I had to take in my car to get its oil change and tire rotation, so I took it in with Ariel. The service was done in two hours which was quicker than I expected! Ariel let me know what things needed attention thanks to the point inspection, and I loved that he did not pressure me on the spot, but I will be taking it back for further repairs.

Aside from the pricey $650 labor charge, (which is the reason for the 4 stars)the experience was good. I take my vehicles to the dealer because I know it will be done right.

I had an appointment for my service at 8am. It was 10 am and I could see through the window someone was barely getting to my vehicle. I notice other people were explain what had been done to their vehicles- I got a thank you for coming. I was told your vehicle would be brought out to you at the front, and my vehicle had been parked to the side for a while already until I ask for it again.

Took my car in for something i thought was a minor fix was quoted a lot more than i expected. I felt as if they were trying to use that to get me into a new car and i say this because the sales person literally called me within minutes after the service department had given me my quote. I had already told the sales person multiple times in the shop that i did not want to trade in or purchase another vehicle. Anyways the reason for my review isn’t the pushy sales man my vehicle was Leaking power steering so i decided to scheduled an appointment at Nissan after being told the power steering shouldn’t be too costly. I’ve been keeping an eye on it and topping it off when needed. Since the quote was out of my price range i declined the service the upsetting part is that because i did not get the service done they did not care to tell me that the power steering was soooooo low the steering wheel could have locked up on me!!!!. I don’t even understand why the fluid was so low i had topped it off in the morning and it was not leaking that severe. That was not safe for me to leave the lot in regardless if it had “leaked out” and not been drained you’d think the least they could have done was topped off the power steering especially after charging me $145 to tell me what i already knew.

I had a great experience. Didn’t take long to walk out with a new car the service was great and fast.

Had my truck brought in for an oil change and transmission fluid change. When I checked under the hood, I noticed a cap from the transmission oil container was squished on near the passenger side headlight. I also noticed that the hood was no longer closing properly. Hood was also dented from the inside due to forced closure while the cap was in it. I also noticed a substantial amount of oil spill by the oil fill area. It wouldnt hurt double checking the work area to see if anything can obstruct and cause major damage.

My recent experience was great they took my car fixed it and did what I asked and was friendly. I want to thank especially Jesus Talamantes for always helping me and I will continue to go to him for my services at Nissan of Bakersfield

My work uses their service center and it is horrible. They are never on time. Never receive a prompt response and you need the VIN number for them to find anything out. It has our name plastered on the side of the van, really!? Wouldnt recommend, especially if you want someone who values your time.

This is the first time I had to call Nissan for information. On my Nissan Titan pickup.My first call I pushed one for service department but the machine was full.On my second call I went through the operator. I’m now at ten minutes with the phone just ringing. Not even the operator came to say no one was available to answer.I still have my questions but I don’t know where to go now.I hope this is not the type of service I will receive.I’m going to hang up now

I had an appointment on April 30th and when I arrived to my scheduled appointment they didn’t even take my car back to check it. So basically I drove all the way over to get another appointment scheduled for May 10th. I arrived to that appointment and was told the job would take 2 hours. 3 hours later I’m still waiting for my car to be done smh. I will NEVER come back!!
