Always living up to its name, edgy, but nothing too racy. After all, our sons and daughters shop here and Im happy that its a trendy but appropriate venue

My son and I love their t-shirts and all the unique items they have in the store. He always finds nice gifts as well. The store is packed with great stuff you can’t find anywhere else. Their stuff is hip and fun, one of a kind, especially all their t-shirts, jackets. The staff is always friendly and kind as well.

My daughter loves hot topic. Im not such a fan due to the dark contend of many items in the store. The store has a smell much like diaper rash ointment. The staff is friendly and helpful. The customer service is good.

It is a good place to shop but they never have what i look for

I went there to get my daughter a birthday present. Although the line to get in was quite long it was worth it. The staff who met us at the door was very nice and helpful asking if we knew what we wanted and walking us in and helping us find what we went in for. I showed her pictures of what my daughter had bought the day before and asked her if she could help us complete the collection. She went the extra mile stayed with us looking through packages and made suggestions.

No problems here other than the lack of Dragon Ball items like shirts. Other than that friendly nice covid safe not letting more than a few people in at once.

I finally got to use my hot cash and the register malfunctions. I end up having to walk away, cause they couldnt fix the problem. Be careful using ur hot bucks they may not work. The store may not even honor its hot cash. They didnt honor mine!

Morning no wait in line

They have some good T shirts anime, band tees and lots of other items my daughter likes this store. I however dont like it because its so overcrowded with merch everywhere not much room for walking much less safe distancing during this pandemic.

Good prices during the holidays

I love this store after my friend invited me out one day. I go there when I want something cute or a little edgy. I bought a pair of nerd glasses (not prescribed) just for looks and they were $10, so I took it. I love them, just that I didnt take care of them that good and the lens are a bit scratched. I bought clothes there too, it was the BT21 merchandise and I bought two shirts, forgot the price though, but I love the shirts. The things there are affordable and nice.

I love the music. I can just stand in there browsing and just enjoy the beat. Staff greeted me three different times and asked if I needed help but didnt shame when I said I was just looking.

There was a girl there named ruby she was extra sweet, very helpful, positive, and just over all amazing. The store was pretty organized so it was really easy to find the things I wanted.

Love hot topics. Nice little store to set your style apart from the rest. From tshirt to dresses. Fun toys to backpacks. They sell pops and much more. From kids to adults. A must top if your out to find something different.

Mall store. Eclectic collection. T-shirts, clothes, music, posters, decorations. For the Goth, Rock and roll, etc crowd. Variety of prices, some good, some a bit high.

The lady that manages this location is so rude!One year later: This manager has been replaced. The new manager is very nice and friendly. Better experience these last few visits!

Totally cluttered with pop culture merch. Not enough Dragonball stuff, but I found one of the things I was looking for. They change the inventory regularly to keep up with current trends and have a good selection of just plain odd things. Over priced, of course, but who isnt. Very much worth a walk through if you collect. Also has cool clothes and a nice variety of jewelry. I go often to see whats new.

The gentleman who helped me had a very upbeat and positive attitude. The store was fun and look forward to more shopping there

Didnt have what I wanted. When I did try to purchase something, the one cashier was helping a customer try to figure out a sale issue while three other employees just walked by. Poor service.

Perfect place to find Merchandise from your favorite band, anime, series, or film franchise. The only thing that I resented in my most recent visit is that they don’t have much Supernatural Merch anymore.

God I love Hot Topic the workers are so fun to be around, they are very helpful, the clothes are cool, if your looking for band merch this is the perfect place to go, and they got some pretty dope rainbow things
