I guess anyone can say they back up their products but when Brian says he will take care of you consider it done. Had a great experience again with Brian. He is my goto for my fire stick and technology issues. He cleaned my fire stick and restored a lot of apps I had ruined. He was very reasonable in price and was able to get to him same day and had my device ready with in 45. He gave me great advice about a private VPN which I had been wanting. Exactly what I was researching he suggested. It made me feel very confident I went with the right provider. Spectrum was throttling my internet hardcore, I’m talking as soon as my VPN was installed my fire stick was working how it should. I am going to also get a new modem as it doesn’t fix all my problems but it is way more sufficient than before. I’ll continue to go to Brian and recommend him to everyone I know. It’s technology and it’s goo to have hiccups but ya nice having someone who sends out tips weekly through email and is will to answer any question as silly as it might be.
