2 new phones purchased, information transferred and out the door quickly. Thanks Brittni!

The Girls were awesome! They know everything their is to know about cell phones.I just upgraded to an iPhone and knew nothing. They made me feel confident and assured me the iPhone would be a good fit for me.Sine I am retired I thought this would be a challenge but they were correct.I am breezing thru my phone now.The Girls made me feel very comfortable about asking questions about the iPhone.Also they were very caring, warm and respective to my concerns.When I left the store I knew I could back to ask them more question with the burden of me being a bother.I didn’t feel like they just made a sale to get me on my way.I also wasn’t going to buy any of the iPhone case, protector and charger from their ATT store but they did such a excellent job taking care of my needs.Great job GIRLS and thank you for making feel great with my new iPhone.I WILL BE BACk IF I NEED ANY ASSISTANCE.Happy Customer

I came in the store because my screen was broken the woman there helped me file a claim and fixed my plan turns out I could have been paying much less for internet and tv with att I don’t remember her name but she was great
Came in to change from Sprint. Kat and Tyler waited on us. They were very informative on plans and phones. Took more time with our family and explained everything to us. Stayed late with us to complete the downloading process. I have never had such a wonderful experience buying a phone as I did. I even came back the night after to have more questions answered since I switched from Samsung to iPhone. I would highly recommend this store and Kat and Tyler.

We went up to AT&T to upgrade my sister’s iPhone XR to the iPhone 12 Pro Max. Devin and Mike helped us and they were fantastic! I’ll definitely go there when I buy my next iPhone!!!

The service was excellent at the Ballwin location. Kat took her time to explain and resolve a few issues with my account. She was also very conscientious about finding the most cost efficient plan to suit my needs.
My encounters at this store are always so pleasant! Most places feels like walking into a shark tank, but the staff here are very friendly and transparent! They are happy to answer any questions I have and provide information that is easy to understand instead of leaving me with more questions and frustration. Highly recommend
Salesperson said I need a screen protector with my Otterbox Defender case. Otterbox recommends not using a screen protector because it actually puts your phone more at risk when combined with their case. So I’m out $40 because either the salesperson didn’t know what they were selling or they decided to not tell me the screen protector was not needed because they wanted the extra commission. The screen protector is a one-time use item so it cannot be returned once opened. Businesses should always be customer-focused not numbers-focused

Definitely loved my experience here!!!!! Kat helped me get started with a new phone and watch (got Samsung s20+ smart watch) Helped me get set up in less than 1 hr and picked out a super cute case for me. I really appreciate the workers here including Tyler haha. They were soooo awesome and I will definitely come back to this location if I ever need too. They rock 🥰

I visited this store with the intent to change from a business ATT account to a personal one. I was told the store couldnt work on business accounts. Furthermore I was told the business account owner would need to be present even though I am an authorized change user on the account which is inaccurate.
Devin was a big help in transferring my service . Shout out to Kathleen for the assist! 😊
