The store is unorganized very little space to get around. Other than that i has many great things for a very good price. Short handed on workers gets busy but they are friendly and helpful not very fast though.

They are never stocked!! Never. They never have bags and dont have change. Card only 99% of the time. So dont go shopping here youll have to carry your items by hand to your car.

Could be better, place is not kept up with but the people are nice

This store is really messy. Items on floor. Clothes on floor. Floors dirty. There are never any shopping carts. Workers are rude to customers. Theyre lazy as heck. Lookinije they dont want to be there. They dont even pretend to look like theyre working 🤣 Wheres the hi welcome to family dollar or as youre in the isle looking wheres the can I help you find something. I like family dollar but this one is wack.

I work here and the things we have to deal with is not worth the salary we get. They didnt even pay me in full last check. Ive been here almost two years and still havent moved me up

I love this place. When I go shopping to clear my head this is where I like to go. Cheap prices and great options. Kids love this place too. It would be nice if the staff would pay attention to their customers a little more than talking amongst eachother but other than that I recommend family dollar.

They were super friendly and had great customer service. They were very welcoming. I was looking for certain items and the walked to to those items. I will definitely be coming back.

Don’t know why this store shows on google maps that it closes at 9 pm then at the store on their operating hours says at 10 pm but then yet it’s 8:19pm and it’s closed.

This store caters to low income families needing clothing, party, and household supplies! It doesnt attract customers in need of upgrading their current supplies! But, it does have most everything for anyone at a reasonable price!

Worst store Ive visited. Staff unfriendly; clutter every were, no bags to carry your stuff home, no carts or baskets to pick stuff.just go block down to dollar general. Its like they dont want your money.

This was my 1st time here, I will definitely be coming back when I have more time. They had some of everything..

They are most respected and polit and friendly to their customers and always have a smile on their faces when intred inside the store all the time to everyone that comes inside the store all the time. Thanks so very much family dollar team workers.

All the people in there were really nice I went in there pretty much at closing they let me know they were closing but they were all helpful they were all smiling they gave me time to get what I needed it was very surprising

Extremely poor customer service came into return with reciet and so called managers refuse to return my item no store credit no refund I paid cash with receipt not used item with tags attached I shop here 1/2 times a week it WAS my go to place to shop No longer had to call corporate on this store miles location in Bakersfield store number 8777 thanks a lot manager Jose for unprofessional assistance blames me for not contacting him first your $8 dollar return is going to cost you 1less shopper who spends a average of $100 to $200 a week every week was my favorite store! 😠😕 by family dollar

I found the store very nice, the people were very nice because my girl had to go to the bathroom and if they let me take her because in other stores they tell you that there is no bathroom for the public, there is a telling them that it is for my girl and they still dont want but here it was the opposite, as I found excellent customer service 😊
