I needed a gas cylinder replaced on my favorite office chair. Did a couple of online requests for quotes and these guys were the best. Not only were they 1/8 of the price of a similar company down in south Austin, but they also got it done 8 min after I walked through their doors. Sad to see them moving since we have quite a few chairs coming up on likely needing fixing.

Needed a good chair to improve my home office ergonomics, and found a like-new used chair for a fraction of what it would have cost new. They had a great selection of office furniture in good condition at reasonable prices. Also: this place has an old-school Austin character to it, which I loved.

This place is a hidden gem! Staff is supper friendly and they have some pretty good furniture at unbeatable prices. I found some great traditional office chairs and they were so prompt to help me load them to my car. My wife and I shopped for about a month looking for a corner desk with two returns, one on each side and an overhead cabinet. I had very specific dimensions for the room this furniture was going in. I found what I wanted at five different places, all cost between $2,000 to $3,000. I was prepared to pay that much, that is until I walked into Cox Office Furniture. Terry was truly interested in hearing what I wanted and offered dozens of options I never even thought of. When it was all figured out I was only at $900 and I had added a matching file cabinet. Not only that but he set me up with turn key delivery and installation for $95. Im extremely happy with my new office, and with the money I saved Ive been able to accessorize the office some new equipment. You just cant beat a great deal from a great person at a great place. I will never go anywhere else for anything for an office without going to Terry first, plain and simple.

The staff was extremely friendly and was able to work with me on finding shelves to organize my collection that fit my needs. Its not a place to get cheap as dirt furniture, but for getting budget priced high quality office furniture, such as filing cabinets, desks and bookshelves; along with cheap office supplies.

Had a pretty good experience. Was looking for something very particular (non-standard size), and saw a photo of what I wanted on Craigslist. The price was double what I expected to pay, however. Sorted thru to find the ones that were in nicer shape, and they loaded them for me with a smile. The employee was very nice, going to find (and test) the keys for me. Really the only reason for 4-stars instead of 5-stars is the price for used (although really good shape) items. If it was not for the 2-inch variance instead of paying over $500 for used, could have bought new for about $380. The service was professional, friendly, and a pleasure. Despite the price, I’ll probably keep them in mind for future items when I need them.

Lots of over-priced used furniture, and limited new selection. Showroom was a mess, furniture stacked on-top of furniture. Great if you like flea-market style purchases. Not ideal if youre searching for a business

Wow, what a disastrous experience. Normally I pay people to take my garbage away. This time I paid for garbage and took it home.You would get better quality from IKEA, which is a huge joke.

Large selection, however prices were higher than what I would expect. The smell from the Indian food place next door permeated the entire store and was absolutely unbearable. I would not shop here.
