Went to pick up some grounding straps for an ESD workstation. Formaspace gave me the runaround and then said they would have to ship to me. Horrible customer service. I can easily make these straps but figured I would just buy them from the manufacturer.Spoke with a higher level executive with the company and they are getting me taken care of.

Even with all of the supply chain issues the pandemic has caused, they communicated well and still managed to meet our timeline. I am looking forward to working with them again

Formaspace is a corrupt company. This image is shot while the CEO of the company is telling the company employees to get sick less and he would paid them more (because his insurance would be less). During my short period there I met more than 5 workers in the warehouse who needed extreme dental work that they couldnt afford, but the company also wouldnt help them in any bit. Meanwhile, the CEO would fly his personal owned helicopter in as a special treat for the employees. They do make good furniture, but personally I think telling extremely underpaid employees that they should get sick less, is not only illegal (but WTF is wrong with their HR). I have grown up around many wealthy CEOs and currently work for two, but I have never seen any one show off and brag about their families money in anyway (which is how I know he started his company). This company is embarrassing and I am embarrassed to work for them (even if it was freelance for 2 weeks). If you need high grade lab equipment, please go somewhere ethical where they care about employees wellbeing.

The computer rack we ordered was amazing! I wasnt exactly sure what I wanted for the office, but had a general idea. Mike helped me get exactly what I wanted and stayed in constant contact with me, answering any and all questions I had. The rack was built quickly and arrived within 2-3 weeks after ordering. It was unbelievably easy to assemble and yet it is very sturdy. I highly recommend getting the wheels put on as moving would be difficult without them. 100% would never buy from another company as long as Formaspace is around.

Formaspace is great. I worked with Brad who was very helpful and went through multiple revisions with me to customize a bench. It turned out perfect and was shipped very well. We will return to use them for many more products to come. These guys provide the highest quality products I could find.

Formaspace has good response to project requirements especially as it fits into their Basix 5.0 program of quick turn delivery. This is unique and exceptional for the long lead times currently in the laboratory marketplace.They also can deep dive into special designed projects to meet the customer needs. Project support is great and their communication really helps the process from conception to delivery and installation.Highly recommend this above normal company.

Formaspace gave me exactly what I wanted for our specialized application. They were friendly, helped with the design, they were quick and offered a very competitive price. Brad Massey, the Design Consultant that worked with me, always responded immediately, he was very friendly and helped to come up with ideas to improve the bench that I designed. I would definitely recommend Formaspace to anyone looking for specialty benches. I attempted to work with a few of their competitors when getting quotes. Many of those companies were either too overpriced or very unresponsive.

Absolute worst experience ever with a vendor and I have been in the industry 24 years. Product was not of commercial grade, hydraulics did not work properly to where the workstation units were tipping over onto my client. Even with video proof they wanted to argue that their product was the best and there could never be any issues. It took 7 months to convince them their product had issues and to resolve. Customer Service from their Sales Team all the way up the chain to the executive team the worst I have ever experienced. I believe they excel in the customer run around game and lies vs. good customer service and a quality product. I would never recommend this company.

The lab table is of custom size of an electronic pic-and-place machine in an SMT lab. It was delivered very quickly, in a fully assembled state. The color and finish is great. Very sturdy and of high quality. We are plan to order more future tables from Formaspace.

This company is the best. Their tables and work stations knock others out. I have been using them for many years and have bought close to 100 tables, and plan on buying more. They all were spectacular. We have used Formaspace twice now to outfit our Manufacturing facility with Assembly stations. They were great during the whole process of Design, production and Installation.

I was put in charge of finding some workbenches for my combustion research laboratory. After getting the run-around with a few other companies, not returning calls, 3rd and 4th attempts at getting quotes I found Formaspace. I immediately was able to get in touch with someone to talk about the parts that I wanted to order, answer any questions I had, and I received a quote shortly thereafter. Brad at Formaspace was excellent at helping us get the product we needed.I had a rather large order so it took about a month to ship, but the workbenches are very nice. They have useful features and add-ons and the assembly was easy enough. The flat black color looks very professional and the maple tops that we ordered look AWESOME.Now for the customer service, which is undoubtedly the most important part. I was able to get ahold of someone right away and get a quote within a day of inquiring. This is a significantly different experience than I had with any other company that produces this kind of product. We had some issues with damages that occurred during shipping and the customer service we received was second to none. We got replacement parts, no questions asked, shipped out very quickly. This company understands the customer service aspect of business 100%.

I am very pleased with the quality of the Formaspace work table we purchased and believe it offers very good value, especially considering that the unit was custom built.

I have had a horrific experience trying to get my lab setup put back together after ordering a semi-custom bench to fit into our existing lab setup. We specd the design, approved, and then received something that was not right. The intent was to easily replace an existing bench with the semi-custom unit. And not for an initial effort to try to fix, twice subsequently I received components that didnt match to the new outta spec bench we received. The initial process, accuracy, and timeliness has left me with an incomplete set up for months. Now I have been informed that I need to purchase more parts to fix their bad effort. How would I ever expect to get the right stuff a fourth time? I will assume that, the customer is always right and we will fix has limits at Formaspace.

Formaspace give us exactly what we want for my SQA testing lab, Brad Massey was always there when you have any question about the product. Our SQA team love the benches, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for specialty benches.

The formaspace lab benches and case work exceeded our expectations for quality and sturdiness. The equipment placed on it is extremely expensive and sensitive to vibration but we had no reservations once we saw the quality welds and felt the weight of the benches.

I received a nice small desk for a reasonable price. It was just what I needed.

A truly great company to work with from design to installation.

1 table was so damaged it had to be rebuilt. Sorry.
