Best metro store

The girl in the morning acts like she hates her job Im surprised she even let me in the front door, so horribleI never leave bad reviews but it is what it is

🤬🤬🤬GO TO THE 11400 RAMONA LOCATION I called this store and explained what I needed and the male employee working told me “come in and we’ll take care if it no problem”. Trying to get a new line activated for my disabled aunt who is on a fixed income, was told $30.00 per month with 15 activation fee so she was happy. Get there and the story changes now he’s trying to put her on a $60.00 a month plan and charge her $62.00 for activation and sim.🤬🤬🤬 Drove to different T-Mobile store a few blocks away and got everything done for $57.00 out the door with a new sim!🤣😀👍

Really bad customer service specially the “manager” NancyShe was rude and did not want to help me to cancel my account, I called another store and helped me out, she caused me stress because I needed to cancel today I hope she gets training on to be polite and help customers out without an attitude

Best Custumer Service ever best in baldwin park. I bought 4 new lines exellent services from the two guys that work there. Very Helpful and guided me to the phones that met the features i was looking for me. they offer great financing that other metro pcs dealers never offer. there location is infront of walmart totally worth the trip. It is currently under new management and they are realy helpful. i give it a 5/5 !!!!!!!!!!
