Got my new nikes and i love them plus they were on sale from 80$ to 30$ the shoses had black laces so i put new ones in and they just pop lol

Good store to shop for shoes wen on a budget. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to buy shoes go here and the employee were really nice and helpful.

We always love coming to this location of Big 5. Its clean, large and enough retail space to be very organized. As a customer, I dont feel overwhelmed by products in this store. Its always clean, always well staffed, and in order. I also appreciate how I can depend on knowing they have a clearly appointed clearance/marked down area for their shoes, separate from their regular priced shoes. These shoes are all name brand and just as nice! We prefer to buy our shoes from this section for our growing family.

Good supply of goods in general. Bought 2 pairs of shoes, and some workout shorts. Friendly staff. Parking is good. Easy in and out of the lot.

If you want, you can go to Target to get a mask, they have free masks and come back here, one of the sales associate told me. Im not anti-mask but I just forgot to bring a mask that day when I went to the store and they dont have masks to give out just like any other stores do. I ended up buying an overpriced box of masks. I knew what to get there since I looked up the item online before going to the store, and I explained to the sales guy who approached me that Ill be really quick. When I went to the counter, somebody was there but she was busy and left so the other lady at the other counter came to me and asked Are you going to buy this? Like seriously. 🤔

I was there to buy a red dot to a pellet gun and was given the display one to look at. I decided to get that item. When I got home I opened the box and as soon as I pull it out these little pieces of trash fall out. I had got the display item - mustve happened when I turned away-, NOT A NEW one. Second the item is all scrapped up, the battery was dead. I grab the receipt to see if maybe I was given a discount I immediately called the store and Moe was able to kindly help me out with the issue.

Works are on point and just show the the most support to their customers. Say hi welcome to Big 5 and ask you politely if you need help with anything. I will always shop there.

Took my grandson for shoes. I was immediately greeted and made to feel welcomed. The staff were attentive and patient with my 9 year old son. Very much recommend.

Sadly disappointing. Went to buy a pool and saw the pool in stock online showed up thirty min later to purchase and it was gone. Not their fault but the sales lady was not overly polite.

Wasnt greeted. Took a bit to find someone to help me exchange. At the register there was a tax issue. Too much. Ming store is faster with service.

I absolutely could not believe how unorganized and rude the staff was. The male employees were standing around the whole time doing nothing and diffently not helping the customers. Mean while the young lady working at the register was doing everything. I wont be going back to this location and Ill stick to the Ming location.

Great place to go and always great prices. Best thing is you can call ahead to make sure they have certain items. I called and they had a certain item with only one in stock and they held it for me.

Helpful employees, store sometimes not a large selection of inventory. Prices on some items are really high.

This is a great place to find all sorts of outdoor/sports gear, and usually for a great price. Their staff is always very attentive and helpful.

Staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. Its been tough to find a lot of items there recently due to the whole covid thing, but when asked, the staff is honest about what they do and do not have and whether or not there is any expectation of receiving a product anytime soon.

One of the cashiers was pretty annoying (skinny with girl with the bib haircut) and they didnt seem to know how to work the fishing license system.

The guy that was working the counter by the guns yesterday was a prime example of quality customer service. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and down to Earth guy. I will be coming to this store for my gun and ammo needs from here on out.

Friendly staff. Very attentive to your needs. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because it was lacking a hockey section. There were a couple hockey sticks but not much more than that. You would think being so close to robobank arena there would be more gear.

This store had incredible employees. All had a great attitude. Very friendly. They went out of their way to help you. Everyone greeted you, asked if you needed help and were more than eager to serve. This is the first time that I visited this location and it certainly will not be my last. I will be shopping this store again.

The store had a good selection of many different sporting items. I was quickly able to find what I was looking for. There were plenty of employees in the store, I have only been there 1 time so Im not sure if this is how they always are, not the most helpful. I will try again in the future to see if it is any better.

Went to for the sales. I was there for 20 minutes. Not once did I get asked for help. Others came after me and got service before.

Fyi. Took back some pants and was asked for id with a recipt. I was surprised.I mean when it was purchased with cash they took my money with a smile and never asked for id. Yet with a return I got asked for id and got a sour pickle face from store associate.

Its a good place to go buy tennis shoes they have great deals on shoes and other sporting equipment I basically go there strictly for the tennis shoes I always buy New Balance or scratchers

Ok, they didnt have the brands I was looking for...yeti or pelican coolers specifically. And they dont carry vibram 5 finger toe shoes, but they do have fantastic deals on lots of stuff. I got a 5 day wheeled cooler by Coleman for $39. It was reg $70.They have camping gear and target practice gear too.

Great place to find any sporting item. They have really cool daily deals if you sign up for the emailed daily deals for free.

I only suggest coming here if you have to. Customer service is obviously trained only to collect money and not to assist a customer. Their pricing is a little up there but it is a specialty store and only one of the sort in this part of town. I feel bad leaving a poor review and it doesnt exactly reflect the people that work here but more less than management. I shop here usually two or three times a year
