This is my second Mercedes and while its beautiful and drives so smooth, gets so many compliments 😍 i am very very unhappy and frustrated with it right now. Right over 7000miles, and last week driving on the freeway it lost all power, i could push on the gas yet it kept slowing down, i couldnt get over fast enough and almosr got hit! When i take it in, because i didnt have an appointment (nope i didnt schedule my car to almost kill me) they couldnt give me a loaner! Then come to find out just like the computer on your phone needs a update, well the computer in the car needed one but didnt let me know!!!! Not even 10,000 miles,not even the first service. And this is a KNOWN issue!!!

Everything about our experience here was extraordinary. We came back about four or five times to test drive different vehicles including taking one home overnight, and we were still indecisive and they never rushed or pressured us. We finally decided on a Subaru Ascent and they were able to give us 0% financing. The negotiation was easy and the paperwork was fairly quick. This was probably the first time in purchasing a vehicle where the finance department did not pressure us or use tactics to get us to add things we didn’t want. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle here and would recommend them to all of my friends.

Jim the technician that oriented us on how to operate all the bells and whistles was very thorough, knowledgeable and polite. The over all experience has been delightful. If you have decided to spent first class money for a car you should get first class service. Predo, PJ and others behind thr scene JOB WELL DONE!!, or it isnt πŸ˜…πŸ˜‡.One more extra could be, give the sign Congratulation Evelyn ( name) to the customer. Just food for thought.

So my husband wanted to get a used car and he went there thinking that he might find one and he did. First snag: credit, second snag: proof of income, third snag : money down, our sales rep was very tenacious and eager and worked on the deal for three days and got him approved and comfortable payment. Thanks to Juan my husband drove off the lot with a 2018 toyota corolla for $14,999.00 with 14,000 miles only for $1,500.00 down, payments at $327.00 with gap and we dont have excellent credit but Juan and SAG made it happen. Thanks a million and highly recommend.

This company is not interested in treating their customers fairly that are due a credit for parts returned. Ive called for the past 5 months and no one will make any effort to acknowledge that I have the parts credit. As long as you pay your bills on time to them thats great, but dont expect to be sent any credit due back to you. This is poor business practice that only gets you poor word of mouth for new business.

Even though I did not purchase my car in Bakersfield, I always get treated well by all the staff at SAG. John Hoffman, in Service, helps me most times and it’s always a pleasure. Poor customer service, I will travel to Fresno or la then gove them any of my money. I got a loaner car that had tire pressure light on and I told them right away, they told me to get air and it’s good for now. As I was going to get air all the tire was flat by then and they charged me for all four tires saying I did β€œdoughnuts” I’m 54 years old ..... no respect to these money hungry people

Not too great on service(, Mercedes Benz) brought my mothers car first thing this morning, and its 1:30 in the afternoon.. were still waiting for them to change 4 tires,the service advisor told us they were working on it.when clearly we saw the service crew went to lunch! This Service Department takes out the joy of Mercedes Ownwership.They discriminate and try to fool you in any way possible.They manipulate in order not to have the warranties to be utilized.Their diagnosis fees and procedures are inconsistent.They robbed me off $235 for a brand new tire that got damaged in less than 2 months. They did not use the warranty and charged me for a new tire.Also $630 for thermostat part that they waited to diagnose after the warranty expired while I asked them to take care of it when the warranty was effective.They will ask for $140 diagnosis fee if you are a lady like me with foreign accent, but wont charge that for the same repair when a guy (my husband) takes the car in.I filed complaints about them to Mercedes USA Main Customer Service which intervened to a degree and then to Better Business Bureau. If my issue will not be resolved, Im going to go to an attorney for a case next.

I live in Los Angeles County but why did I buy from all the way in Bakers Field. because I got the best deal and out standing an excellent service . I checked on line the detail about car, about the features and options what is important useful for me then I checked price from 5 different dealers in Los Angeles and Orange County area, I noticed, Sangera has the best GREAT price. Then I thought it is worth driving all the way, almost 125 miles from my residence.Their, General Manager Suki Sangera has very friendly and very cordial relationship with every one I have lots and lots of Doctor friends, they all have recommended me to deal with Sangera only,. What ever you have question or concern, he has lots of patience, no matter how busy is his schedule, he will find the time to make you feel comfortable and answer all your questions. As an American and a Veteran I am asking for you to support not to go to that business worst dealer ship in kern county.Very poor customer service when it comes to their sales team. When it came down to it they were nothing but some BUY-HERE-PAY-HERE attitude dealership. I was very disappointed in the way they handled themselves, and its a shame for such a high end product that they are trying to sell. I felt like I was dealing with a used car lot . A little respect goes along way. the sales old person they dont want to be at work they look at you weird. after 46 mints of looking around on their lot no one will come welcome you as a costumer. Till we walked inside, I now have absolute NO CONFIDENCE or TRUST in this dealership. Worst place to do service. They try to intimidate you and scare you with prices even knowing you already pay for extended warranty. If they found the problem they call subaru and they said subaru says they will pay half of the price but you have to pay the rest.

If I have to describe this company not gonna be good so i will just say horrible customer service. I was gonna purchase a vehicle with this company for the second time on Sunday 26th 2017., I called several time acquiring about a vehicle making sure it was there we finally show up to buy and keys are not available and vehicle is not ready for sale stated by JJ the salesman, he stated vehicle wont be ready for a couple of days he told me soon as keys are available and when vehicle is ready and back from inspection vehicle will be for sale and ready for the lot. JJ the salesman calls me back Sunday the 26th @ 5:42pm.,and states car has been sold. he lied about Monday & Tuesday being ready just to sell to someone else.
