The staff have always been friendly and helpful whenever we have gone in there. They are informative over their policies and warranties. They did not ha e a wide variety of transformers that the boyfriend was looking for but he was not to upset.

Its very frustrating when the staff and not just one but almost all of them tell you a certain item is going to be in on a certain day and then it doesnt come in.. When it comes to toys and games, most of the time theyre for a gift on a certain date... Definitely something the team needs to work on as far as communication.

Service couldve been better. Felt as tho we were being rushed in and out even though there were literally no other customers there at the time. Seemed as if though every person there was hesitant to provide services when asked about specific games/console accessories. We were told a specific ps4 controller we wanted was out of stock, so the lady at the counter was nice enough to look it up and said they were out of stock as well, I came home looked up the same controller on their website and found it was in stock as a pre-owned item, so why were we never told about this option??? Even with a pandemic going on customers should still be made to feel welcomed and valued when shopping at any store.

Ok with the new shopping rules since covid 19 you do have to wait in line, also you cant just go browse for a new game. When i was there a worker was outside asking people why exactly they were there and when someone said they wanted to buy a game she was like well what kind of game specifically and she was listing catergories the guy finally told her he wasnt sure and wanted to browse. She did not look happy about it. But she wasnt rude.

It was not a well stock store most of the stuff that they have on there as far as games or even the controllers arent even available so I would suggest call ahead to see if they have what you need or choose a different GameStop

Came an hour before close, no people in line. They said have to do online orders and come back tomorrow. Drove across town to get here. I just think the people in there honestly didn’t want to help me. I called a few times before my trip and they didn’t answer the phone. What a waste of time. Stuff like this is why you’re probably going out of business soon.

The sales rep seemed a little hesitant to help, but they ended up being very helpful I was able to special order my sons Xbox 360 game and will be shopping there again.

Absolutely horrible service. I was very clear on the phone what I needed. The staff told me they had it in stock. After driving down there, waiting in line to get in, and getting home they sold me the wrong item. Now I’m back down here waiting in line to get my money back.

One of the best places to go shopping for games and game related merchandise. The customer service representatives are always helpful and friendly, store is clean and well kept. Every now and again it gets very crowded and backed up but in general its not too bad

My son loves to come here with change from his piggy bank. They have awesome customer service. And reasonable prices. Certain items are way cheaper to buy GameStop than to buy at Walmart or Target highly recommend this place 😊

This location is Aldi friendly and well-stocked with all the new inventory a new game releases that you could think of. The service has been phenomenal each time I visited making this my go to GameStop I live closer to another location but this one has definitely been my favorite so far

I have never had an issue at this location, and we visit a couple times a month. Staff is always quick and friendly. I purchased my PS4 Limited Edition Uncharted Console from this location along with the warranty for a year, two weeks before my warranty was up we had a issue with the console. the assistant manager Paul assisted me with the simi-difficult exchange for a new one, because my unit was a limited addition I wasnt able to get the exact one, but the newer version of it equivalent, Paul was very helpful in explaining the process and comparison of the two units, making sure I understood and was happy...he special ordered it and kept contact to keep in the loop the whole week, once it was shipped he called me right away to come get it, and the final swap took less than 5 minutes... Store is always clean and in order, and carries a great selection.

It feels like your experience at GameStop can vary wildly from store to store. There are nuances to this of course, such as the district manager for the store being affable and geared towards helping customers have the best experience within the framework outlined by middle/upper management at corporate. In other situations, you can get stores with delusional managers who refuse to separate themselves from the corporate entity, in some vain attempt at loyalty to employer, but if they cant empathize with the customer, then they should be far away from a position in which engaging with the customer is a primary function of it.This GameStop is the most unwieldy Ive been to in the Central Valley. I started coming here when my favorite manager was transferred here shortly before leaving the position for greener pastures outside this cesspool of a corporation, in another state, in another field of work. Regardless, I kept coming here because it is conveniently located near the Best Buy I regularly shop at.The employees are regularly hard to engage with on any level. I came in during July to take advantage of the B2G1 free promotion, and I was willfully mislead about its small print, so I was screwed out of something I very much so wanted, even though it was actually possible to do, so I left unsatisfied with that experience in a massive $200 deficit kind of way. Towards that end, I also purchased a used PS3. It came with a busted controller that I discovered only today when setting the console up, and what do I get as a response? Tough luck, here are some semantics about being a day late, and $40 short as I have to buy another in lieu of having the busted one replaced. Which is obscene considering how much business Ive given GameStop since I was a kid, not to mention in the past few years. Im always polite, and courteous to the workers at any retail store I shop at. I always find myself more knowledgeable than the workers at this specific location in terms of GameStop policy and the capabilities of the staff to make a bad situation right.The issue is, primarily, they dont care about your experience. They are unfriendly and unable to engage in the most basic conversation about the most job related of topics, so I find myself wondering why they are working a customer facing job. I find myself wondering what I did to warrant such a despicable experience at this specific location. Im never one to escalate a situation in person. Im not disruptive. I dont raise my voice. I dont use profanity, and I do my utmost to relate to the workers! For all intents in purposes, I think Id get a replacement controller free of charge if I went and completed a survey about my experience, but I am not willing to do that anymore. Im just tired of having to jump through hoops to get a situation resolved that couldve easily been handled by the in-store staff.As such, Ive given them 1/5 stars, and Ill specify below.-1 for bad communication skills-2 for being willfully ignorant about GameStop policy-1 for costing costing me $40 for a controller that shouldve never have been allowed to be sold in a used console package.In short, I urge you to visit the mall or Ming Plaza locations for a much better shopping experience.

The worst service I have ever had at a GameStop, which is saying something. The employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I suggest target or Best Buy over that incompetence.

The manager is always ignoring me because hes always talking to his coworkers and when he does talk to me he doesnt know anything about the products that hes selling. He always has an excuse why he wont buy my games. The one time he did try to buy my games he tried to rip me off but i was looking down at the screen and seen what they buy them for and he said he read it wrong then kicked me out. The games i bring in are the newly released ones too. Workers there are rude and not helpful at all. I wouldnt recommend going to this gamestop.

When buying a Brand new game a word of advice is dont open your brand new game because if you dont like it and want to return it before 7 days of purchase. Your not getting a refund and only getting store credit. They dont want to give you refund but wanna charge $50 to $60 for a pre owned game and they offer you chump change compared to what you paid originally.

I mean its gamestop what did you expect. If someone works they usually dont see both sides of the products they are selling. So there own reviews and help are usually horrible. Do your own research and help your own self before you go into a gamestop as customer service doesnt exist anymore.

The people where nice enough, but I have to say that they did mess up a few times even after the purchase. Should have been our due diligence, but when we got home the employees had forgotten to put the game into the case... so money wasted. Going in tomorrow to get the game but it doesnt speak well to the diligence of the workers.
