I just called them to ask for price on brakes ans rotors on a nissan altima 2014 2.5 SL. The guy who answered was extremely rude and said they start at 30 dollars for rotors and 20 dollars for pads. Just come down. I asked him very politely if he can quote me price on a specific model centric brand rotors and pads and before I could finish my sentence he said and I quote Jesus Christ just come down and get it we dont give prices on phone and hung up I understand the policy, however I do not appreciate the tone and way of conducting business ans tali g to potential business customers. I am a mystery shopper and often test services of places. Whoever owns the business must be really worried about the kid of staff they have hired. Seriously alarming.Steer clear.
