I had a really great experience at this store location. Marlena was the sell representative that helped me out and I was very satisfied with my purchase. Most metros i go to never want to help with transferring my information to my new phone and she did it with no hesitation. Will be coming to this location more often.

I had a wonderful experience. I purchased 2 cases for my one plus Nord10 phones, one for me and one for my husband. I got a great deal. The staff was very helpful and friendly and gave us different options to choose from. I really recommend this store for any of your services. Please visit them if you need service I heard a lady saying. I will never go to another carrier, she was very excited, I think she got a very good deal on the phones. I currently have TMobile and Im in love with my One plus N10 phones.

I like this store even though it get packed the girls that work in the one on Panama lane are rude and today I was pretty happy to be helped by Priscilla that has wonderful customer skills and was very helpful.

At first I wasnt sure if I wanted to go to Metro PCS but when I walked in near closing, they were very welcoming and happily helped me and my family start a new plan, absolutely amazing experience thanks to Dayana, I can not be any happier; goodbye Verizon and hello Metro PCS!

I went in to another location and left cuz of bad service walked into this one and Alejandra was smiling and greeted me right away was just in to pay bill and walked out with a new phone !

Untrained. Polite, friendly, but..I signed up to get promoted free phone and Amazon prime for one year free. Did what sales person said was needed. Purchased two lines received two phones was not given information about Amazon prime subscription. And my pictures vanished. Went back next day assistant manager helped get pictures back. Another employee kindly input my information to get my Amazon prime subscription. Was told wait 7 days. I did. No Amazon prime? Called spoke with the manager she said sorry because I bought two lines and one of the phones was a Samsung j7 and the other was not I was not going to get the Amazon prime I signed up for (my email address is the same on both phones) she told me to call metro pcs customer service for help and Amazon prime for help and that there was NOTHING the store or her employees could do to help. So, I called Amazon prime and spoke to the operator and his superior who informed me that they had no such offer and metro pcs had committed fraud. I called metro pcs customer service and spoke with the operator and his superior who said it was the job of the store where purchased to fix issues with phones and promotions..... I went to metro pcs for the purpose of the promoted Amazon prime deal the two free phone and unlimited services. The manager at the store continuously stated, mam you got your two free phones) like I should be happy with half the deal. And thats all Ive gotten. HALF the deal. Friendly service but half the service advertised.
