Our experience was great, my wife and I went in to get our 2018 renegade serviced but recently our family went from a family of 3 over to a family of 4. We decided to look into trading in our vehicle for a bigger one. Our sales guy Alfred was amazing he did not push us to make any decisions but instead listened to what we were wanting, I highly recommend him. His manager Alfonzo was amazing as well, he really went above and beyond to get us close to the payments we are looking for and we did not feel we were being screwed over. Ronnie in financing spend some time to find us a great rate and added a great protection plan that covers the vehicle during the duration of our lease.With our experience we felt like family and will definitely purchase another vehicle from them again in the future.

This service department provides horrible service. They are expensive, unprofessional, and take hours to do a simple oil change. Today, I dropped off my vehicle at 10:15am, consider I had an appointment, and it is 3:15pm and my oil change is not even started. I planned my day around this appointment because I live 30 minutes away. I brought my 3 children (all under 6) with me to spend time together at a park while my car is being serviced. I just called them, after 5 hours, to check on my car’s update and was told it hasn’t been serviced yet and might be ready in another hour or two. Had I not called to check on the status, I’d be sitting at the park until late this evening waiting for my Jeep to be ready. The young man I spoke to said they were behind due to loosing 2 technicians. It would be nice if they at least communicated that, so I can make a change of plans. This will be the last time I get service from this place. I 100% do not recommend them.

My 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee had the A/C evaporator go out just about a 600 miles out of factory warranty I get it those parts fail all the time the actual work done to the car by the mechanic was done great dash had to be pulled there is no out of the ordinary noises. My issue is that the car was delivered to me filthy has grease marks all over dash and window management should have QC the car for more then just making sure all was fixed and should have took the time and cleaned the car I understand if it was a small repair however I spent almost 2k on this repair. Least they could have done is clean the car better.

Jaun serviced me well. And he was very nice even showing me where to sit and the vending machines as well as the complimentary coffee! He was very understanding as I changed my mind to leave instead of staying. As soon as my car was done he called and I had a family member get it. Easy process very professional! 100% recommend this place.

Over all they were great! Customer service was great, very attentive and helpful.The one thing I would have to complain about; time. My appointment was at 11 in the morning I arrived there at about 10:15 or so and unfortunately I had to wait at their location for my Jeep to be ready… I ended up getting out of there at around 1:30 in the afternoon.

They always go above and beyond with friendliness and quality vehicle care. After having some issues that were not serviceable by a local shop, I took it to the dealership. They were friendly and communicative and they made sure they found a way to service the vehicle with as little cost as possible (it ended up being free, and I got a car wash too). They haven’t ever tried to up-sell me on anything, I trust their services.

Made an apt about a month out because that’s the first that was available. When I show up for an oil change the tech said it’s a 4-5 hour wait. Even with an apt. I was not prepared for that. I walked in with the tech he started going on about everything I needed done and wanted to set me up on some payment plan for everything. I declined and stated I just want an oil change. After 10min I decided I was not going to wait and I would find another place. 3 days later I scheduled an apt down the street at GMC and had my oil changed within 45min.

All service is by appointment only, made a 10:00am appointment for an oil change only, normally I avoid a dealer for a oil change but needed to this time for a oil consumption test, ( a recall requiring them to check for oil consumption after 1,500 -1,700 miles), this model has the 2.4 tigershark motor that eats oil as I have to add oil several times in between oil changes. My 3 star review is while this dealer services are good and what I would expect, my car wasn’t finished until almost 3:30pm, almost 5 1/2 hours for a oil change with an appointment? They lost 2 stars for the amount of time it took. They did say I didn’t need an appointment once I hit the mileage required for the oil consumption test as their appointments are like 2 weeks out, I’m hoping I won’t be there for hours again since I’ll be coming in with no appointment?

I have had very poor customer service from this dealership. Vehicle not done when promised lied to about the check engine light on. They have replaced the cylinder heads coils. Still have a miss fire and light on. Not happy

My service advisor was a nice guy but it was obvious that he tried to take advantage. I brought the car in for a check engine light issue that turned out to be an ignition coil problem. But it took them 2 days to even get someone to look at it. Once it was looked at, I was told my warranty expired (as I expected) and he tried to sell me another warranty for $180. 4 years or 48,000 miles. He said it would be added to my total today. I thought it was great (obviously too good to be true) so I went in when the car was fixed and right when I’m about to hand him my card to swipe he said “so what car would you like the recurring payment to go on?” He NEVER said anything about a recurring payment. It turns out the warranty is $180 a MONTH FOR 2 years. Now that I think about it, that’s common sense. But is the fact that he didn’t say that when he was trying to sell it to me and how he tried to slip in the “recurring payment” part right when I had my credit card out. Over all nice guy, but the business side seemed shady

There was damage done to my vehicle and a gross lack of attention to detail that left me feeling shafted and unsure if there is unseen damage to my vehicle that will surface later. I understand mistakes occur. We are all human but I felt the Corp deny deny when I pointed out damage that wasn’t there when I bought the vehicle in. Some damage I mistakenly attributed to them I owned; however, because of the lack of professionalism and quality care that was evident when my repair was done, it wasn’t out of bounds for me to correlate damage they didn’t do, with the damage they actually did.I will eat the cost of the repairs because I don’t trust them to do them correctly. They offered to pay for the window wind guards but not the spill stain to the grill. The sun doesn’t leave fade marks resembling spilled liquid.Also, I NEVER send this Heep through the car wash. EVER. But what does this dealership decided to do, just that.I will not patronize this dealership again though it’s only 5 min away from where I’m staying.

Since I have brought my car I have always continued to go here to get my car serviced. That day was the longest that I have ever waited to get my car serviced I was told the wait was 5 hours. Long time to wait when u have a toddler. Car was done in 4. So I was there from 11am to 3pm. Sadly even with an appointment the wait was that long other than that it was ok

For the most part, they completed the repair and maintenance needed. I picked up the vehicle after 4hours or so. They said they did a quick wash but the vehicle was dirty. The worst was the vehicle was on reverse parked. I found out when I tried to remotely start the vehicle and it won’t start. So I called the service advisor and asked if something was wrong with the vehicle. he immediately accused me if I put it on reverse. I told him no I did not. I was outside the whole time when I called him. Worst experience ever.

Oscar was very knowledgeable on the battery issue on my Jeep. The battery failed testing and was replaced under the manufacturers warranty. It was completed in about 2 hours after dropping it off. Thank you Oscar!

This particular dealership I did not purchase my car at. With that being said, this dealership has always take care of me. Twice my car came in for minor issues and it doesnt matter which door you enter on from. You are treated well. Both experiences here have exceptional customer care and service. They will keep you up to date on the status of repairs. I do not like im being sold extra or cheated like other dealership. I highly recommend the larry h miller dealerships in our valley. They are honest and everyone that I have recommend have meet the same exceptional care and service. Thank you to all the staff. Keep up the good work.

Oscar was AMAZING! Had an oil change at Firestone and they installed the wrong oil filter and installed it upside down, causing MAJOR engine damage. Oscar was able to get a new engine and replace all parts in about 5 days! He documented everything and I was fully reimbursed for the repairs after their inspection. Will only use dealer service in the future.

My service engine light came on mobile time within the last four months. A part was not available fix my vehicle for over six months I need to do registration at the time so I was not able to drive my vehicle for six months it gets fixed. And then one month earlier my engine light comes on again and then I get a $500 service fee.

After I paid my Bill, I received a call the next day saying that I owe another $645. Mike said he entered Warranty on the Line rather than Parts and Labor. That was very upsetting. How does an established organization like this make that kind of mistake? Theyre supposed to do my shocks, but I believe Im going elsewhere.

Just not satisfied. They did not take care of the problem I paid for. Then, they wanted hundreds of dollars to check out what was wrong because they said they didn’t know. Then, if they were wrong, it was still going to cost thousands of dollars. I simply do not trust them now.

I took my Jeep Renagade for service and to have the tires rotated, I had a blowout last week so my daughter and I changed the tire and put the key for the lug nuts and the jack in the back of the jeep! So I get a call from the service department and they couldn’t find the lock I told them where I had put it but they couldn’t even find the jack that was rite inside the hatchback! I can’t believe they either wouldn’t have another lock and not even able to find the jack! So I did not get my tires rotated!

I sat there for three hours waiting for my vehicle, only to find out you didnt have an oil filter for my Jeep?I should have known something was up with this place upon my arrival, I learned, it would take 3 hours to change the oil, even with an appointment? So, my wait began and after 3 hours, they tell me they didnt have the parts to do my oil change, after 3 hours of waiting!!!! I just dont understand why you wouldnt ensure you have the parts available when i made the appointment, much less when i got there? Why three hours later??? To make matters worse, when I escalated to the Manager, he acted surprised, eventhough he knew these filters have been on backorder for weeks. In addition, he offered no remedy or any attempt to redeem some sort of Customer satisfaction or resolution. To make things worse, when I asked for a number to thier corporate office, he said he didnt know it, but said I can look it up on the internet - Really?? So no surprise, based on the inept talent you have in this leadership role, its no wonder I went through what I did!!! I will never - ever go back to this place again!

I had an 830 appt and showed up about 15-20 mins early. I waiting til about 845 till the guy I had an appt with was able to get off the phone. I had been approached by 2 people in that time and offered to go inside for coffee but I declined. The wait at this time didnt bother me at all. However at about 10:15 10:20 I asked how much longer it might be. I was told my car was still in line and it would be another hour or so. I asked with an 830 appt im not even on a lift yet being serviced to which I was told we work them as they come in. I told them to cancel my service and Id go elsewhere as I set an appt for when I got done with my 12 hour shift and wanted to get it done on my way home. The employee came back and said they just got it on the lift and had already started draining it. If I didnt purchase the 3 oil changes for 90 bucks I probably wouldnt return due to this experience. Lucky for them they got 2 chances torectify this and show it was just a bad morning.

I took the car in for an oil change was told it would take about 2 hours and after 2 hours was told that there were eight cars in front of me and I would have to go rent a car and leave mine. When arriving at the rental place I was told that Larry Miller would be taking care of the charge however when I returned the car the following day I had to pay for it. When I originally took the car in for the oil change I also asked that in my windshield wiper reservoir was fixed because the holes have been cut but that was not completed.
