We had a nice time looking at homes with Mike Mendez. We found a couple we liked. When discussing the houses Mike started pressuring us for 1000.00 to hold the price for all these alleged discounts. He then left and came back and started pressuring us again. When he realized we werent giving him any money today, he began to insult us and say if 500.00 was going to break us we couldnt afford the house anyway....seriously. He then began telling us all this stuff the manager was saying about us as well. I called and told the manager about all of this and his response was thanks for the feedback. Palm Harbor knows nothing about customer service.

Called for help with parts. Everyone was very friendly, but super short and rushed to get me off the line (2 conversations about 40s each!). Dont waste their time with your call.

We decided to purchase a new home so we went to palm harbor. Met with Donna... Wow just love her. She was very helpful and patient with us. We had a lot of questions and she is very knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend her to our friends.

Palm Harbor Homes are just surprise after surprise when you unlock the front door and walk in. Youll forget youre in a manufactured home on wheels. I can not say enough words to describe how great Donna was. She was so helpful every step of the way. She answered every question we had sometimes answering the same questions twice if we needed her to. She was very professional but also made us feel like she was our friend. I recommend not only Palm Harbor but also Donna for her amazing work!!

Cannot say enough good things about our sales experience here. The sales manager Jon M. provides world class service. Communicative, respectful, well-mannered, attentive, listens and is aware of things you might not be. Jon tirelessly works details to make certain youre happy. Knows the business well and if he doesnt know something he finds out and gets back with you swiftly. Communicates almost daily to answer questions and clarify what we were uncertain about. Jon is available via email, phone, and text. We are confident in Jon and after a factory tour we know our modular home will be built right and better than site built stick home: so much so we put in a down payment. Ill update this post when our home is done sometime in February 2018. Thanks Jon!

We called Eric with the possibility of my daughter, who is relocating with her family to the Austin area, to find a new home. It was a decision process for sure. He was so very helpful with advice, suggestions and positive affirmations, not to mention, kind. She has since decided against purchase and wants to rent for awhile. But the time will come when they will want to buy. I will be reminding her about out interaction with this sweet, knowledgeable man and suggest she give him a call. You are in our future, Eric! :-)

They took money from my account real quick. But when i decided not to go with the plan they taking forever to return. Thats the only bad i have to say but other then that its nice.

Donna is very friendly and helpful when it comes to buying a new home. She was patient with me during the process of choosing the right home for me. I would recommend her if you are in the process of looking for a new home.

They arent very pleasant to deal with. I bought a palm harbor home from an owner and called them regarding questions on transferring the warranty. They were borderline rude and unhelpful. Also, the owner of the home called them as well trying to help me get these things transferred and they were unhelpful to her as well. Maybe work on customer service.

I’m be waiting they return my deposit for 2 weeks already my husband just called and they told him ohh now you need to talk with another person I can’t believe that you need more than two weeks to give me back my money, I’m calling again in an hour or so if I don’t have my money they’re going to have a 1 star review in any social media platform

Eric was most helpful. He kept in contact through the whole process keeping me up dated. He saw that everything was done on or before schedule and has kept in contact since delivery of my home making sure I was happy. I’m really hapoy I decided to purchase from Palm Harbor on Bastrop Hwy.Service has been more that excellent. Got to say i had a Wonderfull salesperson to work with! Eric was so helpful through the whole process in getting our new home! Even after we got our home he made sure everything was how we wanted it.

Lots of hype and promises but once you sign the papers they lose interest in you. Months to get from delivery to finishing and every possible corner was cut. Walls arent straight, corners arent square and paint is sprayed on everything inside. Outside paint is haphazard and see through in many spots. Our site manager never actually came to the site. They promised to fix things then kept putting, it off. 5 months and still waiting!

I did not have the same experience as the previous person. We were ready and excited when we walked in. Then we waited in the lobby for 5 minutes before anyone noticed us and then it took another 10 minutes to go talk to the most politely rude lady in the customer service. This lady made me and my wife feel like crap about our jobs. She would also not answer any legitimate questions we had about payments and financing. Basically after leaving there we decided not to go to a mobile home community ever again, instead we went and got approved for a home!

Eric was (and is) such a likeable salesman! I never got the “Speil” vibe from him at all. He genuinely wanted to get us in the best house for our money! Pleasant, helpful and never pressured us. I would highly recommend any of my friends or family looking for a mobile or modular home to request Eric!.. I know it sounds like I’m describing a Boy Scout but he really does have all of those good qualities! Thank you,Eric for making our home buying experience a smooth and unpressured one!!👍👍👍

OMG!!! No wonder Palm Harbor was named one of Forbes best small companies!!!I must say that any kind of housing, especially manufactured housing is a terrifying idea. There are so many things that I never knew about construction that are so important, yet I wouldnt have known what to ask.I find myself writing this because I read another review about a users experience that was completely unlike my own. I must say, DONNA IS THE GO TO EXPERT. I went in, terrified about how to build a new home. Donna held my hand through the entire process and taught me everything about manufactured housing.She even scheduled me for a factory tour so I could learn how the homes are made. Imagine that! I had never in my life thought that I would go to a factory to see how a home is made. It was like being in a live version of that show How its made!I must also give props to Donna because she was really helpful with the finance part of my deal. She was able to get me a great financing package with a down payment that I was able to afford and monthly payments that were able to keep my budget balanced :)On top of ALL OF THAT, she also followed up with me consistently after I moved into my new home to make sure that everything was in good order. The few things that needed fixing were addressed within 24 hours. No service charge, no hidden fees, just fixed and we were up and running again.On a scale from 1 to 5, PH definitely deserves a 5; with Donnas awesome expertise and knowledge It would be 100%. But dont take my word for it, shop around and youll see that they really do offer the best product and service available.THANK YOU DONNA!!!
