Went in to see why my and my mother’s messages were syncing. The lady that “helped” us is incompetent. She turned off my group messaging stating that was the problem, and low and behold, it’s not the problem. She was insistent that that was the only way it could be happening. What’s the point of these stores if the employees don’t know what their doing?

Employees at this location are very incompetent. They dont understand how phones work and they dont understand how sim cards work. I wouldnt trust anything that they tell you. Maybe theyre good at unlocking the front door and taking money but thats about it. Verizon should be ashamed to have these people represent their company. Do not go there if you need real help, you would be better off speaking directly to Verizon over the phone. SO DUMB.

I gave this facility five stars for the simple reason that when I visited the store the young lady Aydeth was very helpful and knowledgeable with the product they sell, she encouraged me to purchase my cell phone and some other accessories, keep up the good work and I will see you soon for that tablet . thanks to you for taking the time. I will recommend Aydeth to all my friends at this store 👌

*Espanol abajo*Had a really bad experience. First of all, the employee who came to me did not explain how drastic buying in store can be compared to buying online. Pixel 4a retails around $600 when online is $350. Secondly, the significant discounts that I would be receiving were fraudulent lies. Employee said total cost after 24 months would be 400 however, once I checked back home discounts were never made and was going to be 700. Furthermore, the phone I received was open box but I still had to pay a $50 restocking fee which employee did not mention at all. Additionally, had been in the possession of the phone for less than 24 hours and I had to wait for the person who attended me in the evening. Frustrated, I demanded they undo everything they did and leave everything as it was the day before I arrived.However, even then they somehow managed to messed up my old plans and had to check my phone in-store before leaving since employee who attended me gave the work to a co worker.Its now a full day later and they irresponsibly did not cancel the orders I clearly explained that day to cancel. It was only thanks to a nice gentleman at Best Buy who was also confused why I was shopping for for more iPhones when I believed I had canceled that day. He himself decided to go beyond his line of work to make sure I was not screwed over another time. It is embrassing how the quality of employee has diminished over the past 5 years and I myself question why they are representing such an esteemed company. Needless to say but I advise current and future customers to tread carefully since the employees themselves will knowingly screw you over no matter how loyal you have been.No vale la pena para ir aquí. Came in with my sister in law to transfer her data to her new phone. At first we were hesitant since they charge a fee but we didnt really have any options since we werent able to do it at home. Anthony that helped us was awesome! He was super fun to talk to and made the fee worth it! Everyone was friendly and helpful.

So I went to Verizon to buy 2 new phones. The guy with res stripe shirt was rude. He seem like he didn’t really care to help us. So I left.

I recently went to the store to get the deal of buy one get one free iPhone 11 and the manager was the one who helped me and let me just say he was so nice and he explained everything to me. from how much my bill was gonna change and any questions I had he answered them.I highly recommend going to the store they were really nice.

Karla was so helpful! She helped walk my brother and I through upgrading his phone all while being on her own and having to help quite a few walk ins. She also walked me through step by step on some questions I had with my phone. All with a smile!

This is the best Verizon location I have been to, and I’ve been to many from Los Angeles to San Diego. The associates are fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I’m in and out quickly, and I always leave satisfied. Highly recommend!! ♥️

Came into the store because my phone was wet and damaged. I was instantly greeted by Julio. He walked me through all my options and we both decided upgrading was the best way to go. He was thorough and patient with me and helped me transfer all my data. Ill be coming back for all my Verizon needs!!

The people where really helpful and truthful. A bit understaffed but I think management should hire more people. Helped me transfer my info to my new phone. Very thankful.

Went to get an upgrade, and needed questions answered. At first, there was a system error and was not allowing me to do the upgrade and finally after 2 hours there, Anthony helped me out and was patient with all my questions and finally was able to upgrade. I been a Verizon customer for 15 years best phone service ever!

Please don’t go there. They charge 49.99 for put on the screen protector. I upgraded my 4 iPhone at there, but they charged me 49.99 for each iPhone. When I check the receipt found out the extra and I asked what is that 49.99 for? They told me that was for the screen protector install fee. I called the Verizon customer service but they can do nothing about that. If you want to be charged extra 49.99 just go there

Went black Friday morning to upgrade 4 phones 3 iPhone x and 1 galaxy s9 sales rep Arturo helping us had 2 of the phones downloaded with our info and 1 1/2 hours laterJulio Ruiz steps in these iPhones cant leave without purchasing screen protectors Lol so after complaining about it I ask Arturo how much for 3 iPhones screen protectors Julio comes back with an also ea phone is $6 month more as the store is $100 more ea phone instead of 20.78 to 26.78 when asked to show me where it said that 15 minutes later tells my family that these iPhones are sold and backordered till Jan 11 another 30 minutes to reload old phones info . CALLED corporate and took few calls but finally reached higher up gave us $200 credit for ea phone=$800.00 to use on bill instantly still thinking of moving on to new Carrier as Julio Ruiz(managers with no card) is a CROOK

Very horrible experience here. Just want to let the manger & company know that the worker Karla Alfaro is a very horrible employee who likes to flirt with all the guys that pass by the store btw very much older men then her, she also gives them her number which I think isn’t necessary at all. I know this because my dad went to get a phone and she started flirting with him then later on had a unprofessional conversation which lead to problems between my dad and mom. She also likes to flirt with guys who have young kids because that’s what she did knowing my dad was engaged. I HIGHLY recommend that the Verizon wireless company gets rid of her because she does more then just work for men believe me. Karla shouldn’t be an employee anywhere because she has multiple relationships with different men who she doesn’t even know. Ohhhh did I forget to mention she gets your phone & she goes on the Verizon page and writes nice things about herself and posts them :) so she forces customers to give their phone to this disrespectful lady. She probably even goes out of her way and meets with these people secretly behind people’s backs. She is very disrespectful to this community. HIGHLY recommend she gets fired if there was an opportunity to click zero stares believe me I’d do that
