Was an average trip got it all in one trip clothing decent selection except in sizes they stock in mainly 40 in mens and lots if med shirts, still some pricey items in their other items for household. Pleasant staff quick check out fir once even with only 2 checkers working

I gave you 1 star because I can not do a review unless I give you a star. The line was going back to the clothing. Every line was long. A worker has another employee ring her up, because she was on a break. I told the Manger/ supervisor that was not fair to all the customers that was in line. The employee could have waited in line as all the customers was waiting or waited until she got off to make her purchase. The supervisor/manager told me she didnt want to use her break standing in line. I told the supervisor I am pretty sure the customers dont want to stand in line either but we all have to wait our turn.

Well horrible 😕!We wanted to buy a Christmas tree we kept asking all the sales people on the floor and 3 different people told us they would be right back with something to lift the tree and put it on a cart. Well after about 48 minutes and waiting patiently I might add no one ever helped us. I finally flagged down a nice manager so kind who tells us the truth their is no one experienced on the floor today who has been trained in heavy equipment that can help you. FINALLY THE TRUTH! She called another store East Hills Walmart and they held it for us. We appreciate the managers help and also going the extra mile by calling another store ever though her Rosedale Walmart would lose a $300.00 sale she still helped us out so a huge thank you to her! Now as for the rest of you clueless pass the buck lazy employees shame on ALL OF YOU!You are the reasons why Rosedale Walmart is getting a horrible reputation. Clean up your act and clean up your store. Stop blaming covid on your laziness! You all could do better and WE ALL KNOW IT!!!!!

Was treated like I was an inconvenience to one lady who had to help me out after I had to wait for over half an hour or more just so I could get bicycle tubs . She was very rude, other then that everything went smoothly. Good Wal Mart, bad employee.

Store employees are nice, but the check out lines are no joke. This location does NOT have self check out lanes and on top of that, not enough check out lanes are open. I had to wait 25 mins in the express lane and the cashier was not slow. They need to open up more check out lanes during the peak hours. No ones wants to spend 25 mins in line when you spent only 5 mins shopping. Im willing to change the rating once they make changes.

Aside from the lack of open registers I managed to get my groceries and leave the store within 20 minutes. Not too shabby. Good variety and a ton of selections, you’ll find almost anything you need.

I love walmart especially a super walmart. This place has almost everything I look for but some of the isles are extremely crowded with boxes with no room to walk through. Otherwise its a great store.

I don’t understand how the ratings are as high as they are for this store…. They have 4 registers open with lines all the way across the store. And the self check outs are closed. I asked a associate for a price and he says “idk download the Walmart app”… the store is always dirty which isn’t different from any other Walmart. I ended up being in line for over a hour…. Not even a holiday

This place is horrible! Shelves are never stocked, lines are super long and you rarely find a friendly face!

Staff treating the veterans good and willing people for helping us veterans when asking to looking for stuff you cant find. Willing to help load up the vehicles when you need them.

This Wal-Mart is exceptionately well stocked with those hard to find items. I was impressed with the electronics department. I found all that and more at this location compared to the Bakersfield locations. I recommend checking out the Delano Super Center.

Walmart Super Center has mostly everything but the workers are always in the way. Isles are always full of crates and boxes they really such do this before the store opens. Makes shopping a little difficult, but most of the workers always apologize for the inconvenience.

Everything weve needed has ben in stock so far we just moved here so its nice. Could use some more cashiers though 🤔

Its your typical walmart nothing special. Workers are generally nice, when you can find one not pretending to be busy. They never seem to have the garden checkout open. Overall not a bad place to shop

You can never fail getting what you need here. Come here first, get everything that you need, whatever you cant find...you probably didnt need it anyway. Just be patient, have a good attitude, and plan to be here double the amount of time you thought it would take. Not Walmarts fault you like to browse..😂

Typical Walmart except the checkout was ridiculously long with no self checkout. About only 5 cashiers working. Each line had at least 5-6 people per line with several medium to full shopping carts.I eventually put back my items because my time is worth something even if Walmart doesnt seem to think so

Its a wlamart... always busy but generally, they keep everything clean and organized, which is atypical for most walmarts

They have a lot of variety here different things for everything good place to go shopping.

The Walmart located at East hills coming to the great store. I have one exception, Im a Vietnam disabled veteran, and this particular Walmart never ever have a disabled cart and that saddens me!

Youre tripping over pallets the whole time and idk why when the shelves are always empty. Paging someone to get almost anything youd run in and out for. Associates are clueless as to when product will be available. Overall just a hassle

Quick assistance with an item behind a locked glass display case. Ckerk was courteous and patient, and provided suggestions, while I was checking other possible options. Made my shopping so much easier.

This store is always busy and it’s a little crazy, however after about 20 minutes was able to hunt down a sales associate after pushing the assist button a few times. (Guess that button was on lunch break). Great thing was once we found a sales associate we were able to get what we wanted and pay for those items within that department. No crazy wait in the frontline which is nice when you only require a certain department item. 😊

Horrible place to shop. Went in and immediately felt the horrible vibe inside. The A/C was not on and it was hot and humid inside and on top of that I felt like I was in a third world country.

There was a long line in the check cashing line. We were in line over 1.5 hours. I dont like this WalMart at East Hills. I prefer to go to Rosedale. Its worth the drive.

Relatively decent prices, huge selection of pretty much everything youd need. Just lacking adequate cashiers to check everyone out in timely manner. Find myself wandering aimlessly hoping lines die down but never seems to work.

Extremely busy store. But the Personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. Need more employees to be hired to clean up the aisles. Apparently customers do not put things back and things were thrown on the floor. Great prices though and positive environment.

I always shop here at night and Im not sure why because at night they have two people working and 2 million people in line to check out do not go at night shopping also they also always have boxes and boxes in the aisles that are hard to get around but the people are super friendly at work there

They have a little of everything, with mostly decent prices. Being an artist, I frequent the craft section, looking for inspiration and photographing prices. Also, the employees are friendly and helpful! Overall, it wasn’t a bad shopping experience.

Crowded, narrow walkways, the store makes me feel like I need a ball of thread to escape. The floor is sticky, nothing is where it should be, and you cant leave the same way you came in. Feels like a massive roach motel.

Crowded with some empty shelves in beverage/soda section and no Gatorade or Powerade. Checkout was friendly and fast.

The front desk help was totally awesome. Very nice. Fast service.

Decent store, there security is not that good though. Seen the door people chatting it up in a group of up to 3 people. One on the gm side had a back pack stuffer walk out, weak ap presence. Looks a bit busy, the main downside here, mainly talking about the checkouts.

DO NOT order from this Walmart for pick up! I have checked in over 40 mins ago and there is only 2 other customers. Not to mention the worker that’s helping the car next to me he allowed his cart to hit my car. Worst experience EVER and a complete waste of time. Again DO NOT use this pick up service.

The cashiers are not what Im accustomed to from customer service in any explanation a customer gives is worth investigating. So my problem many times that I finally am updating my review here. Ive had numerous occasions of wrong priced items at the register compared to the shelf sticker. Ive notified the cashier who always after being notified assumes that he can just tell me the shelf was wrong and continues to scan items. Im like put that item aside and being nice I dont really push for a free item or something by walking back and grabbing the sticker. Anyhow they arent too motivated in handling other areas.

I don’t understand the point of scan & go with my Walmart plus membership. It’s supposed to make checking out more convenient but if they need to verify every bar code on my receipt to everything in my cart one by one to me that seems counterintuitive. I might as well have just let them scan it themselves and be done with it.

Gteat!It was 15 minutes before closing, but I was able to get several items I needed. I didnt feel the usual stress I have at other stores, and the cashier was friendly when I checked out several minutes after closing time. It was a great shopping experience considering such a short time allowed.

Both security guard ladies the one that drives around outside and the one inside are very rude. While I was trying to find parking the one outside was blocking my way to get in all because she was talking to the cart attendant and still has audacity to drive up right next to me and started talking back to me. While all this was happening my my car was sticking out on the busy street while I had my kids in the car with me. Right before she moved I told her I was going to leave a complain on her and then tells me go ahead I dont care, so when I walked in i asked the other security guard and with attitude sends me to the wrong direction to speak to the manager all because while I was in the process of looking for parking the first security guard had already spoken to the manager. I really hope they did something about it because they shouldnt have someone like that who doesnt take their job seriously.
