Sadly I give one star. I was at the mall with my medical alert dog and a half shield mask that was approved by my doctor. I was approached before going in and asked to wear there mask or I would t be allowed in. I explained I was medical and was doing the best I could. A full mask doesn’t allow my dog to alert me in case of medical emergency. I asked if she was following Governor Newsomes rules for masks and she replied yes, but clearly she isn’t. This store was one of my favorites. I was looking forward to buying a new lounge fly backpack and matching wallet. I hope corporate sends out the medical guidelines to help there employees so they don’t embarrass the ppl that like to shop there in the future.

Terrible customer service. No salutations. The woman at the register does not greet or ask the customer if they needed anything. It seems that the hourly worker here is miserable and does not need your business because they get payed anyway. Par for the course in Bakersfield. She saved me $200 bucks thats all I was going to spend today on gifts for the kids so not alot. We as a family will make our purchases online from now on instead of going out of the way to shop here.

This place seems to have gone downhill in not keeping up with what is pop culturally hip. Hot topic should be ashamed

It was a fun experience. They have a lot of great stuff. However I feel its too congested and not well organized. The customer service was amazing and I do love that you can order to store. Many places are doing away with this feature.

Great Disney esq store

What an amazing store!!! Not only can you find great collectables/toys/apparel, but every $10 spent, goes to giving a person in need a meal! The staff is always friendly/knowledgeable and willing to point out great deals for you and promotions. Come check it out. Its seriously worth it!!!

I have loved this since it opened and after my first visit I promised myself I would go in there every time I went to the mall and so far I have kept that promise
