I rarely write reviews but this place has been an awesome spot to store our RV while we do some renovations. Our RV stayed completely safe and didnt have any scratches or damage. We came and went with it weekly with no issues. Price was very reasonable. Would 100% rent a spot again if we needed.

I have been renting at Watson & Taylor for a year now. The crew at the service desk are great. I lost my unit key and they helped me right away.They unlock the unit and replaced my lock. Thank you guys.

Our rv was broken into several times and trashed, not to mention my car was towed off from my parking space while I went to get a drink from the store!! Its overpriced and a not very safe spot for outdoor parking.

Constant changes, access to my storage unit is often blocked

Ive been with this particular Storage facility for over 10 yrs, in the very same unit no less. So when I found out they were being bought out by Watson & Taylor I had my druthers. I figured great another big company coming to buy up the little guys. But actually it has turned out to be an awesome transition. They have gone threw and beefed everything up from the doors, to security system. The new office I much easier to access as well now that its up front at the street, making parking & gate access more efficient. And Ive always been able to reach Katie at the drop of a hat. She has even helped me out on weekends & after hours when I was in a pinch. I must say after being at this location 10years I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a safe, professional, and great highway access. I even moved 30 miles out of Austin & decided to keep this as my main storage unit, due to Katie & her professional staff. A million thanks for a smooth transition & always being there for me!

By far the best storage unit facility out there. I have worked with many storage facilities out there and the team at Watson and Taylor went above and beyond by allowing me to send shipments directly to their office for a SXSW project I was working on. They held all the packages for me and allowed me a space to work on the project! It is so refreshing to have a storage partner who is willing to work with your needs! I have been a tenant here for 5 years. I have been to many other storage places before I found this one and none of them come even close. Katy the manager is always available and they always take care of everything I request. The place is neat and well taken care of. I would send all my friends here no questions asked!

The manager Katherine is beyond superb! She is polite, kind, organized, and professional! While this location fits my business needs very well, I would easily drive further or even out of my way to do business with her and her outstanding level of managerial professionalism!

The two gentlemen were very helpful and sympathetic! Excellent service and and interaction. Definitely go see them for a uhaul!

Beware of who you are giving your business to. The owner of this company gives preferential treatment to old blonde hair women. The manager of this place gets all her friends to write reviews for her, meets up with multiple boyfriends during working hours, let’s her friends hang out in the office then complains to the owner whenever things don’t go her way. For the record this the employee you fired for not having a car despite making it to work ON TIME for months! You know exactly who I am:)

Store your stuff with no frills

This place is a nightmare! Their goal is to steal your possessions as they will put a lock on your unit if youre even 1 day late on rent. And good luck getting someone to take that lock off! The manager Katie is a complete joke and the whole place is an unorganized dumpster fire!

Watson and Taylor is AMAZING! They helped make a very stressful move from FL to Austin so much easier. When my boyfriend needed to start his new job in Austin with little to no time to look for an apartment, we packed the uhaul and drove straight to a hotel in downtown Austin. Now imagaine trying to find a place in the city to park a 22 foot uhaul for a week.....After calling multiple places to say they would not store another companys trunk in their outside secure parking lot, I gave one last call to Watson and Taylor. I spoke with Chris at the the Harold Ct location and he was extremely helpful and friendly. He told me the North Lamar location had outside parking and if I needed any extra help to give him a call back. Once I arrived at the Norh Lamar location Isabel and Kate (or Katie I believe) were the best!! They accommodated our request with no issues and made renting a space to park the truck a breeze!! If youre looking for a uhaul or storage unit this location is perfect! It is worth the 15-20 minute drive from downtown Austin and they made us feel very confident our belongings would be safe! I will definitely be renting a uhaul/storage unit here again! Thank you again Watson and Taylor

Whoever had the van before me was returning it late. Not only did Amber find me a new van, she even drove me to the location that it was being held. Ive never had customer service go above and beyond like that for me.

We have been in this town for almost 5 years, we are in one of the large wineries where we have a carpentry workshop by the company I work for, customer service is very good and safety too, thats why I decided to grab one of the storages and a parking lot for my traílla, their prices are very competent, I recommend them.
