I have not purchased a wedding dress yet from Enchanted Bridal however I have done business with them for the last three years or so. This being a business review page I think it’s only right that I leave my experience working with Enchanted Bridal Boutique. I can honestly say that I hope to be working with them for years to come. They have treated my staff as well as myself with integrity & honesty. I have made mistakes that could have cost my company a lot of money but because of their honesty we never lost a dime. Every one of our transactions the owners of Enchanted Bridal have done exactly what they said they would do. I felt it was only right that I do because I notice that one mistake in the wedding business can get you five bad reviews because the entire wedding party can leave a bad review when there should only be 1 review. That’s just my opinion. Either way I am sure you will be treated great from Enchanted Bridal.
I had been to 14 different stores looking for dresses, but none of the dresses made me say “WOW”. When I entered this store and was browsing through the dresses, I found one that I fell in love with. My consultant took the time to help me try on that dress and a few other ones that I liked. I was very happy with the dress and their customer service. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I was in love with the dress but since I was hesitant due to the price, they gave me the option that they could get my size right there and then give me time to think about it and call them whenever I want to order. I was really happy with that option. Other stores did not give me that option and since I lived in Newport Beach back then, it made it very convenient for me to call to place the order. I also bought my veil from there. I loved my dress and also loved my experience with Enchanted Staff. I will definitely tell everyone I know about how great you guys were. Thank you so much. I dreaded shopping for a dress and put it off until 6 weeks before my wedding. I am now so happy with my dress, and the owners really helped it to be a positive experience for me. Getting alterations done was a breeze and Im thrilled. I cant believe how easy they made this process!
I visited the bridal boutique in november and was greeted kindly. Once inside i was asked a couple of questions about what i was looking for, the same questions i was asked over the phone. I was surprised by the woman because she asked my budget (the one i already discussed over the phone) and she said they don’t have anything i would like in my price range. ($800-$1000). I thought how strange when the woman on the phone seemed to think they could. I proceeded to say i suppose i’ll have to leave and find a dress somewhere else, although the woman on the phone told me they had an off the rack deal that might fit my ideas. She then said “ oh right well we can go look at those.” so we got a few dresses i liked and started to try them on, they weren’t what i was looking for but they were pretty. I figured i could have them altered if i needed to. I wanted a smaller train, and they kept having me try on long ones. But again i didn’t complain because it was off the rack and i understood for my price range i had to be open. They then decided i should try other dresses on that i didn’t care for because they “complimented my body shape.” Finally i had to say something, the dresses were nothing like i asked for and i started to think they didn’t have it and i was comfortable going elsewhere. Then a younger woman that was helping someone else and finished, came over and said she knew exactly what i was looking for and brought it over. FINALLY someone was listening! It was the exact design of the dress i was wanting, just ivory instead of white. I put a deposit for the dress just in case i couldn’t find anything closer to it and i liked it very much. I went to david’s bridal the next week and in minutes they helped me find my perfect dress! I tried it on with a few others and the women were kind and patient. I was in and out in an hour with my PERFECT dress paid for, at $300 less than this place. Save yourself the time and frustration. A month later i’m still waiting on the return of my deposit.
This place is a gem. The family that runs this bridal boutique is incredibly kind and know how to make you feel special from the moment that you walk in. After several attempts of trying on dresses and just not having that a ha. This is the one moment, the ladies presented us with a dress that was exactly what I had dreamed of. They listen and help you find everything you are looking for in a wedding gown. I absolutely reccomend anyone searching for their bridal gown or even bridesmaid gown to go here. You will not regret it.
They have such amazing dresses at every price range! Katherine is such a gem. She absolutely made my experience. She helped me find my perfect dress, and was so kind and reassuring when I went back a couple weeks later asking to try it on again because I was having doubts. I think if I would have only dealt with Katherine it would have been a perfect experience! My dress is amazing and I cannot wait to wear it!
I visited enchanted bridal Boutique today and I HAD to post this review the same day, because I was extremely satisfied ! Customer service was outstanding each and every individual here was over the top and very helpful! I had a wonderful experience from the phone call I made to book my appt, to leaving home very pleased and content and with my dress! I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful they are. They made the entire experience a pleasure, and went out of their way to make my daughter’s shopping experience a positive one. After visiting two other well known shops in town, Enchanted was a blessing. Highly recommend them to all brides to be!
I was over the moon excited to go and try on wedding dresses for the first time! When we arrived, we were asked to sit down and not to touch anything, I get it, Corona...but when my mom wasnt allowed to go back and help me pick out dresses, I was a little annoyed. However, as soon as i disclosed my budget, the entire tone turned sour. Our dresses start at 1500.00 was the response. Then it was, well for your size, we dont have very many...ouch. Im a 16, thats not unusual! I picked a few to try on, but when I wasnt allowed to have my mom help me try them on, the lady got really annoyed with me for not following the governers rules so we left. Beautiful dresses in stock, but unless youre model size with an endless pocketbook, i would go elsewhere. Disappointing.....
After a long day of having no luck at other dress stores in town I walked in to Enchanted and they blew me away with great service. I was able to try on some dresses that were within my budget. All the staff here were so kind and not pushy about making a sale. I would highly recommend this store for any woman looking for a special dress.
Brides BEWARE! Read the reviews. A girl I know ordered her dress here over a year ago, and NO SIGN OF THE DRESS YET. Wedding is now in 5 weeks! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Also ordered bridesmaids dresses and those arent in either! Take your money elsewhere or be sure to have a backup plan.

She is now 5 WEEKS away from her wedding and she STILL doesnt have a WEDDING DRESS because this store has been giving her the run around FOR A YEAR. There is no excuse for this. The owner should be ashamed of themselves.Please be advised that her review of your establishment has been shared on bridal and wedding planning outlet all around the world and has gained a whole lot of feedback from brides, grooms, vendors, authors, and the like. These reviews continue to grow in outreac . The excuses of blaming the designer and not taking full responsibility for this issue is not only unprofessional, but extremely concerning as a business based around wedding . You should know better.This is awful. Wheres the customer service? Wheres the willingness to help? Where is the compassion? You have reviews on this platform from brides who initially felt wonderful after purchasing their dres . How many of those brides felt unimportant as soon as you took their money and left them hanging?DO BETTER.
I had such a wonderful experience at Enchanted Bridal a month ago, I already have referred them to a friend as a place to get their wedding dress. I first went to Enchanted Bridal as a walk-in, and the owners were so nice, and helpful, and sweet. They spent over an hour with me, picking out every option we could find that I may like. Soon after, I had sent them an email about scheduling a time to come in as an appointment, to which they responded with in 24 hrs and I was able to make an appointment. At the appointment, the owners and staff were amazing to my Mother and I. We spent over 2 hours trying on dresses, figuring out how we can alter different ones to get the look I wanted; and once I finally said Yes to the Dress, they celebrated with us with a wine and cupcake toast. So wonderful and fun. I give them an A++ for customer service. They went above and beyond, were so kind, and helpful and patient.
The ladies over at enchanted are amazing. I went in probably 5 times to try on dress after dress.. they were always patient and helpful and helped me find the perfect dress!! I can not thank Sam enough for her time, advice, and the enjoyable experience she made it!! Definitely would recommend them!
Enchanted Bridal Boutique did an incredible job! I was very impressed with the fact that I was treated like a queen, the selection picked out for me was identical to the pictures I showed the consultants, and my bridal consultant was the sweetest person ever. Honestly, my bridal experience at this store was everything I had hoped for. Thank you so much for the dress and a dream come true! I cannot wait to come back for my bridesmaid dresses!
What a wonderful and warm team. the two girls at Enchanted are funny and fun to work with and really know their stuff. they have a great selection of dresses and even some exclusive designers. no need to drive all the way to LA to get the dress thats right here in Bakersfield
This place is amazing! We got amazing service and our bride got exactly the dress she was looking for! I 100% recommend coming here first.
We ordered and paid for my sister in laws dress in February of 2019. we were told her dress would come in late August/early September of that same year. Come September, nothing. My mother in law had to call them several times before someone could give her an answer on where the dress was. Of course, it was an excuse after excuse, after excuse. We didn’t get my sister in laws dress until October 5th, 4 weeks before her wedding! and she still needed alterations, which are going to cost her almost $1000 because now it’s considered a rush job because of the timing. To top it off, the accessories she ordered with the dress weren’t the same ones she tried on in February, and again more excuses from the employees. I wish we would have read the reviews before, we would have taken her to a more established and professional bridal shop. Brides beware!

Read multiple reviews where brides have not received their wedding dresses and bridesmaids have not received their dresses either. Both were ordered a year ago and were supposed to be delivered 4 months ago. Her wedding is now 5 weeks away and she does not have a dress.
Wasn’t sure if I should review or not but wanted other brides to know what I experienced. I ordered my dress in August of 2018 for my wedding in October of 2019. The initial experience was very nice, I believe the girl helping me was Katherine and she was soo helpful and sweet. I picked my dress, paid for it that day and was told it would be ready by the first of May! That was a 9 month window, which was fine because my wedding wasn’t until October. Around the first week of April we called just to confirm that it would be ready and they “couldn’t find my order”.......we paid full price, had the receipt and they couldn’t find it...... so it took us calling 2 more times for them to “find it”. They never reached out to us. Before they “found it” they said my dress wouldn’t be ready until August 2019, which I said no I was told may I expect it to be here on time. They said they looked again. At this point Ive been charged for the dress and promised it would be here but every time I call there is another excuse. I decided to tell them we were considering moving up our wedding date to the end of May and would need my dress when promised, I did this because every time I called something didn’t seem right. So I called back AGAIN, and they “found it” and it was in a 2 week final check and it would be guaranteed to be there in 2 weeks. 4 and a half weeks later it came. It felt like a ton of excuses were made, and my mom and I were worried there was a chance I wasn’t getting my dress. Although the initial experience was good I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them due to the confusion, excuses, and lack of concern regarding the process.
Wish I could give a 0 star rating. I went in with my fiancee to help her find a dress. She wanted me to come along to help her find her perfect dress, and we were hoping to find something here. The moment I walked through the door, the woman at the front told me to leave because I would make the other women uncomfortable. Are you for real? Im here to help my future wife, not to glare at other women. I left in disbelief, and my fiancee followed me just as angry. The person there also seemed to scoff when she was told our budget, as if we arent worth her time. The place is a dump and the employee apparently thinks all men are trying to look up dresses or something. Its ludicrous to think that. Do yourself a favor and never buy your dress here, especially if you want a man (ie. your future husband, your father, your brother, or any man) to go with you to help you out, because Enchanted will chase them out then smile like its business as usual. Screw these people.

I purchased my wedding dress and veil on August 15th, 2018 for my event date of May 4th, 2019 and I have never received my wedding dress nor a refund as promised. The owners of the local bridal shop are Angela Nicole Jourdan and Patricia Holcomb. I first enjoyed meeting Patricia and her daughter Samantha in August of 2018 and loved ordering my Martin Thornburg wedding dress in the full amount of $1,909.32. Following New Years Eve, I did outreach to Enchanted Bridal Boutique for two reasons because I was advised my dress would be arriving around January or February of 2019, and my wedding had been canceled at the time for personal reasons. I was able to speak with Angela and she shared she would outreach to the designer to check on my dress and would provide me information to see if I could receive a refund. Following a few days, I outreached to the bridal shop and reached Angela and she shared my dress was being shipped and I should hear from them within two weeks. When I would call the bridal shop throughout the winter they continued to share with me the dress was being shipped, but I became concerned because I heard a big sigh in their receptionists tone of voice when I shared my name and by now we were in April. I was motivated to go in or I would not receive any updates as Angela nor Patricia were ever calling me back. I went in on April 13th and Angela and Patricia seemed worried that their customers would hear my questions, but I never created conflict. I only received my plain veil and signed for it. They shared they had issues with the Mon Cheri Bridals Designer all year and would be contacting me within a few days. I never received a call. I went in to the bridal shop with my mother on May 4th, as my receipt shares I purchased my dress and veil for May 4th, 2019. Therefore, they had over 8 months to provide me my dress and they had NOTHING to provide me. I was upset because they have taken advantage of my own payment and purchase, they have caused me pain, disappointment, stress, gas cost, time, and trust loss. Patricia and Angela began sharing it was the designers fault for the delay of my wedding dress and also caused me pain and disappointment by sharing they placed other customers orders in front of mine without any discussion or consult. Patricia let us know in person on May 4th that she gave us her word and to give her two weeks and that I would receive a full refund and again no contact. I went in to the bridal shop on Wednesday, June 5th with my mother and we noticed they had no customers so this time the experience was different. Angela and Patricia raised their voices, and they refused to provide me a refund from their company and they asked us to give them 7-10 business days.Following one week of no contact, my mother spoke to a Nicole from their Accounting Department today insisting to mail a check uncertified because she shared thats what they usually do for their customers according to their policy and my mother said no, wed rather go pick it up in person because we dont want to take any chances of our refund check getting lost and we have waited a long time and Nicole shared that she was in Los Angeles so there was no where for us to go. So as you can tell we are now in mid-June and it has been a total of 9 months and 29 days or 43 weeks and I did not receive my wedding dress and I have not received my refund as promised in May.

It is always that one no matter what you do you cant please them.As i proceeded to do Marias (The bride) fitting i suggested her to take in the bust and sides. I gave her the price and she became overwhelmed and said to me I can only afford to pay for the bust. We agreed, she gave me half down which was $40.00 . I had wrote on the invoice to take in sides and bust Due to be being busy that day, i forgot to cross out the sides on her invoice, as she said she was not going to pay for it. We both were aware that the alterations to be completed was only the bust, as she declined to have the sides completed.June is a very busy month as I see between 35 to 40 BRIDES in June alone. Must I say out of all of the Brides every last one of them were extremely happy with the results of their alterations on their dress. It is always that one that no matter what you do, you just cant please them. And it always people like Maria go on line and post bogus information about a business, when it was her that was totally at fault.I dont know what I could have done to make Maria Happy, as making Brides happy is my goal in my business. We both agreed to a pick up date, apparently that was not good for her, so the only solution was to return her dress in good condition and her full deposit of $40.00.I called Maria 4 weeks prior to her wedding to pick up her dress. We agreed for her to pick up on June 21st at 2:30 pm.It is not uncommon for Brides to pick up their dress 3 to 4 weeks prior to their wedding. I have seen them pick up their dress a week or even a day prior to the wedding.A few hours later Marias Mom called and explained Maria was having some difficulty with her finance of 7 years and was on edge about the wedding. I told her Mother I totally understood .Maria arrived at my place of business several days prior to our agreed pick up date without notice.About 3:30 pm I heard someone at my door.I opened the door to find Maria and 2 of her friends from work.They Were Very Aggressive And I Was Concerned For My Safety!One female was very unprofessional and begin to try to force her way inside . I requested her to stay outside and told Maria the Bride to come in. Maria seemed to be very embarrassed of the outcome of the visit. She came in with her head down, I gave her the dress and returned her full deposit of $40.00.I am sure Maria realized she totally overreacted along with the other girls, and she was now worried who would fix her dress and what would be the cost, as I give Enchanted Brides a discount.We love our Brides! If you are in need of a good Tailor, and really good Tailor that will go above and beyond to provide excellent service, please give us a call..............
I have nothing but positive feedback for Enchanted Bridal Boutique. These ladies are truly amazing and will take good care of you during this special time! They have become more of a family during the whole dressing searching process.My Experience: After a rough morning at another bridal shop, my mom & I showed up to our afternoon appointment on a Saturday. I’m not going to lie; my head was hung a little bit lower & I wasn’t really thrilled to try to squeeze into any more dresses that day but since we had an appointment- we showed up. However, I called ahead because I heard they had a Justin Alexander dress I was eyeing…We were immediately greeted & asked to fill out some paperwork & then chatted a little about what I was searching for and price range—My mom & I got to browse hundreds of dressing picking things I liked but also the consultant selected a handful of dresses based on our discussion. My entire appointment was 1:1 the whole time which was awesome & super personable & focused. I never felt once rushed or I was being indecisive. It was truly, all about finding the perfect dress that day.My consultant, Liz, picked out some AMAZING dresses that worked well with my body & things I never would have thought about. Thank goodness for that! She even pulled that special Justin Alexander dress I came to see. The store wasnt too busy either and when a handful of other brides came in & it was still a 1:1 appointment- never did she have to leave to help someone else. The manager & owners were also on the floor assisting all the brides & offering other recommendations to the consultants. At one time during my appointment, Lizete, Sam, Patricia, and Angela, & were all graciously assisting, making sure the dress was laying nicely, and matched a belt & veil to my style. I fell in love with the dress! I wasn’t ready to commit that Saturday because I had one more appointment set up in Santa Barbara the following day. But I had a feeling I would be back. In addition, they never have once made me feel pressured to buy or there was a time period that I had to make a decision to get a great deal.A few weeks later, I saw Lizete at the local Bridal Show & she remembered me (that’s always a nice feeling). She asked me how my dress shopping was going & if I wanted to come back to try back on the dress. Again, no pressure—I came in the next day by myself to retry on the dress and 100% knew that the original dress I came looking for at Enchanted Bridal Boutique was ‘the dress’. It was a great experience yet again with 1:1 help & the best situation possible I could have had without any of my friends or family with me when making that ‘big decision’. They gave me their honest opinion & helped me once again with a veil, belt, & accessories.In a nut shell- amazing customer service, welcoming atmosphere, & their range of dresses in style and price are incredible. Since purchasing the dress I have called a few times to ask on updates about shipping dates, walked in to try on hair pieces, and just stopped by because I was in the area. They are super professional too & will kindly give you a courtesy call if a payment is approaching—which when planning a wedding can be super helpful. Overall, Enchanted Bridal Boutique has a great group of women who know what they doing and you can tell they love doing what they do. They will certainly help you find that perfect dress that makes you feel confident & great.
Although it wasnt enchanteds company that did the actual catastrophe, they definitely were a part of it. They highly recommended the bride (my best friend) to get her dress, that she bought from them, altered by Debbie from Barefielda tailoring and bridal.. she got fitted IN enchanteds boutique and Debbie walked out of their boutique with the dress (which to me, if anything happened inside of their store, especially if they recommended her and called her there, they should be liable too). Long story short, 2.5 months later (2 weeks before the wedding) the bride is begging for her back and Debbie is refusing to give it back. It wasnt worked on AND she was asking for another $150 to do the sides which was already included in the original price? Bride finally got her dress back after having to call the BPD, and enchanted kept saying during this entire thing we dont get involved with the tailoring.If you dont get involved, please dont recommend someone whos already had bad reviews AND have them do the fitting in your boutique.

They never gave an apology, never had a real answer, nor did they even offer to return my money. I had to demand a refund after they refused. I GAVE THEM 8 MONTHS to get me my item! And I was running out of time. After reading all their reviews and comments on facebook. I found out they have done this to other brides too.!!!AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE
