Oak Hill Storage is great! I feel very safe and secure at this facility. There are many cameras throughout with your own unique code. They have dolleys to help you get your belongings to your unit. The price is great and in a great location. The owners/managers are SO kind and sweet! The units are climate controlled and the elevator is large for your larger items. Highly recommend.

The manager, Steve, is fantastic. He was very responsive and patient with the issue I was having with my lock that was given to me. He did everything he could to get it fixed with no questions asked. I have had nothing but professional experiences with this business. Not to mention, it is extremely clean, secure, and well maintained. I am very happy with my experience here and highly recommend others to store here!

Super clean and the best customer service! I never had to worry about my things being stored there. They even called me a couple times letting me know my lock wasn’t locked properly. Which, was nice. Even with it not locked properly, I still wasn’t worried as they have an amazing security system and have access to see anything anytime needed. I absolutely recommend them and would store there again if needed!

Great owners! Very personable, accommodating and the facility it very clean and safe. They have cameras that alert u when your storage has been opened. Nice piece of mind. Mildly crowded.

I needed a nice, clean unit to store our things while transitioning from our just-sold house to our future home in the Hill Country sometime next year. I found it at Oak Hill Storage. Tina helped me get a large unit and even when I needed a little extra space to finish out the move, she came to the rescue with a unit just down the hall from our larger storage. Theres a security system that alerts when someone has opened the door and the entire facility is really clean (and practically brand new)..which is important for us. And the pricing is certainly reasonable. Great access off Hwy 71. Really fits the bill perfectly. I highly recommend Oak Hill Storage.

I just rented a unit online, site-unseen. It was super quick and easy to get access to the unit and move in within 12 hours! Fantastic!! The site is nice, clean, well-lit and easy to use. So far, so good!

I have been with Oak Hill Storage for over a year. Due to circumstances I needed to get a second unit for my business account. The Baileys were excellent, they took care of everything and had me ready to move in within 10 minutes. As always, Oak Hill Storage is exceptionally clean, well maintained and secure. Thats why I will continue to use them in the future.

Not really happy with this place. First, when they gave me my entrance code it didnt work. I thought ok, simple to fix. While I was going back to my car, the manager drove up and asked why I put in the wrong code. I said I put in the code given to me in the email. He said, do you have a storage unit here? I said yes I do, I picked up the lock and keys and signed my contract a few hours earlier. He said who did you speak with, I said you sir. Then he said, ok. He went inside office and changed my code so I could enter my unit. Then when it was time to move my stuff, I stopped by and told them that I was done using the unit and it was cleaned out. I was told that I would receive a refund for $105 dollars because I had paid through July. Well July passed and still not check. I started to receive texts that my fees were pass due and to avoid late charges, I needed to pay. I wrote them an email back explaining that I had been out out of the unit for a few weeks and that I stopped by to close the account. The lady sent me an email stating, I would not receive a refund because the lock was still on the unit and they were not able to rent it out. I removed the lock and gave my 10 day notice like the contract said. So, if anyone ask me about renting a unit from this place, I will definitely tell them no, not worth the hassle. Bad management of the whole process, as well.

Wow a year has gone by fast. We are still waiting for the completion of our new home, The one great thing about this time has been that we chose this location to store our belongings. This storage facility is top notch. This place is always clean, organized and the staff is professional. We especially like the security and that the owners live on-site. Every time we have dropped by, they are always on the property cleaning or doing security walks. It feels like they care about our belongings as much as we do. This is very unusual if you have ever used storage, This place is not the cheapest in the area, but it is more than worth the few extra dollars we are spending. Our past year here has been stress free and a pleasure. As you can see, we highly recommend Oak Hill Storage.

Best storage experience I have ever had! This place, hands down, is the nicest, cleanest and safest facility I have ever used to store my belongings. Coded access gates, entrances and elevators that actually work properly are something you don’t find everywhere. This place is excellent! I feel very safe and secure coming and going from my unit. Its clean and new, with a coded gate, coded elevator, cameras everywhere and on site property management! The managers are very professional and always friendly and helpful. I appreciate knowing they are always there. It is amazing to have a safe, well lit, controlled climate storage unit only a few minutes from my home! I highly recommend Oak Hill Storage!!!

I can’t begin to tell you how much I appreciate Steve and Vickie at Oak Hill Storage. I was having the most stressful day moving and when I walk into the office I was greeted by Steve with a smile. He helped to melt all my stress away. The process of moving in was made so simple. I didn’t have a lock but that’s okay cause I bought one from them, also a mattress cover. I really appreciate the retails items in the office for purchase just in case you forget anything. Vickie came in and finished up all my paperwork and showed me how to access my storage unit. I’m so happy how secure the building is. There are even little carts to move boxes and furniture! I would give them more stars if I could.

Best storage place I ever used!

Oak Hill is amazing! Ive put my things in a lot of storage spaces over the years and to have such a brand new, state of the art storage, facility with LED lights, great smooth floors, and working carts and doors is an amazing thing already. Add in an amazingly sweet and caring staff that truly is here to help you out and youve got a winning combination.

This place completely wasted my time and energy. I run a resale business and the managing staff are absolutely paranoid. They watch too many movies. They accused someone I hired to help me move things of running drugs through the storage unit. And to top it off the man blocked my way from leaving off the elevator and then push me up against the wall of it all in front of the lady that worked there too and she didnt say anything. I had to call the cops and report it or report him for assault. This man has poor people skills at best he needs to be removed from serving The general public. How dare he ever touch me at all. Now with no refund I am out the cost and I believe he even hustled me in the beginning and had me pay additional money that I wasnt supposed to have to pay with my $100 groupon. Save yourself some time frustration and money and go somewhere else stash and go in oak Hill is much nicer. And the staff are awesome.the owner even showed up when it was freezing out to help me get into my unit that I needed to get into desperately.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use this place. I live next door. Since they have opened my neighbors and I have been trying to get them to ensure they have a reasonable alarm system. It blares at all hours and there is nobody to call to get it to turn off. We hear it inside our apartments; bedrooms and it will blare for hours at time. Please; the managers are kind but the owners that are profiting have no desire to respect their neighbors.

Oak Hill Storage is spot on! It is- by far- the CLEANEST storage facility I have ever utilized. It is well-lit and that makes you feel safe if you have to go to your unit at night. Both Steve and Vicky are very friendly, professional, and willing to help in any way possible. I HIGHLY recommend this property for all your storage needs.

The facility itself is so nice, temperature and humidity controlled with extensive security implemented. I had a unit on the second floor and the products provided to allow for easy moves and large elevator made this move so easy!Vickie and Steve were absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable workers! They were so kind and helpful. I ran into a little problem moving in with my code but that was due to the system and Steve was soooo helpful in getting that resolved in a timely manner.

We needed very last minute storage for our belongings, and OHS came highly recommended on Sparefoot. Reservations were a breeze and within minutes of booking Steve called me to confirm my reservation and also let me know he had an even better deal for me than what was offered through the third party. The process was simple, quick, and efficient. The facility is state-of-the-art, sparkling clean, highly secure, and safe. Moving in was extremely convenient because of their layout. What makes this better than the competition is that you get all this, and it doesn’t break the budget. Very affordable! Thank you Steve and Vickie for making this transition seamless for us!

This storage facility is top notch. My rental unit was clean upon arrival and there was complimentary water waiting for me. You also can get all moving supplies there. This is definitely a nice place to store. Its beyond my expectation.

By far one of the cleanest, well protected storage units in town. Both of the owners were super nice to chat with when obtaining a storage unit over the phone. Once we moved in the unit everything was spotless with a Thank You note on the floor. This is an 5 start storage facility, and their association with the Austin K9 Police department makes me feel even better!

I just moved here and needed a place to store my belongings until my house is completed. This property looks brand new. It is nicer than any storage facility that I have ever seen. They have cameras everywhere. The customer service was fantastic. The managers said they live on the property. There specials (online) were unbelievable. Our decision to rent here was an easy choice.

The facility is very clean and easy to access. The staff is also very pleasant and provided great service. There are also lots of cameras for security.
