Spoke with a young lady today (10-28-21) on the phone and agreed to just meet at the store. Once I got there at 6pm the store was CLOSED. As I read the sign at the front door it clearly said it was opened until 7pm. Very unprofessional people you need better employees during closing. Instead of people just closing to leave early. RESPECT BUSINESS HOURS!!

We were welcomed in by a nice young girl who helped us find what we were looking for. After months of dress shopping we found my daughter’s quince dress right away. They had a beautiful selection of quince dresses as well as crowns and bouquets. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody.

This place is all bad. Their customer service was so bad. I took my niece to go pick up her dress for a sweet 16 she was in and they gave her a medium instead of an extra small. They said their receipt said medium but mine said extra small. Then when we went to take it back to get the right size (like they asked us to) they had accidentally given it away 😒. Then they offered to alter the dress for free which was nice however, it was still too big and they didn’t have it finished until a couple days before the event. We final got the dress after a few attempts of driving to the store (they were closed even though we were there within their operating hours and we had an apt). Then we get to the day of the event and turns out the dress was the wrong color and it didn’t match the other girls dresses, and to top it off it was the same color as the dress of the main girl! It was embarrassing and we paid a lot for that dress. Stay away from this place.

My daughter and I went to look for a XV dress and we found it immediately! Azucena was the gal that helped us and she was so friendly and professional! My daughters dress had to be ordered and came in in less than 3 weeks!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I bought a package for my brothers first communion, which included the shoes, outfit, and candle. I paid for it in full and also paid to get alterations done, the lady there told me the alterations would be done by Monday. Two days later, I received a call from a very rude and aggressive woman saying that the shoes would not get here in time. When I asked her if I can get a refund for the shoes, she almost seemed shocked at my request. The next day I received a call from the boutique to pick up the outfit now that the alterations were done. When I arrived to the shop the tux was no where to be found! There was also another client in the boutique whose outfit couldnt be found either!!!!! The communion is in two days and I have yet to receive the outfit. If I could rate them zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed in how they have handled the entire situation and their lack of professionalism
