What else you can ask for home needs. Bedding and house hold needs excellent quality. But more variety may help. Store is well managed and tidy unlike Ross which is mess which you have to dig to find stuff.

I’m an ex 12 year employee to this company. One year to this particular store. It’s sad to see, the standards have dropped so low. There are things I see that would have never have flied. I see the decline . Other then the store being empty. The employees were all nice and we were greeted several times.

As Bed Bath and Beyonds go, this is a nice one and lives up to the name. You can pretty much find anything you need for your bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and beyond here. They regularly send out 20% off coupons to use in store or online and you can order online and pickup in store if you like. Only problem I have had here is the it can be a pain to get in and out of this parking lot. There is an in n out in the center and the drive through traffic often clogs up the parking lot.

Friendly people nice atmosphere

John was fabulous 👌 Ive been looking for bed risers everywhere, even Amazon, but the posts on my bed are a rounded square shape and most bed risers fit round or square. Anyway, John was great, he didnt look the other way or try to avoid me like a lot of retail associates do in stores, or act like youre interrupting something more important that theyre doing. I showed him the measurements I drew and he opened the package for me to make sure it would fit. You cant beat that kind of customer service! Thanks again, John!

My wife loves this store. We always get coupons in the mail. Its clean, smells nice. The staff is helpful and nice. They recently changed an area of the store to products like you would find in a pharmacy. And the prices are usually competitive. Theres so many products, its takes a little browsing to see them all. I recommend it.

We were searching for a hand blender, but they have them DNI which according to salesman said meant Discontinued Not Instock. So needed to go someplace else.

Clean and fully stocked. This is a nice store. Has all household needs. They have a nice beauty supply section. I also love their variety of Keurig cups and they are reasonably priced.

Bought a mister for using to put olive oil on my meat so it will brown. Looks so much better. Staff was very helpful.

This place is very good. You will find whatever you want that is kitchen or home related. It is a little bit pricey. But I always find exactly what I want and these things are very good quality and they last a long time.

Everything I needed for a last minute Wedding gift and a B-Day present. Only complaint I have is that the store doesnt carry gift bags or for presents. They have a place for people to have presents (self)wrapped but, its only for the people who are registered for their Weddings. Hmmmm

I really like this store. Has a bit of everything for yor home: dishes, silverware, kitchen tools, coffe makers, towels, rugs, bed sheets; you name it. Its hard to go there and leave empty handed; I dare you to. The kitchen gadget section is huge.

Everyone was so nice. There is one teenie cute young lady working there who saw my mo-in-law struggling with items she was holding as I was pushing her in her wheelchair and helped take the items back to the front desk so we could enjoyed our shopping.Thanks for your awesome coupons.

Great place to shop for alot of your home needs .They have bedding, kitchen, sports team items, travel essentials, hair and body care, holiday decor, curtains, you name it . Its hard to walk out with no item or just one item haha.

Our mission was finding 100 champagne glasses . After getting help they found us 4 boxes 12 per box . But wouldnt sell the displays that were out of a box and individually priced the guy made my husband remove them from the basket lol after putting them up another guy told us to take them so we did with no hiccups at the register they rang them up not sure what the confession was but glad my husband was able to grab the 9 extra we needed them .. this store is always fun to shop and find new treasures its so clean and organized .

While I think the products provided are exceptional, Bed, Bath and Beyond’s (BBB) new polices are just not up to par with others in the industry. I recently purchased a bath set that was sent by mistake to an old address. I quickly realized my mistake, but the product had already been delivered. During the first call I made, the BBB representative assured me that I would be provided with replacements. She spoke with her manager and then told me BBB’s policies had changed and the only way I would be provided with replacements is if I/they were able to get the original items from the incorrect address, spoiler: they weren’t. The entire process was a hassle and required me calling for updates. They were not responsive and did not reach out to me. It was always me doing the leg work. While I understand the policy from a business standpoint, it does nothing for customer satisfaction. There are other companies with much more customer friendly policies that will have my business moving forward.

The one thing that makes it difficult to shop in this store is the obessive use of scented oils put in the ventilation system. If you have allergies, asthma or any other respiratory issues this unfortunately I not the store for you.

They recently expanded to carry a huge selection of pharmacy-type items (toothbrushes, lotion, body wash) as well as the usual home goods (bed sheets, towels, countertop appliances). They always have neat, trendy things that surprise me like popcorn machines and various small kitchen appliances.
