I love Jcpenney. Their prices are reasonable and theyll often have various ranges (womens jeans from $20 - $50). I dont often find casual stuff i like here, but its definitely my go to for work (office) clothes, undergarments, and my husbands go to as well for everything.

I went into the local store exclusively to buy Samsonite luggage that they had advertised online. I told them that the Samsonite web page had an offer of $179 for two pieces. They refused to meet that sale price because the luggage that they had there on display was a different color and not the same color as Samsonite webpage. Well all I can say was they didnt make any money off of me. It was a big waste of time going into the local store when I could have just ordered the special on the Samsonite web page for the luggage. Not only that, what they did have there on display, the luggage was all beat up and used did not look new. I dont think Ill ever buy a new luggage from JCPenney.

The workers are very friendly and helpful. The suits were really picked over. Left without what we came for because the only thing we found was super expensive.

Most of the time its a good selection of clothing but when something isnt there you can go to the front desk and ask for help looking up a product. Not this time. Customer service was just bad whoever I asked and when I went upfront to ask for help in looking up what I needed, the woman had a put off attitude and eventually asked why wasnt I doing this myself on the internet.. why you ask? Because Im in the store!! Duh! Isnt that why people work IN STORE??

Bought my daughters school clothes here yesterday. Good sales.

Escalators were not operating when I went. Staff was not helpful when I tried looking for the stairs/elevator since I needed to go to the 2nd floor. There are no signs on 2nd floor showing where online pickup is located.

This JCP store was dirty, disorganized and was poorly stocked. Empty shelves, empty racks. Plus the floor was so dirty. I asked for help from as associate and wS told its over there somewhere.

Awesome! I got over $100 in discounts for getting their credit card. Very friendly salesperson.

Went in for a tie for a funeral; they had plenty to choose from at fair prices. Also went to the childrens section for my newborn and found many, including name brand items on clearance. Ended up buying clothing for my newborn, a niece and a nephew without putting a dent in our bank account.

They had a great Sale for boys clothing an i was able to find everything they needed at a very reasonable price thank you Jcpenney an this time when I left my catalytic converters where not stolen either 🤣🤣🤣

I’ve worked for Drs and currently own my own business which I believe is more than enough to say I can tell the difference between a good and horrible customer service.Jcpenny portraits made me live a horrible experience not only did this worker make me wait for being 7 mins late to my appointment, 30 minutes after waiting she tells me I have to reschedule in a rude and unprofessional manner; I spoke with manager and pretty much was going to arrange everything but I doubt anyone would want to continue a photo shoot with such a rude employee..To sum it up, I drove from far, purchased new clothing for my children and I just to have such a unpleasant experience WILL NEVER step foot in this department ever again!

Good looking out Esmeralda in Optical department. Were super happy with our purchase cant wait to come back.

Employees were polite and helpful. The check out counter was sanitized after each customer and employees wore gloves and masks and social distancing was enforced with marks on the floor 6 feet apart for check out lines.

I had a horrible experience with there online shopping. I ordered 3 pair of jeans. Was charged for 5 pair. Was told Id receive notification in 4 hrs to pick up the 3 pair. In reality I got notification 36 hrs later. Once there, I waited in a lengthy line only to find out they only had 2 pair instead of 3 and I was referred to the 1-800 number for the refund of 3 pants. I was told all would be refunded. After 2 weeks I received 2 refunds a few days later I received notification that 1 pair of pants were waiting to be picked up. On top of it all, no one seemed to be on top of things. In the past Ive used their online shopping method and theyve all gone well. But this experience makes me not want to shop their in any capacity.

My husband and I shopped in person prior to COVID-19 outbreak. Tried on many rings, picked a few favorites. During the shutdown viewed rings online weekly. I love my Pennys card, but the customer service is seriously lacking here. People point you to things, rather than walk you to them... which is crazy to me. We had one great experience with a jewelry counter attendant buying a cheap piece of jewelry. Outside of that - service is junk.

Ive grown up going to JCPenney. They are a great store and I hope they can keep the company together through this tough time
