We go to different t mobile stores and we are always impressed with their friendly helpful attitude. We had many not so nice experiences with other carriers but we have never had a bad experience with T-mobile. Today the staff was especially helpful. A side note they noticed a customer without a mask covering mouth and nose and quickly responded asking the customer to position properly or step outside.

Discimination against Asians? We were there for the iPhone promotion and we felt that were discriminated against. Got there around 2:15pm and one of the staff took our name and told us it would be around 45 minutes. We left and came back before 3pm. Then we were told that they would have to let other customers in first. I noticed that the staff was Hispanic and so were the other customers that were let in before us. We got the message so we left and took our business elsewhere. If you dont want to be discriminated against, go to the one in Westlake Mall.

I wish google had the - starts!! Worse service ever I just walked into the store 15 minutes ago to make a payment! And they told me I had to wait because there was other people ahead of me! Last I check it only take less then 5 minutes to make a payment! The representative told me he could out my name and number down and I would get a text really so Im suppose to go home then drive back do you know how stupid that sounds!! So I had to drive to the one one Hacienda wonderful service and I timed him he only took 2 minutes to make my payment!! Never ever again will I come to this store!!! Worse service ever!!!!!

I was sold a defective screen protector and they couldnt return it because it had a small crack on the corner. I didnt like how their screen protectors look on the note 10 because of the center bubble for the thumb print. I told them I didnt like it and if I can return it and they said I had to wait 24 hours. The box even says defective. Waste of my time talking to them.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a replacement phone at one of the Inglewood locations which had awesome customer service! Received the text that my phone was ready for pick up at this location so I came the following day after receiving the text and they wouldnt give me the phone because their system wasnt updated so I would have to wait 24-48 hours to get it which is bullshit especially since the text from t-mobile said it was ready.

Dont go here. Came for the new Note 7. I have a JUMP upgrade available. They gave me some BS story I had to buy a bundle (speaker, case...etc) to get the phone. Theyd rather give it to a new customer...so screw them. Never will I go to this store again.

I went in with the idea that, the promotions on T mobiles web site are the same as that of the physical store. NOPE!!!! the Baldwin Park T - Mobile store like to tell you that whats online isnt that same as the store even with a print out in black and white saying that it was. When, finally i had enough of the car salesmen line, i had asked for my id back the sales rep wouldnt let me have it. That was the last straw, its one thing to tell white lyes but holding on the my id so i done leave the store. yeah i dont thinking so.

Brought in my sons iPhone after 2 years when it stopped working, a customer service pro stuck it on a charge to test it, after 30 min the employee showed me the phone and the middle looked like it was coming out of its casing, I paid 12 bucks a month for the insurance on this phone,FOR NOW 26 MONTHS, the original cost of the phone was $799.99 paid it off and never used the insurance, the worker tells me they cant accept it because it has damage and would cost the deductible of 150 bucks to replace, I brought the phone home and in the morning it looked fine. I took it to the apple store and they looked at it, and when I told them what had happened, they told me that this problem is well known and it happens especially with older iPhones, they rise when they get hot, he told me to try another T Mobile, because its pretty well known in the phone circles that this is a problem, and is not damage, so they should replace it for free if insured. I then had a brand new not 2 day old android phone get so hot while updating that when I tried to power it down, the button got stuck inside, I tried to pick it out and the metal just came apart as it was pot metal not the sturdy bronze it looked like. The store manager said it would be humanly impossible to break that phone or press the button in with your hand, when I asked him to give me his store demo of the same model if he would like to test his expert idiocy, he refused, of course, because when I called the manufacturer, they said that that older model if updating for a long time which it was, can get so hot it just frys it...so the point is that this store is gonna blame everything on you to avoid the claims, which is where the manager gets his kickbacks and his bonuses...AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS IF YOUR PHONE STOPS WORKING...MANAGER IS A FAKE SCUMBAG, ONLY OUT FOR HIMSELF, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible customer service. They are not well informed when you ask them. Today I had a very bad experience and the manager acts as if they know everything even if you call the information number for t-mobile. I got 4 free phones because of a special and wanted to upgrade my old phone for an s7 edge but in order for me to not mess with the contract that would require me to pay for the free phones I needed to pay upfront but owe at least $1. I had bought 3 s7 edges a week before and did not have an issues in west covina but unfortunately the manager called this fraud??? Im paying the phone upfront how is this fraud?? I had mentioned that the tmobile customer service representative said it was ok to do this. Go to a corporate company instead of this independent store. They lie and add extra surprise costs without letting you know. This is my opinion, but if you want to get lied to and pay extra then go for it. Im going to the kiosk in west covina.

Worst place ever i bought a sony xperia z and and when i came home found out the sim card on my phone was not activated. call them back and they put me on hold for forty minutes hang up and call costumer service better and on five minutes my sim card was activated. poor quality of service.

Very poor customer service. Go to a corporate own Tmobile Store. I came to buy a sim card but after the manner deactivated the wrong sim card, he still charged me for another sim card despite his mistake. And while waiting I was listening another employee explaining the plan and service and im so surprised how they have poor knowledge of Tmobile plans and service. Just beware of this store when you walk in
